LOGIN“You belong to me now.” The moment Kael Voss catches Elias Vale’s scent, the entire room falls silent. For years, Alpha King Kael Voss has ruled the Voss Syndicate with ruthless control, crushing rivals, expanding territories, and turning his name into something feared across every pack in the underworld. Cold. Untouchable. Brutal. But power means nothing without an heir. After the murder of his former mate shattered his trust and nearly destroyed his empire, Kael swore he would never love again. He only needs one thing now, a pure-blooded Omega capable of carrying his child. Then Elias Vale is dragged into his life in chains. Hidden for years by a corrupt Beta family that exploited his rare biology through cruel experiments and forced suppressants, Elias has spent his entire life treated like property. When his family is slaughtered during a syndicate war, he’s offered to Kael as tribute to prevent further bloodshed. Kael accepts. The contract is simple. Elias gives Kael an heir. Kael gives Elias protection. But the longer Elias stays inside Blackthorn Tower, the more dangerous things become. His heats grow harder to control around Kael. Assassins begin targeting him. Pack politics turn vicious. And Kael’s cold obsession slowly becomes something far more possessive. Elias refuses to become another Omega trapped in a gilded cage. Kael refuses to let anyone touch what belongs to him. And somewhere between violence, fear, and unbearable attraction, the bond between them begins to change both of them in ways neither expected. Now rival Alphas are preparing for war. Traitors hide inside Kael’s own ranks. And the child growing inside Elias may become the spark that destroys the entire werewolf underworld. In a kingdom ruled by dominance and bloodshed, love might be the most dangerous weakness of all.

The trunk smelled like gas and old blood. My wrists burned where the zip ties cut deep. Every bump slammed my shoulder into the spare tire. I kept my eyes closed tight in the dark. Breathing through my mouth helped with the fumes, but nothing eased the fear twisting in my gut.
The guards thought I was unconscious. Good. Let them believe it.
"Silver-haired freak," one muttered. "Vale family really did a number on him. Already been through forced heats. Fertile as hell for a male Omega."
The other laughed, ugly and low. "Kael Voss doesn't take damaged goods. If he rejects this one, we're dumping him at the border. Draven's people will pay good money for rare stock like him."
My stomach dropped. Lucien Draven. The name alone made my skin crawl. He was a cold, calculating bastard from some twisted old bloodline. People said he treated Omegas like lab experiments, collecting them for his own sick purposes. I'd rather die here than end up with him.
The car slowed. Gravel crunched. Cold air rushed in when they opened the trunk. Rough hands dragged me out. My bare feet hit wet stone. Pine, smoke, and the sharp metallic tang of blood and dominance filled the air. Voss territory.
"Walk," the bigger guard snapped, shoving me.
My legs felt weak but I stayed upright. The estate rose ahead — stone walls, iron gates, lights slicing through the trees. Pack members watched from the shadows. Their stares burned on my torn clothes and the silver hair that had made my family see me as nothing but property.
They hauled me through heavy doors into a hallway that smelled of leather and polished wood. Whispers trailed us.
"Is that the tribute?"
"Male Omega. Rare."
"Alpha will break him fast."
My heart hammered. I kept my head down but scanned for exits, guards, anything useful. Survival habits I'd learned young.
They stopped at tall double doors. One guard knocked.
"Enter," a deep voice commanded.
The doors opened.
The room was all dark wood and low lighting. A massive desk dominated one wall. Behind it stood Kael Voss.
He was imposing — six-five, broad shoulders, dark hair with silver at the temples, silver-gray eyes that assessed me like I was merchandise. Scars covered his hands and peeked from under his black shirt. This was a man who ruled through power and fear.
The guards forced me to my knees on the rug. My tied hands pulled at old wrist scars.
Kael walked around the desk slowly. His scent hit hard — pine, smoke, raw Alpha authority. It made my body react even as fear gripped me.
He stopped in front of me and gripped my chin, tilting my face up. Firm. Controlling. "Silver hair. They weren't lying."
His thumb brushed my lip. I fought not to pull away.
"Name," he ordered.
"Elias Vale."
He studied me. "They say you're fertile. Family used you like a lab rat."
I stayed silent.
Kael released me and circled slowly. His gaze felt heavy on my scars, my posture.
"Stand."
The guards yanked me up.
"Out," Kael told them. They left. The door shut.
He crossed his arms. "You know why you're here."
"Breeding contract," I said. "You need an heir for your empire."
His mouth twitched coldly. "Smart. I don't waste time on stupid Omegas."
He stepped closer. His hand settled on my waist, heavy and testing. Heat burned through my shirt. My body shivered despite myself.
"Strip," he said. "I don't buy damaged goods without checking them first."
Shame and anger rose, but I had no choice. "Untie my hands."
He cut the ties. I rubbed my wrists, then pulled off my shirt. Cold air hit my skin and all the old marks. I kicked off the pants and stood straight, refusing to hide.
Kael traced a scar on my ribs. "Who did this?"
"Does it matter?"
"Everything about you matters now, Elias."
