LOGINAuthor's POV
"Come here," The vampire maid pulled her near some kind of dark alley revealing an unusual chamber, the gate itself radiated a weird kind of aura and she didn't even want to imagine what kind of the monster would be residing in. She gulped taking a step closer but the maid stopped her. "Wear this." She handed her some kind of clothes which seemed to be designed in a way that covered her head and face, only her eyes were visible. She gulped touching her neck where the collar used to be but now it wasn't there. The woman in desperation to find if King really was letting that woman inside the chambers even pulled the collar away from her neck so she couldn't be caught. "After an hour, many servants will go inside to serve the king food and beverages, I'll help you get inside the chambers but you need to make sure to find a way to stay there." Even though she wasn't interested in living anymore, the thought of getting caught by the Vampire king itself sent a weird shiver down her spine. She nodded and the woman took her to the kitchen, the large place made her feel stuffed at how everyone we're almost running around to get the things done, and surprisingly everyone was wearing the same clothing around their faces. Seemed like the king didn't like watching anyone's face. A large tray was thrusted in her hands making her groan a bit, it was unusually heavy, it had different types of fruits placed on it but it was too heavy and large for a mere omega to handle. The rest of the servers didn't react like her instead they looked perfectly composed, the person who handed her the tray paused hearing her voice. She gulped composing herself enduring the heavy tray but the woman in front of her leaned her face closer to hers making her look down. Sandra strictly told her to not look in anyone's eyes while doing her work. Soon the woman stepped away from her went towards another server handing her the tray which seemed heavier than what Zinnia was holding yet she didn't react. "Come on, the king is waiting." The guard announced and everyone started walking towards his chambers in a line. The servers were many, so it wouldn't be much difficult to hide somewhere in the chambers. If his chamber was slightly like Sandra's then hiding would be a piece of cake after all Sandra had so much furniture in her room. But her hope diminished when they entered the chamber, there was almost no furniture. Just a large bed, side tables, and mid sized working table and a chair in one corner where some kind of paper work was scattered. Nothing else, no sofa, no couch, no decorations! How will she hide now? She bit her lower lip running her eyes rapidly, she needed to find a place, otherwise they will sent her out. Finally her eyes paused at the bed, it wasn't the usual bed completely touching the floor instead it had legs, there was a space at the end of the bed. She gulped walking towards the table placed near the bed where she was guided to place the fruit tray. She looked around and scooted down placing the heavy tray letting out a sigh in relief. It was damn heavy leaving her arms and shoulders aching. She stared at around her servers and when the head server announced them to leave now, she took a deep breath and finding an opportunity when one of the server covered her. She slid under the bed making sure to lay in the middle so she couldn't be shown from either sides. Vampire's server were slightly larger and heightened than her mere omega, so it was easy for her to hide behind them. The head server surprisingly didn't suspect anything and left the chamber closing the large gate. The silence filled the chilling room making it scarier and darker than before. It was cold, too cold. Sandra's room was also cold but because of the warmer clothes she was able to endure it, but this room was unusually cold even her warm clothes weren't helping her. She hugged her arms and closed her eyes. Vampire king wasn't even here yet the coldness and dark aura around the room were enough to scare her. He obviously will kill her if he found her and she didn't imagine how he will kill her. Her whole body shivered when she heard the gate of chamber once again opening, and instantly she felt a fear engraving in her, a powerful aura hit her. After all she was just a mere omega, she couldn't even survive Alpha's aura then it was a damned vampire who was way too powerful than even the alphas. He stepped inside and she heard him unfastening his cloak before pulling his coat off his body when once again the gate was opened and she narrowed her eyes. This time it was some woman's feet wearing extravagant dress dusting the carpeted floor with each step she took inside the chamber. The woman bowed to the king letting her honey like voice echoed in the room, "My king," The vampire king didn't say anything instead he walked near her grabbing her chin and gently pulling it upwards letting her eyes meet his red ones. "You have 10 seconds." His deep voice instantly made Zinnia clenched her hands harder in fear. She felt like crying, his voice alone scared her so much, after he found her, she had no idea what he might do with her. The woman didn't even ask him further and started stripping, Zinnia's eyes widened, shit! She forgot that they might