Chapter 1

Mira really didn't expect that her friends would throw her a surprise birthday party in a nightclub like this. When her blindfold and ears were removed, she was trapped and couldn't escape from there. She wasn't a woman who liked the frenetic pace of discos like this but right now she could only surrender as everyone excitedly sang happy birthday to her.

Mira looked at her friends who were shouting loudly in the midst of the invitees who were handsome men who seemed to have been invited specifically to enliven the party they had made.

The motivation was predictable. They wanted them to be the center of attention and the most beautiful women among all the men in the club.

After that, Mira was immediately led by her friends to blow out the birthday candles which were deliberately shaped like a tall lighthouse so that Mira had to climb onto a chair that had been prepared by her friends.

In the end she could only comply with their request. She took off her high heels and climbed onto the chair they had prepared to blow out her lighthouse candles. She folded her hands as she closed her eyes for a moment and made a wish in front of her super-sized birthday cake.

After Mira finished saying her wish, Jenny, Reni, Tari, and Santi immediately spun confetti together. A burst of colorful paper glitter rained down on Mira in an instant.

Mira smiled happily at the festive party her friends had prepared.

They surrounded Mira and wished her a happy birthday with their characteristic friendship that has always been excited and compact so far.

Mira smiled amusedly but also saluted to see the joy and efforts of her close friends to make her happy on her birthday.

"Thank you," Mira said as she hugged her friends and smiled happily.

The event certainly didn't end there. In the end, they deliberately made a game that was Mira's weakness, namely the game of remembering names. Because she always lost, Mira had to accept punishment by drinking high alcoholic drinks until she was completely drunk and could only surrender to the game they designed next.

They asked all the invited guests that they had selected, lined up and made a big circle in front of Mira then they asked Mira to judge who was the most handsome man from all the other handsome men to be the king on her special day.

The prize they prepared was unbelievable!

A brand new car will be theirs if they are chosen and can give Mira a hot night!

Mira is a widow with one grown-up child. Her husband died when her son was only five years old but despite having a beautiful face and also being good at managing companies, Mira never intended to find a replacement for her late husband.

She always focused on taking care of her children and her business rather than listening to their suggestions for a new companion. All her friends' matchmaking attempts always failed because Mira always managed to avoid the moment the meeting was arranged for her.

"You don't need to set me up with any man. When my husband died, my heart died with him. I have promised that I will focus only on taking care of my baby and our company," Mira said at the time.

"You're crazy, how can you live without sex! Sex with a great climax keeps us women young!" said Jenny as she glared at Mira.

"Without a partner I can still enjoy the thrill of sex that always gives me a satisfying climax!" exclaimed Mira as she cleared her throat with a flushed face.

"Hah!" all her friends exclaimed with high levels of curiosity. "How is that possible?" she asked, immediately approaching and surrounding Mira.

Mira whispered in her friends' ears while holding back amused laughter.

"Of course sex aids have a different sensation from the warmth of a man's body, Mir!" exclaimed Reni while scratching her forehead.

"It's the same for me and I get it all the time," Mira replied nonchalantly.

Back to Mira's birthday party...

Mira, who was already half-drunk, followed her friends' games without feeling shy or embarrassed. She walked slowly picking and choosing. She selected one by one the people standing in front of her and she unconsciously approached one of the male guests and pointed at him without hesitation and firmly.

"Jenny! I want him!" Mira said shamelessly while smiling seductively at the man of her choice.

Jenny and her friends immediately rushed to stop Mira. "Mir, he's not a participant but a real guest at this club, just choose something else," persuaded Santi while coaxing Mira who seemed to be shaking her head against what Santi was telling her.

"I don't want anyone else! I want him, only he will be my king tonight!" Mira exclaimed drunkenly. For some reason, she felt that he was very similar to her late husband, so she chose him!

Rendi observed the woman who was pointing at him at the moment with a serious face. The half-drunk woman was very beautiful and captivated him. Rendi should have refused and told her that he was not the invited guest but seeing his friends who wanted to approach the woman, Rendi immediately pulled Mira on his lap.

"I will be the king tonight," Rendi said confidently.

A sigh of disappointment was heard from all the participants who had registered. Although the man chosen by the current party queen was indeed handsome, the man chosen by their party queen was not a young man but a man who was half old although he still looked dashing. The party queen should have chosen one of them instead of the man who was not an official participant.

Seeing the chaotic and noisy situation, Jenny went up to the table boldly. "For those who have not been selected, don't be disappointed, tonight you can eat and drink as much as you want! The bill will be covered by our Party Queen!" Jenny exclaimed confidently.

Cheers and applause erupted in the club as Rendi's friends cheered on their cold friend.

"Yeah, yeah, I'll pay for everything!" Mira exclaimed with a drunken giggle.

Mira's exclamation was met with applause and cheers from everyone in the club.

As agreed, they were led to the elevator by Mira's four close friends who had stayed next door to celebrate their success in making Mira feel the warmth of a man.

"This is your room key, but before you enter. You have to drink this wine," Jenny said, holding out the special wine they had prepared beforehand.

"Wait a minute, does your friend already know your current plan?" asked Rendi trying to figure it out.

"Don't even think about it! Your job as King tonight is to satisfy our friend and make my friend feel the beautiful sensation of making love!" Santi interrupted while holding back his laughter.

"Yeah right! Tomorrow morning we'll see the mess you've managed to make in the room. If it's great you can take the prize downstairs," said Tari with a chuckle.

"Now, drink up," Jenny said again urging her king Mira to drink the wine they had prepared.

"What kind of wine is this?" asked Rendi, trying to smell the wine the women had given him.

"Wine of pleasure, why? Are you afraid?" said Reni quickly challenging the king of her friend's choice.

"I'm not afraid," Rendi responded in a relaxed manner.

"Good, then drink up," said Tari quickly helping Rendi sip their special wine.
