Roman's grip tightened on Evelyn's hips as he drove into her relentlessly, his breathing ragged against her neck. She cried out softly, her body trembling beneath him as waves of sensation crashed over her.
“Please… please…” she whimpered, not even sure if she was begging him to stop or never stop.
Roman growled against her neck, teeth scraping her skin. “You feel so fucking good,” he rasped, his voice thick with lust. He shifted his angle, hitting deeper, and her whole body jerked like she’d been shocked.
Evelyn’s eyes rolled back. Pleasure started to coil low in her belly, sharp and scary. She couldn’t control the sounds coming out of her, high, and desperate.
He grabbed her thighs and pushed them wider, almost folding her in half. The new position made him slide even deeper. She screamed again, but this time it sounded different, it was raw, and needy.
“That’s it,” he muttered, watching her face twist. “Take all of me.”
Sweat dripped from his chest onto hers. The room was full of wet sounds, and skin slapping skin. He reached down and rubbed his thumb over the small bundle of nerves above where they joined. Evelyn’s whole body seized. She sobbed, her legs shaking uncontrollably.
“Ahhh, I can’t, it’s too much,”
“You can,” he snarled, circling faster. “Come for me darling.”
She shattered.
Her back bowed, her mouth open in a silent scream at first, then a loud, broken wail as everything inside her exploded. Her walls clenched around him so tight he cursed, his hips stuttering.
Roman buried himself deep and let go. He groaned long and low, pulsing inside her, filling her while she was still trembling and crying beneath him.
For a few seconds the only sound was their harsh breathing.
He stayed on top of her, forehead pressed to hers, both of them shaking. Evelyn’s tears hadn’t stopped; they slid quietly into her hair. She looked dazed, lips swollen, cheeks flushed, and her eyes glassy.
Roman’s chest heaved, but the hunger in his eyes hadn’t faded. He was still buried inside her, pulsing, and growing hard again. Evelyn whimpered, so sensitive she could barely move, her body trembling against his.
“Shh,” he whispered, kissing the tears on her cheeks. “One more,” he murmured. “I need one more from you. I’ll be gentle this time.”
He eased out slowly, making her gasp at the loss. Then, with careful hands, he turned her onto her side, sliding in behind her. One strong arm hooked under her knee, lifting her leg just enough. He pressed his chest to her back, lips brushing the nape of her neck.
Like this, spooning her close, he guided himself back in.
Evelyn let out a long, shaky moan. The angle was slower, and deep, but softer. He filled her completely without the brutal stretch from before. She felt surrounded, safe even while her body burned.
Roman kept one arm wrapped under her breasts, holding her tight against him. His other hand slid down her belly, fingers finding her swollen clit again. He rubbed in lazy, gentle circles as he started to move in long, slow strokes that made her breath hitch every time he bottomed out.
“Like this,” he murmured into her hair. “Just feel me.”
She couldn’t do anything but feel. Every slide of him inside her sent sparks through her oversensitive body. The pain was gone now, replaced by a deep, aching pleasure that built slowly, and sweetly.
Evelyn turned her head, seeking his mouth. He kissed her softly at first, then deeper. Their tongues tangled lazily, matching the rhythm of his hips.
He never sped up. He just went in deep and steady until she was shaking again, clinging to the arm around her chest.
“Ahhh…” she breathed out, her voice breaking.
"Shh," he whispered, pressing gentle kisses to her temple. "I've got you."
She came quietly this time, a soft, trembling wave that rolled through her whole body. Her back arched against his chest, her toes curling, and her broken little sob muffled against the pillow.
The gentle clenching of her body pulled him over too. Roman buried his face in her hair, groaning low as he spilled inside her again, his hips pressed tight against her ass.
They stayed like that, curled together, his body wrapped protectively around hers, still joined. His hand stroked her thigh, her hip, and her stomach, soothing her down from the high.
Slowly, and carefully, Roman pulled out and turned her over. Evelyn was limp, her eyes barely open, tears drying on her cheeks. Between her legs was a mess; his come mixed with a faint trace of red. Proof of what he’d taken.
