When we get inside Curtis goes to check me in and comes back with a clipboard full of paperwork. "This is just new patient paperwork. Do you want to fill it out, or do you want me to ask the things I don't know and fill it out for you?" He asks, giving me a small smile."Umm, I can try to fill it out. I might need your help with some stuff though. I've never done this before."Curtis hands me the clipboard and a pen.
