Gabriel's words have been stuck in my head since this morning.

Jealousy.

I do not like saying it out loud but that word is like a splinter that I just cannot get rid of. It is really irritating and annoying. The more I try to ignore it the more it bothers me.

I lean back in my chair at the campus café. Stare at my half-empty cup of coffee. The coffee has gone cold. I have not felt like finishing it.