He gathered her close, pressing her sweat-damp body to his chest. She made a soft, exhausted sound and burrowed into him like it was the safest place in the world.
Roman stared at the ceiling in the dark, his heart still pounding.
He had crossed every line tonight, but whatever consequences came tomorrow, tonight she was his.

The first thing Evelyn felt was pain. A deep soreness all over her body.
Her eyes flew open. She was in a strange, fancy hotel room. The memories from last night came back in broken pieces. The bar. The wine. The dizziness. The man leading her away. Then... nothing.
Then she felt it. An arm draped heavily over her waist.
She turned her head slowly. A man was sleeping beside her, his face turned away. Both of them were naked under the sheets.
A cold dread filled her. She had been taken advantage of while she was drugged.
Tears began streaming down her face as she stared at the stranger's bare shoulder. She didn't want to see his face, she didn't want to know who Nathan had paid to destroy her. The thought of having to look at her attacker made her physically ill.
"How could you do this to me?" she whispered to herself, thinking of Nathan. "I loved you..."
Moving as quietly as possible, she slipped out of bed. Her legs were shaky, and every step sent fresh waves of soreness through her body. Her clothes were scattered across the floor, torn and unwearable.
She spotted a crisp white dress shirt hanging on a chair. Without thinking, she grabbed it and pulled it on. It was enormous on her small frame, falling to mid-thigh like a dress.
She found her phone on the nightstand, cracked but still working. Without a backward glance at the sleeping figure, she rushed to the door without a backward glance.
She didn't even wait for the elevator, rushing down the stairwell instead. She barely could catch her breath, her sobs echoing in the concrete space.

The moment the door clicked shut, Roman's eyes opened. He'd been awake since she'd started moving, fighting every instinct that told him to pull her back into his arms.
He sat up slowly, running a hand through his dark hair as the full weight of what had happened settled over him.
He'd taken advantage of her while she was drugged.
Roman closed his eyes, a heavy weight settling in his chest. He'd crossed every line last night, violated every principle he'd built his life on. The guilt was crushing.
But underneath the guilt was something else, something possessive and fierce that he didn't want to examine too closely. The memory of how she'd felt in his arms, how perfectly she'd fit against him.
He was already in too deep to pretend this had been a mistake.
Roman reached for his phone and made a call.
"I need everything you can find on what happened at the Grand Meridian Hotel last night," he told his head of security. "Someone drugged a woman in the bar and had her brought to my room. I want to know who, when, and why."
He ended the call and stared out the window at the city below.
This was a perfect opportunity to get what he'd always wanted.
Now he just has to decide how to keep her.
Lena turned to stare at him, breathing a sigh of relief."Thank you."Theon kept silent. The muscle in his jaw kept ticking. She could see him trying to control his emotions, his hands still gripping the steering wheel like he was holding himself back from doing something reckless. So she let him be."Erhm… you can just drop me at my old house. I don't want to go back to—""Are you avoiding your father?"Theon cut her off. His voice was flat, but she could hear the edge underneath.Lena didn't answer."Does your father know about this whole thing?" he pressed. She looked down at her hands."I think we should pull over first." Lena forced a small smile. "I can't risk another unexpected brake, please."Theon didn't laugh. But he eased his grip on the wheel. The rest of the drive was unbearably silent. The only sound was the hum of the heater and the soft crunch of snow beneath the tires. Theon reached over and turned on the radio."—breaking news. Health officials are urging the public
The line went completely silent on the other end. Then Theon's voice came through, cautious and measured. "Roman, calm down. It might just be stimulation from the drugs. They can create illusions like that once in a while."Roman's breathing was still uneven. He pressed his palm against his forehead."I'm sure you're perfectly fine," Theon continued. "Have you noticed anything else? Any other odd symptoms?"Roman thought for a moment. His hand was still trembling slightly. "No. Just the... the fragments. Voices. Some images I can't place.""That's normal for the medication you're on. The chemicals in your system sometimes react unpredictably. But it doesn't mean anything is wrong."Roman closed his eyes. He forced himself to take a slow breath. "What about Evelyn?"Theon went quiet for a moment. "Her emotions could be stimulated by postpartum hormones. It's common. She might feel down, agitated, stressed out, or anxious. Her body is adjusting after childbirth."Roman's jaw tightened.
