LOGINOn the walk back to the office Mr. Blackwell, no I needed to start thinking of him as Marcus, grabbed my hand and placed it in the crook of his elbow. The gesture was so old fashioned and gentlemanly that it took me to a time I was unfamiliar with, aside from the exception of books and movies. I had seen plenty of episodes of Downton Abbey, but it was still an unusual gesture for me.
I smiled to myself as I looked down, we had a date tonight and here we were walking back to the office. I could sneak another glance over at Marcus and bit my lower lip trying to hide my grin as I looked away again.
It made me feel like we were a courting couple. I couldn’t help but feel like I would wake up at any moment and this would all have been an elaborate dream.
We walked into the lobby and I could feel eyes on me, I nervously glanced around the brightly lit room, the white and chrome interior catching the sunlight through the big windows making it look airy.
My eyes finally met Boston’s grey-green glare.
She sat behind the front receptionist’s sleek chrome desk, her almond shaped eyes jumped from me to Mr. Blackwell and I could see the flash of anger before she quickly covered it up pasting on a simpering, sweet smile as she stood up pushing her sleek black hair over her shoulder she rushed forward.
“Mr. Blackwell, what are you doing Sir?” She asked touching his other arm trying to pull him forward, I didn’t like how I felt watching her touching his arm, as if he was her lifeline.
I frowned as I watched him look down at Boston, then his lip curled up and I felt my eyes widen.
Oh no, I knew that look. I had seen that look flitting across his face in the boardroom more times than I could count. Before he went in for the kill, if Boston wasn’t careful she was bound to find herself crying in a corner. I let out a sigh, decided to save her.
“Boston, was there something you needed?” I asked in an overly sweet voice, I’d kill her with kindness. If she didn’t move her hand from his arm, I’d make it look like an accident.
“Oh Amelia, yes there was.” She said glaring at me as Mr. Blackwell moved her hand off of his arm. “You’re meeting for this evening has been moved up. Your guests are already waiting for you in your office.”
“Damn,” he swore and I glanced up at him, maybe he was more worried about this meeting than he was letting on.
We moved towards the elevator and I looked up, Mr. Blackwell was clenching his jaw and I could feel the tension in his arm beneath my fingertips.
“I’ll go check with Louis, if the item’s are ready and meet you up stairs Sir.” I said already taking my hand off his arm to press the elevator buttons, up for him. Down for me, I worried my lower lip with my teeth. Should I tell Louis about Marcus and our date tonight?
“Amelia,” Marcus said.
“Yes Sir,” I said as I turned back to look at him.
“Be careful.” He said softly as he brought his hand up, his fingertips barely touching my face. I fought the urge to frown, I wasn’t doing anything that would put me in danger.
“There is nothing to worry about Sir,” I said looking up at him as he moved his hand from my face to my arm giving it a gentle squeeze, the heat of his palm penetrating my blouse.
The elevator chimed and I stepped forward, Mr. Blackwell leaned inside the small space and pressed the button for the basement, before winking at me. I couldn’t help the smile that his wink brought to my lips, as he turned away heading towards the stairs.
I looked down at my feet as the elevator took me down, what was I going to wear tonight?
I hadn’t asked him where we were going, I guess I should have. I frowned, maybe I would get the chance to ask him later? I hoped I would get a moment to do so after his meeting, excitement bubbled out of me as I stepped out of the elevator and I smiled at Louis.
“Hey little one,” He said greeting me with a smile of his own, he had a box clutched in his arms, “I was just coming to see you.”
“Mr. Blackwell’s guests are here early, so I’m here to pick up the items he wanted.” I said, I wanted to tell him about tonight. He was my best friend in the company and but something stopped me.
“I’ll take them up with you, I should greet them as well.” He said frowning slightly.
“Thank you Louis, but why would you need to greet them too?” I asked curiosity flaring to life inside of me, I’ve always loved a good mystery and this was starting to look like a good one.
“There my elders as well,” Louis answered his frown deepening.
“Oh, I didn’t know that.” I said as I followed him into the small elevator, his back was straight as if he was struggling with something, tense same as Mr. Blackwell, and I began to wonder if something was going on with our guests. Were Marcus and Louis related somehow?
I wanted to ask him to see how they were connected, but I could tell he was worried, instead I reached over and squeezed his arm trying to offer him some comfort.
“It’ll be okay,” I said with a shy smile.
“Will it?” he asked, his eyes glued to my hand as it rested on his arm.
Chapter Forty-FiveI was one lucky girl to have this demon tied to me and I knew that I was going to make sure he knew it. Swirling my tongue over the slit of his cock, I lapped at the leaking pre-cum, his hands came up to tangle in my hair. Guiding me as he thrust himself into my mouth. I moaned, cupping his balls. His head hit the door as he let me go. His fingers scraped against the wood of the door as he fought to control himself while I bobbed my head up and down.Bringing my other hand up, I worked the parts of his shaft that I couldn’t take in with my fist. I hummed, looking up at him as he all but withered. I loved that I could make someone so powerful feel like this. His hands moved back to my hair, pulling me up his body as he turned. Slamming my back against the door. His lips moved against mine with fiery touches. His tongue moving against mine, we fought each other. I wanted to push him until he felt the way that I did. Desperate for the release that he could provide me.
