MasukKendra’s POV
My heart was still hammering as I left the bathroom. Professor Kane’s words kept echoing in my head — low, filthy, and dangerously tempting. I could still feel the ghost of his fingers brushing under my skirt, the heat of his breath against my ear.
I should have gone straight to Criminal Law class where Lena was saving me a seat. Instead, I found myself walking slowly down the quieter corridor that led toward the lecturers’ offices, my short skirt suddenly feeling too short, my skin too sensitive.
Two doors. Two completely different kinds of trouble.
Professor Reed’s office was at the end of the left hallway. I knew that door intimately — the way it creaked slightly when opened too fast, the familiar scent of his cologne mixed with old books and the faint smell of sex that always lingered after our “sessions.” He was possessive, intense, and knew exactly how to break me down until I was a moaning, dripping mess on his desk. He had claimed me weeks ago, and part of me liked belonging to him.
But Professor Kane’s office was on the right — newer, closer. I had never been inside, but the way he had spoken to me in the bathroom… the quiet confidence in his voice, the dark promise in his eyes. He didn’t just want sex. He wanted to test me. To see how far I would go. The thrill of the unknown made my thighs press together as I walked.
I stopped in the middle of the corridor, biting my lip hard.
What the hell am I doing?
My phone vibrated in my bag. I already knew who it was before I checked.
Prof Reed: My office. Now. Don’t keep me waiting, naughty girl.
A second message followed right after.
Prof Reed: I’ve been thinking about that tight pussy all morning.
Heat pooled between my legs. Reed was familiar. Safe in the most dangerous way. He knew my body better than I did. He knew exactly how to make me scream his name and beg for more. But lately, his possessiveness had been growing. The way he looked at me in class sometimes felt less like lust and more like ownership.
I glanced toward Kane’s door again.
He was newer. Riskier. The kind of man who might push me further than Reed ever had. The way he had locked the bathroom door and spoken to me like I was already his little secret… it made me wet just thinking about it. But going to him meant betraying Reed. And if Reed ever found out…
I squeezed my thighs together, feeling how soaked my panties already were. My body was betraying me, craving both men in different ways. One offered the devil I knew. The other offered a new kind of sin.
I took a few steps toward Reed’s office, then stopped.
The memory of Kane’s deep voice slid into my mind again: “Skirt around your waist… panties around your ankles…”
A shiver ran down my spine.
I turned and took three steps toward Kane’s door instead. My pulse was racing so fast I felt dizzy. What would happen if I knocked? Would he really bend me over immediately? Would he be rougher? Gentler? Would he make me beg louder than Reed did?
I stopped again, standing frozen in the middle of the empty corridor like an idiot.
This is stupid, Kendra. You’re going to get caught. You’re going to ruin everything.
But the ache between my legs only grew worse. The thrill of choosing — of deciding who got to fuck me today — felt intoxicating. Almost powerful.
My phone vibrated again.
Prof Reed: If you’re not here in five minutes, I’ll come find you myself.
A clear warning.
I stared at the two doors, breath shallow, nipples tight against my top. Left for the man who already owned me. Right for the man who wanted to claim me.
My feet moved before my brain could make a final decision. I started walking slowly, each step echoing my confusion.
I didn’t know which door I was heading toward.
Not until my hand reached out…
Whose door did Kendra open😂?? Can you guess? See you in the next chapter.
Kendra’s POV My phone buzzed against my palm as I stood outside, staring down at the screen. I hesitated, biting the inside of my lip as I read Clara’s message telling me to head over.“Come by the house, we can hang out,” her text read.I texted her back immediately, my thumb flying across the keyboard.“I don’t know, Clara. Are you sure? What if your mom is home? She practically threw me out last time when it got late. I really don't want to deal with that again.”Her reply came through a second later.“Relax, my mom is completely out of town for the weekend. It’s just me and my dad, and he’s super cool. He won't care at all. Get over here.”Still feeling a slight knot of hesitation in my stomach, I grabbed my coat, caught a ride across town, and headed towards Clara’s place. ***When I got there, I climbed the front steps and pressed the brass doorbell, listening to the soft chime echo inside.A moment later, heavy footsteps approached the other side of the heavy oak door. The de
Richard’s POV Lena had fled back upstairs like a frightened rabbit, terrified of being caught, terrified of what she had become. But the truth was written all over her flushed skin and swollen lips: she belonged to me. Adrian might keep the public display and the illusion of exclusivity, but when it mattered—when the doors were locked and the masks came off—she was mine.I adjusted my tie, smoothed my jacket, and walked out of the restroom with measured, unhurried strides.Back in my private office on the top floor, I poured a finger of scotch into a heavy crystal glass and walked over to the floor-to-ceiling windows. Every person in this building was a piece on the board, moving only when I permitted it.Including my eldest son.A soft knock rattled the door before it swung open. Adrian stepped inside, looking slightly distracted as he tossed a set of car keys onto the edge of my desk."Father," Adrian said, walking over toward the seating area. "You wanted to see me the other eveni
