I do agree that less than 10 is to little & longer than 15 is too long but I also feel it depends on the content of the story in that particular chapter.

Chapters with the length in between 10 to 15 pages of GN is perfect I guess … less than 10 would be too short and more than 15 could be long & can start to make loose interest for a reader
