Athena Ambrose is a hunter and the best of her kind. However, she wasn't so sure about that anymore. Especially, after knowing that her current employer was the same man she slept with two years ago and the only man who could make her body scream of pleasure. Wanting to run away was difficult when the man himself followed her like a lost puppy But there were two big problems she now has to face. First, the man she slept with turned out to be Alpha Alexander, the world's baddest alpha. And second, the mark he left on her two years ago was starting to get on her nerve. But that was not all... Now that their fate are now intertwined, danger will come after them wherever they go.

Prologue
Athena mercilessly threw the dagger at a deadly accuracy to Alexander but he caught it firmly between his two fingers and raised an amused brow at her.
"What a fierce wife I have. Ready to kill your husband as soon as our wedding night started." He smirked at her.
She glared at him and was ready to throw another set of daggers to him. She could never believe that the handsome man in front of her ended up being her husband.
When Alexander saw her grabbing another dagger, his blue eyes flashed coldly and suddenly, he disappeared from where he was standing and appeared in front of her.
He smiled at the sight of her being surprised and felt the tug of pleasure rising inside him. He couldn't wait to wrestle with her in bed until morning.
With his hand wrapped around her wrist and the other around her waist, their body was too close and was rubbing with each other as they breathed.
"Get away from me." She said breathless. Her mind was sending warning signs to her but her body was craving for him as well.
With his eyes seductively staring back at her, he bit his lower lip and hummed before saying, "Hmm, no can do."
He suddenly carried her and threw her on the bed, making her let out a shriek. His eyes shone a dangerous gold glint as he sat on top of her and said, "I still need to punish my wife."