Lena’s POV Adrian spoke, breaking the quiet."Do you think my father has been acting strangely lately?"My heart skipped a beat. The pen in my hand nearly slipped from my fingers. I forced my head up, pasting a look of utter, convincing surprise onto my face, scrambling to keep my voice from shaking."What? No, no," I replied quickly, offering a tight, nervous laugh. "Why would you say that? He seemed completely normal."Adrian sighed, running a hand through his hair and looking back down at his screen. "It's just a thought. Forget it. Sorry.""It's fine," I mumbled, dropping my gaze back to the papers.I tried to lose myself in the columns of data, typing away on the laptop, but less than five minutes later, my phone buzzed sharply against the coffee table.I glanced down, and my breath caught. A notification from an unsaved number—though I knew the digits by heart—flashed on the screen.Richard: You're shaking. I could see it in your eyes before I left. You want me to finish what I
Lena’s POVMy phone buzzed on the kitchen counter while I was trying to focus on making coffee. I picked it up, seeing Adrian’s name flash across the screen."Hey," I answered, trying to keep my voice steady."Hey, love," Adrian’s smooth voice came through the speaker. "You've been cooped up in that apartment all day. Why don't you come down to the office? You can hang out in my suite, and I’ll keep you occupied."A knot tightened in my stomach. The last thing I wanted was to step foot near anything associated with Adrian’s family name after what happened yesterday. But staying here, staring at that dark business card on my coffee table, was driving me insane."Is your dad going to be at the office?" I asked, holding my breath. There was a brief pause on the line. "No," Adrian replied, sounding slightly confused. "Why?""Nothing," I quickly recovered, forcing a casual tone. "Just wondering. Okay... I’ll let you know when I’m heading over."I hung up and turned to look down the hallway
Lena’s POV I lay completely still, listening to the steady, sound of Adrian’s breathing beside me. One of his heavy arms was still slung possessively over my waist, anchoring me to the mattress. My muscles ached from the unyielding tension of holding my life together by a frayed thread.Slowly, carefully, I slid out from under Adrian’s arm. He stirred, murmuring something unintelligible into the pillow. I didn't waste a second. I gathered my clothes, dressed quickly in the quiet suite, and let myself out of the bedroom before the rest of the estate began to stir.I ordered a cab to take me back to my apartment. When the car dropped me off and I finally unlocked my front door, the sudden silence of my space hit me like a physical wave. The apartment was quiet. Cleo, my younger brother, was at home, fast asleep in his room, dead to the world, I’m sure he had been gaming all night.I dropped my bag by the door and leaned my back against the wood, letting out a long, shuddering breath. I
Lena’s POV The final echoes of the Vanguard charity gala faded into the quiet hum of the estate. The towering chandeliers had been dimmed, the last of the high-society guests had departed into the cool night air, and the sprawling hallways finally felt like they were breathing again.I stood in the foyer with Adrian, my heels aching and my nerves frayed to a breaking point. I had survived the evening. I had smiled, I had danced, and I had successfully navigated the silent, terrifying war zone between Richard and Julian. I just wanted to go home, slip into my own bed, and pretend that the world wasn't spinning out of control."Don't go back to your place tonight," Adrian said softly, stepping closer and resting his hands gently on my waist. His voice was warm, carrying that effortless, magnetic charm that made it so easy for people to love him. "Stay here with me. It’s late, and I want you close.""Adrian, I should really head back," I protested weakly, my heart already hammering agai
Lena’s POV 🌸The notification came in just after 10:30 p.m. — another high-value order to the same penthouse. My heart slammed against my ribs. I knew I should decline it. I knew this was becoming something more than deliveries. But the promised tip was too good to ignore, and some traitorous part
Adrian’s POVThe city lights stretched beneath my penthouse like a conquered kingdom. I stood by the floor-to-ceiling windows, whiskey in hand, the ice long melted. Power had made life predictable. Women especially. They saw the money, the penthouse, the reputation, and became easy. Boring. But not
Lena’s POV 🌸By 6:15 a.m., my alarm tore through the silence like a siren. I groaned, dragging my exhausted body upright. My eyes felt gritty, my shoulders stiff, and a dull ache pulsed between my thighs — a lingering reminder of last night’s unwelcome arousal. Sleep had been restless, fractured b
Lena’s POV🌸I stood in our cramped apartment, zipping up my worn delivery jacket with a heavy sigh. The clock had already ticked past 10 p.m., and every muscle in my body screamed for rest. But rent was overdue by two weeks, Cleo’s school fees kept piling up like accusations, and the electricity c