sleep together. She didn't even think properly in all her anxiety that she might have to stay down witnessing everything. Gritting her teeth she closed her eyes hearing everything. The woman fully naked now walked towards his bed and was about to sit down but the king's voice echoed once again, "I gave you 10 seconds to leave, now they are over." The naked woman froze making Zinnia hold her breath in anxiety. So he wasn't going to sleep with her. She fell on her knees instantly crying, "I am sorry, my king, I misunderstood! I am sorry." She begged which softened Zinnia's heart a little but the king wasn't even budged. He mindlinked someone and in a second the door was opened revealing two men, the woman grabbed her clothes covering herself but it was of no use, "She wants to be fucked, make sure she gets what she wants." The man chuckled and the voice instantly made Zinnia realized who it was. The same man who threatened her inside the prison that one day he surely will get his hands on her. "Noted." With that the woman's cries echoed in the chamber but only for a few seconds as the man teleported somewhere with her leaving the chamber silent and chilly once again. Zinnia already found the conclusion of her spying, the king wasn't marrying, he even rejected that woman. She had gotten what she came here for but now she had no idea how to get out. Her body shivered a bit when she found the king nearing the bed right beside her. He took a seat on the edge of the bed and started eating the fruit from the tray she brought. The king seemed to eat a lot less than served to him and he then walked towards his working table from where he grabbed the a certain paper. The time seemed to swept away and she had no idea for how long the man walked around eating a little of everything while reading the paper before finally he stood up walked towards the window. But it wasn't actually a window, it was a door, he unfastened the lock and entered the place, she could see steam entering the chamber realizing that it was the bathroom. She bit her lower lip, he disappeared inside the bathroom and it was the best opportunity for her to leave but the thing was, what if there might be guards at the gate. How will she escape them? She closed her eyes palming her forehead, what she had gotten herself into? Well she didn't want to get entangled in this weird obsession of her so-called master and the king. She had no idea why Sandra was so anxious about his meeting with another woman especially when she knew, she had no future with the king. He eventually will marry someone of his rank, and status. "Not too stupid seems like," Her eyes snapped up as she subconsciously turned her head to the side she heard the voice coming from, she gasped out finding his feet right beside the bed, her body started trembling. "Come out!" She flinched at his authoritative voice almost making her want to cry in fear. His mere voice was enough to scare her so much, she didn't want to imagine the time she would face him. "Stubborn," He whispered but she still heard him, she gulped looking beside her only to scream in horror. She didn't even hear him bending down and now she caught the glimpse of his face. In panic and fear, she rolled out of the bed and didn't even think of anything else as she dashed towards the gate, only for a rapid body moving towards her as he used his unusually fast pace to grab her and the air was knocked out of her lungs as he pinned her against the gate making her close shut her eyes letting out a horrified cry as the whole gate trembled with the force he used on her. His steady hot breath kept on fanning her covered face as he whispered in a low dangerous voice, "Open your eyes." It wasn't a statement, it was an order. He used his damned authority but as she wasn't a vampire, his authority didn't work on her. Yet she needed to follow his order, maybe that way, he wouldn't suspect her being a werewolf after all this man hated wolves like it was his best paying job to do so. She steadily opened her eyes letting those unusual dark yet shiny green eyes meet his fiery red ones, they were light and not sparkling with the darkest shade of red. He looked composed and calm, narrowing his eyes at her, he didn't say a word. Her eyes. They were too captivating. Too rare, and for the first time Vampire king did want someone to keep staring in his eyes. _____________________________________ I'll be pasting the warnings in the coming chapter related to the story's genre and the contents inside. This is about Vampires, supernatural away from humans, so I'll be making them way more brutal and animalistic then my normal dark romance books, so be ware and better read my warnings first. Zinnia frowned for a second, according to Kael, they were just at some indifferences but the way Sandra described him made Zinnia question if that man's words were trust worthy or this woman's. "You think everyone is like you?" Zinnia mumbled making Sandra froze for a second before she glanced at her servants who frowned at Zinnia's words but she composed herself and held her head high. "Bullshit! You have no proof, but I do. I saw you letting another be so close to you, and even my servants did. Who you have to testify against me?" Zinnia chuckled tying her hands together on her hips staring at Sandra like she hadn't seen anyone as stupid as this one's. "I don't need anyone to testify, and I do not have anything as a proof," She accepted making Sandra grin, as long as she had nothing in her hand to prove her infidelity. " But, " Zinnia stepped near Sandra making
