LOGINThe drive to Izzy's house is short, only two blocks from the club. When she found this little ranch on a dead end street she was so excited. Said it was exactly what she needed and she didn't have any nosey neighbors poking around so that was a plus.
We don't talk, but it isn't an awkward silence, just two people thinking over their day. When we pull into her garage we keep the silence between us as we grab our bags and go inside. The mudroom is one of her favorite rooms in the house; one of the only ones she's finished since she bought the place. The walls are a pale silver, which I never knew even existed. The floor took her days to do, a dark night sky done in epoxy. It's beautiful and terrifying at the same time. Just like Izzy.
Our bags hit the floor and shoes come off before I head to the living room and she heads to the kitchen. Hopefully to grab some snacks. I plop down in her oversized recliner and curl myself into a ball while I wait for her to come in here. The living room is set up to be the most comfortable room in the house, with two oversized navy blue recliners and a huge TV on the wall. The small coffee table stands out among all the massive furniture in the room, just a small square white table.
Izzy steps into the room, a bag of chips and bag of hershey's kisses in one hand, bottle of wine under her arm and two glasses in her free hand. She gives me a sad smile, the kind that doesn't reach her eyes before she sets it all down on her small coffee table and sits down next to me. Her head leans on my shoulder and I drop my head to lay on hers.
"I don't know how I missed it." I say quietly.
"You trusted him." She says just as softly and it throws me a bit. Izzy isn't soft. She isn't gentle. She's fire and sass and doesn't hold back.
"I did. I tried so hard to be what he wanted me to be." Izzy doesn't respond, instead sits up straight and reaches for the wine. She pours us each a glass and hands me mine before we clink glasses together and I down half of mine in one go.
"You should have been enough for him just as you are. You should never change yourself for a man." Izzy says after she finishes her drink. She pulls her tray from the bottom of the stand and gets ready to roll a blunt, knowing this is what I really need to decompress. We've had this arguement before, it's the same reason Izzy isn't with anyone, and hasn't been for years now. She's firm in her belief that if someone can't accept you for who you really are, they don't deserve your love. I always believed that love was compromise, two people who have to live together, have to share intimate space with each other, are never going to get along all the time. There has to be compromises in the relationship for it to work.
Where were Jack's compromies though? If I think back over our relationship, over all the years, he never had to compromise once. He'd argue back with me for hours, twisting words and accusing me of being a "unworthy partner who just doesn't understand the role of a good wife." Those words used to hurt me more than I let show.
"He ruined me Izzy. Shattered my soul in a way I'm not sure can be glued back together." It took me months to warm to Jack. He was relentless. Sending flowers to the office, texting all hours of the day and night. He even went to my parents after he found out who they were and how much of an influence they had in my life. I didn't let new people into my life. I had Izzy, my club family, and my actual family. I didn't let strangers in. This was exactly why.
"No babe. He didn't ruin you. He transformed you. Starting tomorrow we get you back. Not the Sky you've been the last five or six years. The Sky you were when you walked into a room with confidence, when every head turned in awe as soon as you broke through the door. The Sky the bosses men still talk about, the one they still compare every woman who comes through that door to." She says with the most deadly serious tone I've heard from her.
"I don't know, Iz. I'm not that person anymore." She stares at me with what might be pity, before she shakes her head.
"Exactly Sky. That's exactly what the problem is. You never took shit from anyone before. Are you seriously telling me-" she stops to light the blunt and holds it in for a second before she finishes. "That you're going to let that rattlesnake dick son of a bitch be the reason you're sexy as sin soul is shattered? You, Skyline, are going to give a sad sack of shit that much power over you?" She asks, inhaling again before passing it to me. I take it from her hand and inhale, holding it in until my lungs burn.
"Well, shit. When you put it like that, I don't think I can." We sit silence for a while, just passing the blunt between each other, both of us lost in our own heads.
"Six years, Izzy. It's been six years since I've had a good orgasm." Her eyebrows raise and her mouth drops open.
"You can't be serious, Sky. Jack never made you cum?" She asks in disbelief, and I can't say I blame her.
"No, love. I tried to play with myself once, you know, trying to help get myself there, and he got upset. Really upset. Said I was "too old" for that."
She puts the blunt out as she shakes her head. "That's just crazy babe. No wonder you're so unsure of yourself. You've got to be going mad by now. How the hell have you survived? Wait- you have a toy hidden, right?" Her tone makes me laugh and her gaze narrows on me, lips thinning into a flat line.
"I don't find this humurous Sky." Ooohhh, this isn't fair. She's using the tone with me. She knows what that tone does to me. My eyes go wide and I meet her stare, a small smirk playing at her wine stained lips.