The way he said my name sent unwanted heat through me. He was dangerous, controlled, and far too aware of every reaction I had.
His hand moved to my hip. "Turn."
I did. His fingers brushed the gland at the back of my neck. I tensed.
"Relax. I'm not marking you tonight."
But the hunger was there in how close he stood. I closed my eyes. "If you reject me, they'll sell me to Draven."
"I know."
His hand rested on my lower back. "You're not what I expected."
"Too broken?"
"Too alive. Most they bring me are already empty."
Kael stepped back and tossed me my shirt. "Get dressed."
I did quickly, confused.
"The contract is simple," he said, leaning on the desk. "You give me an heir. I give protection, money, status. Try to run or betray me and you'll regret it."
My hands shook as I zipped the pants. "And if I can't get pregnant?"
"You will."
"I want conditions," I said.
His eyebrow rose. "You're negotiating?"
"I want freedom inside the estate. No chains. No locking me up."
He stared, then gave a short, dry laugh. "You've got nerve."
Kael moved close again and caught my face in both hands. "Freedom within reason. But you belong to me. Your body, your heat, your child. Make me regret this and I'll make sure you remember who owns you."
My heart raced. Fear, anger, and that dark pull mixed together.
He leaned in. "Agreement?"
I whispered, "Yes."
Kael pressed his lips to my forehead — more claim than comfort.
"Welcome to the Voss pack, Elias Vale."
Riven entered. Kael's hand stayed on the back of my neck as he guided me out.
I felt the weight of possession in the air. Nothing would be the same.
Elias's POV…The door closed behind Kael, leaving the medical room feeling too quiet and too bright under the sterile lights. My hand stayed on my stomach even after he left. Pregnant. The word kept repeating in my head like it didn’t belong there. I was carrying Kael Voss’s heir. Our child. The ultrasound image of that tiny heartbeat was still burned into my mind.I sat on the exam table, legs dangling, trying to breathe through the mix of emotions crashing over me. Fear. Shock. And something softer that scared me even more — a tiny spark of hope. The bond hummed steadily between us. I could feel Kael moving through the estate, his anger sharp and focused as he headed toward the border. He was already thinking about Draven. About protecting us.A soft knock sounded. Seraphina walked in without waiting for an answer. Kael’s sister. Tall, athletic, with the same silver-gray eyes but sharper edges. She looked at me like I was a problem that needed solving.“So it’s true,” she said, cros
Kael Voss PovI stormed out of Elias’s suite with my blood still boiling. The new bond thrummed in my chest like a live wire, feeding me pieces of his guilt and fear. I wanted to punch something. Draven already had his claws on my mate before I even met him. Genetic material. A claim. The thought made my fists clench so hard my knuckles cracked.Riven caught up to me in the hallway. “Boss, you look like you’re about to kill someone. What happened?”“Draven,” I growled. “He has Elias’s genetic samples from the Vale family. That bastard thinks he owns a piece of my mate.”Riven’s smirk faded fast. “Shit. That changes things.”“It changes nothing,” I said, voice hard. “Elias is mine. Bonded. Marked. We’re running tests today. I want confirmation on the pregnancy and every detail on his condition.”I headed straight for the underground medical wing. The sterile lights and chemical smell always grounded me. This was my territory. My rules. Two hours later Elias was brought in by guards. H
Elias Vale PovI woke up slowly, my body heavy and sore all over. Especially low in my stomach and between my legs. The room was quiet except for steady breathing that wasn’t mine. Kael’s arm was wrapped around me, his chest pressed to my back. For a second it felt almost safe. Then everything came rushing back — the heat, the way I begged him, the biting, the bond locking into place.I tried to shift a little. That’s when I felt it stronger. The new connection in my head, like an open door between us. I could sense Kael’s emotions even without him speaking. Right now they were dark and sharp, like barely controlled anger boiling underneath.Kael moved behind me. His voice came out low and rough. “You’re awake.”I turned my head to look at him. His face was hard, jaw tight, eyes narrowed. He looked furious. The kind of mad that made people stay quiet and careful. I swallowed hard. “Yeah. What… what happened? I remember the heat getting really bad, and you stayed. But after that it’s
Kael Voss PovDawn light crept through the windows, gray and quiet. The room was still too warm from the long night. Elias stayed curled tight against my chest, his skin damp with sweat, breathing uneven. I had held him through the worst of it, but now my own body was turning on me. A heavy ache built low in my stomach and spread through my veins. The rut was kicking in strong, triggered by his scent and the way he kept pressing closer even in his sleep. I needed to get out before I lost control.I started pulling my arm out from under him.Elias woke up fast. He grabbed my shirt with both hands, fingers digging in hard. “No, Kael, don’t go,” he said, voice cracking. His body jerked like someone had hit him. More sweat broke out on his face. “It hurts so bad when you move away. Please. I can’t take it.”I froze halfway off the bed. He looked completely wrecked — eyes glassy, legs twitching, face twisted in pain. I could see how much that small movement cost him. My own rut flared hot