Author's POVCaius stared at the globe circling leisurely while it provided the man the shocker of his life. He had never thought this day would come, and he actually would be this tense while hearing the truth of his future. The weight of it pressed against his chest like a stone he couldn't shake off, foreign and unwelcome in a body that had known centuries of certainty. He sighed as his right hand man started speaking."My Lord, anyone you suspect?" The man didn't question the prophecy, he didn't even bat an eye on what the globe told them, like they blindly believed it and why not? This prophecy globe never lied, from the earliest war to the end of this day's success, everything was enveloped in the shape of a prophecy in this small sphere, there was no way this had lied now. It had guided kings before him, had warned of famines and betrayals long before they came to pass, and never once had it faltered. But who could it be? This prophecy made no sense, if it really was going to h
Author's Pov "How do you know black magic?" Zinnia questioned the vampire king who raised his eyebrows at her random inquiry. He expected something else after he showed her the misery her father was in, but seeing her so curious about his magic, he smiled raising his hand and petting her head affectionately. He sighed remembering the darkest times of his life, he had never shared this phase with anyone but today something in him actually wanted to share this. "That time I wasn't the king, I didn't have this kingdom, I was a stray." He mumbled making her stare at him. This was the first time she ever saw a slightest emotion on his face other than evilness and darkness. "I used to reside in any territory I could find, I was kicked out, and almost killed a few times but as I am an immortal, I survived the gruesome attacks. Then one day, while roaming around, I came across with a small house built inbetween the emptiest place I ever saw." He gulped remembering that time, the start of
Author's Pov A dark yet weird smoke danced around the familiar house, a beautiful yet terrifying home where once an innocent life was tortured, battered and forced to accept the things she never deserved. The smoke moved like a venomous snake sliding under the well built gate not letting anyone take the slightest sniff of it. It moved skillfully just the way it was supposed to, ascending through the staircase reaching the room where the old man was laid, his one arm was dangling on the edge of the bed as he was deep asleep forgetting everything of the world busy in his dreams, the dreams he badly wanted to turn into reality one day. The dreams that were about to be crushed. The steadily moved towards the old man, and soon disappeared in his hand letting itself submerged in his body through the arm. The second the toxic smoke embraced his body he gasped out snapping his eyes open. He sat up in alert looking around with a deep frown. His mate also woke up and followed him up before sw
Author's POV"Why are you staring at me like that?" Zinnia questioned the red eyed man who was busy staring at her like a hawk, he looked like he was drilling holes in her to understand what she was planning. Zinnia was summoned by Caius after two days of not being called as he was busy with some business, Caius wasn't used to this side of hers. Instead of looking hesitant and anxious like she usually do, she stepped forward and offered to massage him. First she massaged his shoulders and now she was sitting on the floor keeping her legs on her lap massaging them with her soft tips. Something was bubbling in her head for sure. "Is there something you want?" Zinnia paused for a second and the thing she wanted was right on the tip of her tongue but instead she remembered what Talia taught her, she looked at him and smiled taking him aback. "Why would I want something? And why would you think like that?" He leaned forward to her watching her beautiful emerald eyes he was getting addic
Author's POV "You can't stop me, you can't leave me." That voice, that very familiar voice made her shiver as the movements turned vicious. She felt her legs breaking, he was unmanageable, and impossible to handle. Her arms were pinned above her head, her tears soaked the pillow beneath her head and there was no strength in her comparable to him. She whimpered when he let his lips caress her neck before he whispered while still moving inside her."Your blood will be mine, soon!" This made her gasp out sitting up on the bed as she breathed heavily, her whole body was covered in sweat, she snapped her hands to her chest breathing crazily. She moved her trembling hand and switched on the lamp placed beside the bed looking around. It was her room. Her eyes darted to the side of her bed which was neat and clean with no proof of anything laying there. She sighed closing her eyes in relief. It was a dream. But it seemed so real. The helpless in her, the same feeling of being defiled like t