Izzy and I had to practically carry Starlight off the stage and into the dressing room. She was a shuddering pile of mess. Apparently the girl had never had a proper orgasm a day in her life. Poor thing. We set her down at her dressing table, her dance partner already gone for the night. Probably better anyways. She needs some kind of privacy to regroup from what we just put her through. That kind of pleasure can be overwhelming if you've never been on the receiving end of it. "You good, babe?" Izzy asks, throwing me a bottle of water. I nod, then drink the water like it's my last line to life. Being under those lights gets hot, and my mouth is as dry as the sahara. Thomas comes through the door, a huge smile on his face. He doesn't step in too far, never does, but his gaze immediately falls on me and Izzy. It only lingers for a second, but I knew what it was telling us. "Alright ladies. The audience has an hour to make a vote. You don't have to stay if you don't want, hell looks l
MalakiI watch the woman with the mask as she brings out a third girl. The curve of her spine down to that ass is one of my most vivid memories of the woman I've been looking for. The three of them talk for a second before they guide the new girl into position on the pole. They stand on opposite sides of her, my dark haired mystery woman and the only woman I've ever seen by her side. "Boss, this wasn't on the schedule." Antonio, one of the newer members of my security detail leans in to tell me. I nod in response. He's right, and normally I would call off this little add on performance. I came here for two reasons tonight, but my men only know about one. The lack of business at the club lately. The books have been in the red the last two months and I needed to know why. When I first bought this business from the old man that owned it, the money it pulled in was great. More than what I initially thought it would. Now, it's doing worst than any other club I own, and I n
I grab her ankle as she slides up, making her look down on me. She smiles slowly, then surrenders and lets me pull her down the pole. When her feet hit the stage she grabs a handful of my hair and whips my head back. She tsks at me, shaking her head, before her tongue trails down my throat, stopping at my nipple. Her whip slides up my sides, and I take this chance to unsnap her thong, tossing it to the side. My hand grips her ass as her hold on my hair gets tighter. I push against her, making the pole slide between her ass cheeks as she backs into it. Her mouth leaves my nipple, the cold air hitting the wet skin making me shiver. She bends over, ass in the air, as she twerks on the pole. One hand wraps around the pole as I pull myself over her and slither my way to the top of the pole. I wrap my ankles around each other and let go, my face falling into Izzy's ass. Great place to be. She opens her legs and falls into the splits. Her ass smacks the stage as she grabs the pole and slide
Thomas walks in the door, the last two girls sulking in behind him. I didn't listen for the crowd this time, but from the looks on their faces it didn't go well. I grab Izzy's hand, leading her towards Thomas. "You two ready?" He asks, lighting the cigarette he had behind his ear."We're always ready. But I need to tell Starlight what her signal is." Thomas nods and he follows behing Izzy, making sure he knows what cue to give her. I take the time to stare in the mirror attached to the door. There's plenty of them in this room, but this is the only one that doesn't lie to me. The lights over head are bright and harsh, highlighting every flaw you have. I have to admit though, I look amazing. Breasts are high, spilling out of my corset, the dark leather biting into my skin. My hands go to the sides of my mask automatically, making sure they stay in place. The last thing I can have happen is for that to slip tonight. He cannot find out who I am. Well, who Skyline is anyways. He knows e
I let go of Starlight and stand back a bit to take her in completely. She is a gorgeous woman, built more like a dancer than I ever was. I've always been a bit too much, too much boob, too much ass, but she has perfect portions of everything. "You look stunning, Starlight. If anything I do makes you feel uncomfortable, tell me. But, I do need to know your boundaries. I plan on making you the main attraction after our show, so I need to know how far I can go." She lets out a nervous giggle and locks her hands together behind her back. That's when I realize what she's missing. Confidence. This beautiful creature has no confidence in herself and that just won't do. "I don't have any boundaries." She says softly, and I raise my eyebrows at her. "Well, as long as it isn't anything dangerous, or like super crazy." She says, her eyes shifting between me and the wall behind me. My hands land on her hips as I gently pull her towards me. "I need you to be more comfortable with me. We can't
My mind wanders while my eyes search for Starlight. I find her, slowly taking her hair pieces out and setting them in a small metal tin. Her bright blue eyes are dull, the happiness from earlier no longer showing through. "Hey, what's wrong?" I ask even though I already know the answer. She answers with a heavy sigh, one that makes her shoulders slump on exhale. "I don't know. I guess I just thought I would do better than I did. We practiced that routine all day yesterday." She's holding back tears but I see the little traitors starting to break free. "Hey, it's ok. It isn't as easy as it looks. Besides, I'm sure you did better than some of these other girls. At least I heard a crowd when you two were out there." She smiles, but it's the kind of polite smile you give to make things less awkward. "Stop taking your hair stuff out. Wait, actually just sit here for a minute. I'll be right back." I find Izzy at her station bench, adding a light layer of shimmer to her chest."So, I hav
"That isn't all I've found that looks suspicious." She slides over another stack of papers, this one with both of our names at the top. There's a few highlighted lines on each of the ten pages, some of them I recognize, some I don't. I grab her pen from on top of her laptop and put a check mark in
Izzy drops me off at my car and I head to my office to get my life together. Even though it's a town over, it isn't a long drive, but I try to go over the information for my meeting in my head. I don't remember much though, thanks to all the extra bullshit I've had to deal with lately. It's my firs
It doesn't take long to get to the storage unit, and since everything is so organized in here, only takes me a minute to grab the tote I need. My stomach growls as I drive away from the building, and I think of that little taco truck Jack absolutely despises. He never could understand what good foo
The meeting went better than I could have imagined, I think I even impressed my boss a little. Which is a damn good thing since he just gave me a pay raise. The client loved my work and walked out of the conference room as my first client. I was on my way home when I got a text from Jack. I ignore
