The first thing I noticed after waking up was the warmth.

Not from the blanket tucked around me.

It was him.

Osiris!

His arm was wrapped around me, firm and protective, his chest rising steadily beneath my cheek.

For a moment, I didn’t move and just… stayed, breathing in his deep masculine scent. That dangerous Alpha, feared by the entire world, held me like I was something fragile, protecting me even during his sleep.