Chapter Forty-Four“So right on track, I’m so excited to get to spoil these ones.” Abby said and I looked away. My heart felt full at the knowledge that she would treat me just the same as our other sister. The one that she’d grown up with, that she would love my babies just as she loved our nieces and nephew.“How’s Annie doing?” I asked as the waitress brought us over our drinks.“Oh, you know, new motherhood. She, Candy, and Stolas are all taking turns. Annie seems happier than I’ve ever seen her. Being a mom suits her.”“That’s good.” I said, worrying the inside of my cheek with my teeth. I had been nervous for her, but I was glad to hear that she was doing well. I’d seen her the day she’d given birth to them. She’d been exhausted but glowing. The babies had been cute little bundles of crying joy.“Do you ever think that you’ll-” I started to ask but was quickly cut off.“Yes,” Sam said, answering the question as he stole Abby’s soda taking a sip.“Maybe one day I’m not in a rush
Chapter Forty-Three“I’m pretty sure they won't mind.” He smirked at me before pulling away and taking a half step back. He took my hand in his, tugging me forward so that he could loop an arm over my shoulder. Tucking me against his side as we walked out of the alleyway and made our way to Sam and Abby’s apartment. I tucked my hand into his back pocket, giving his ass a hard squeeze and he let out a growl. His silver eyes flashed down at me before they moved to my lips. His own lips twitched into a smile that promised things I knew we would both enjoy. The tops of my ears burned and I looked away from him. The brown brick apartment building came into view and I could already see the shock of white-blond hair in the street lamp. Abby was standing in front of her demon, her hands on her hips as she glared up at him. Sam had a soft look in his eyes. His lips were spread into a wide grin and I wondered what was up between the two of them.“Looks like someone is in trouble.” Sin said w
Chapter Forty-Two“It was good. The beach was pretty.” “If it was good, then why did you guys come home early?” He shook his head before pressing a kiss to the pads of my fingers. Sin nipped at them before he spoke again. “Not that I’m complaining or anything. Any extra time I get with you is all the better for me.” “We missed you guys.” I answered and he nodded, untangling his fingers from mine to drape his arm over my shoulders.“We missed you too.” He said, tucking me into his side as he quickened his pace and I had to walk faster to keep up with him.We had a double date with my sister and Sam. I was nervous and excited. Abby and I had only hung out a handful of times and this would be the first time that I would be bringing Sin and she would be bringing Sam. I knew that the demons liked to play without us and I was curious to see how they interacted with each other with us around. A bigger part of me was just glad that they got along. From what my sister had told me, Sam reall
Chapter Forty-OneSwallowing hard, I tried to will my body to relax at the thought of her being tied to our bed. She would hate me for it and I didn’t want to crush that spirit of hers that I loved so much. I loved Amelia for all the strength that she had, for the way that she tested my limits. Turning away from the bed, I made my way out of our room and down the hallway towards our bathroom. I pushed the door open, walking over to the cabinet, I pulled out three washcloths, and took them over to the sink. I pressed the stopper down, dumping them into the sink and turning on the hot water. Waiting for the water to get hot, I looked at myself in the mirror above the sink. More runes decorated my skin than when I had first mated with Amelia. I hadn’t known that she was fated for us. There were runes that tied me to my flock, runes that tied me to Louis, Amelia, and even Sin. The protection runes he had painted on my skin before our meeting with the council were still a dark contrast a
Chapter Forty I looked into his eyes and I could see the need, the want there was as clear as the first night he had come over to my apartment. I had thought that he was seeing someone and that he had considered me just a friend. How wrong I had been. “Ride his cock. Make him come inside of you.” Marcus ordered, he stopped moving. Holding Louis at an angle for me to climb on top of him. “Is that what you need, Louis?” I purred out, running my fingers through his hair. “Do you need to be inside of me so you can come?”“Oh fuck yes.” He groaned, his hips jerking as he fucked himself with Marcus’ cock. “I need you so much.”“Amelia,” Marcus growled out in that rough tone that had me standing to do as they both wanted. I braced a hand on Marcus’ shoulder, moving so that my feet were planted on either side of his hip. My bottom was in front of Marcus’ face. He kissed the cheek before biting it, hard enough to sting, but not hard enough to break the skin. I whimpered before lowering my
Chapter Fifty-SixMy eyes were glued to the sight of the rubber flogger as it hit Louis’ chest. Each strike had him withering on the bed. His hands pulling at the leather restraints. My mouth was dry as Marcus turned to look back at me. “I think our mate likes watching you get punished.” I swal
Chapter Fifty-OneSin’s nails trailed across my arms as we lay facing each other, I played with the pendant of his necklace. Tracing my fingers over the swirling design, “Who is your dominant?”“Let's save that for another time,” he said. Grabbing my hand and kissing my fingertips, “Why don’t you
Chapter Fifty-Three“Amelia.” Louis said softly as he walked up behind me, I turned looking over at him.“I can’t figure out how to turn on the shower.” I exclaimed with a slight shrug and Louis eyes were instantly drawn to my full breasts, he bit his lips and I could see the struggle in his eyes
Chapter Fifty“I feel it.”Sin looked into my eyes. The expression on his face was one of desperation. At my words his lip pressed against mine and he moved my arms up higher, stretching me so my body arched against his. Heat rose through my body, dancing along my skin. Sin leaned back, releasing