Roman's expression flickered—a shadow passing over his eyes. He quickly masked it with a smile, but Evelyn caught it."What are you saying?" He twirled her gently. "You know everything about me.""Roman."He was about to twirl her again, but she held on, wrapping her arms around his broad shoulders."Roman, I need you to listen to me."His hand, which had been resting comfortably against her waist, stilled. Roman closed his eyes for a brief moment. He swallowed the lump forming in his throat when he opened his eyes and saw her serious expression.Evelyn nodded, seeing he was finally allowing her to talk."Okay…" She cleared her throat. "Why do you… act like everything is fine? You act like everything is perfect, but I know it's not."Roman's brows furrowed. He let out a short laugh to lighten the mood. "Everything is fine. You're just overthinking.""No!" Evelyn's voice rose. Realizing her loud tone, she turned quickly toward the crib. The baby stirred faintly, then settled. She took
Lena and Theon stood frozen as the door slammed shut in their faces. Lena blinked at the door. "Did I just— did I just get… kicked out?" Before she could process the betrayal, the door swung open again. Evelyn's face appeared, holding out a small plate. "Here. Mrs. Chen made these. I saved you some." Lena stared at the slice of cake. Then at Evelyn. The door shut again. Lena let out a long scoff. "I can't believe I'm being abandoned by my own friend." She grabbed the rubber fork and stabbed a piece of cake, shoving it into her mouth with annoyed determination. Then she felt a heated gaze on her. She turned. Theon was staring at her. Intensely. Lena glanced at the cake. "Do you want some?" He shook his head, a small smile tugging at his lips. She sighed. "Why are you being so quiet? I noticed it." Theon's smile faded. He turned fully to face her. His expression shifted into something serious. "Is something wrong?" she asked, her voice dropping. Theon let out a deep sigh.
Theon didn't let go. His hands stayed cupping her face, gently pulling her back. “I don’t want to walk away again." His voice cracked. "I've tried and it’s not working." Lena's shoulders shook. "Theon…" "Just this once." His voice broke. "Let me be the one you lean on." Another tear slipped down her cheek. He caught it with his thumb. "I'm not asking you to choose me now," he whispered. "Nor am I asking you to forget him." He swallowed hard. "I'm just asking you to let someone be there for you." Lena stared at him as snow fell around them. "Why?" she whispered. "Why do you keep doing this?" Theon let out a shaky breath. "Because I can't stop." His forehead pressed against hers. “Because even when I try to hate you for making me feel this way… I can't." His eyes closed. “Because it's you, Lena. It's always been you." Lena's hands lifted slowly. They rested against his chest. "I'm scared," she admitted. "I'm so scared." "Of what?" "Of trusting and losing myself again.” Th
Lena was frozen in place.Mrs. Adler turned to stare at him, her mouth hanging open in disbelief. The crowd immediately fell silent.Theon’s grip tightened around her wrist. His sharp gaze swept across the onlookers.“Nothing to see here,” he said coldly. “Move along.”No one moved. His expression darkened. “I said move.”The authority in his voice finally snapped the crowd out of their shock. They began dispersing, muttering among themselves.“Isn’t he a doctor?”“He looks too young.”“He’s wearing a white coat. He must be.”Mrs. Adler finally recovered from her stunned state. She tried to yank her arm free.“What do you think you’re doing?” she snapped. “Is this how you treat your aunt?”Theon’s gaze remained icy. “If you continue causing a disturbance, I’ll have security escort you out of this hospital.”Mrs. Adler scoffed. “It’s bad enough that you’re a spoiled, arrogant brat. Now you’re meddling in my family affairs?”“You attacked a patient inside this hospital.”His voice turne
“Avery!!” Roman called again, his voice thick with emotions he didn’t even try to hide.Evelyn froze. Forgetting about her phobia for hospitals. This time, she heard it clearly. It wasn’t ‘Evelyn’ slurred. Not ‘Lyn’. It was ‘Avery,’ clear as day. A cold knot formed in her stomach. Her throat tighte
