8 Chapters

Chapter One: MoonLight Pack

The MoonLight Pack is not only one of the biggest Pack's in the land, but also one of the oldest. How old, no one really knows anymore, only that we have two temples that a line with the moon rising on the summer and winter solstice. These temples have been closed for centuries and no one is allowed in. Because of this, rumors started spreading around the pack about what might be inside, how they where built and so on. Of course, a good portion were scary and had no historical facts to them. Other than the temples, the MoonLight Pack is located in a really big horseshoe, with only one way in and out of the pack. All around the border, is a huge mountain rang. There is a really big forest all round, where the pack members are able to go and let their wolfs out to run, without getting into any kind of trouble from the outside world. Chapter Two: Going to the Training Area

Alethra's wolf got them to the training area in no time at all. She shift back into her human form, got the clothes out of the backpack and got dressed. She went to a near by tree and climbed up it, to be able to get a better view of who might be still in the area and who has already left. Looking over the training area, Alethra is able to see a lot of the wolfs have already left for the pack house. But she could still see a few omega's still cleaning up and her brother talking to one of the warrior's from the pack. She jumped to another tree that was a little close to where her brother and warrior were talking, so that way she could see and hear them without using her wolf's abilities. This is because, the more she used them, the more the risk that someone would be able to sense her wolf. And let not just her parents know, but the pack's Alpha and Luna as well. Chapter Three: The walk to Elzie's Home

As they walked in the direction of his home, Elzie reach out to his mate Amelia. Asking if she was okay, if there was any trouble while he was away. And to let her know that Alethra would be joining them. She sent him back her love, stated that there hasn't been any trouble today and asked if he was okay. He has told Amelia about his little sister Alethra and she knew how close we used to be. He sent her back his love and said yes, everything is okay. Just us finally having that talk, that has been long over due. She said that she understands and will have the tea ready when we get home. Elzie smiled to himself, his so luckly in having Amelia as his mate. She could have rejected him at anytime and walked away from the life they have been living. But instead she has been steady and sure, in not just her love for him, but for the life that they will have one day. She has been his light and strength, even during the times when he could see only an endless darkness and have no strength to

Chapter Four: Confirming Inforamation with Dr. Vall

I barely got into the near by tree in time, because the next moment, former pack doctor Mr. Monroe walked into the clearing. I hadn't really seen him since Elzie, Lara and I were young pups. Well, Lara a baby, but still, up until he retired, the pack did its' best to stay out of the pack's hosital. Even going as far to ask the Alpha if they could go into the human world or the next pack over for medical assistance. Because of this and the pressure from the pack, the Alpha had no chioce in finding a replacement for Mr. Monroe. After making sure that the packed liked Dr. Vall Polaris, the Alpha went to Mr. Monroe and asked him to retire. Mr. Monroe wasn't happy and even made a big sceen, saying that women couldn't be doctor's or even do the job as good as men can. Which only hurt his cause even more. The Alpha had Mr. Monroe escorted to his house and had warrior's station out side, to make sure that he stayed home until the next day. So, Mr. Monroe would have the time to cool off and b

Chapter Five: Elzie's and Amelia's Home

The small wooden cottage is in a clearing south of the training area, and is really nice with two flower beds on either side of the front door. The door itself is silver in color with a crescent moon hanging in the middle. All in all, Elzis and Amelia's home looked welcoming, something that Alethra would want to come home to. But then she saw it, on the left side of their home, close to the tree line. Two small grave makers, with flowers on either side of them. And her heart went out to her brother and his mate, cause it is hard enough to lose one pup, but two. She can't imagine what they have been through or what could have happen to cause them to lose both of their children. Not only that, this kind of loss can affect their wolfs, to the point that neither of them will be able to shift again. This new information left Alethra with even more questions than answers. Because she knew Elzie well enough to know that he wouldn't let anything happen to either his mate or pups. She also kne

Chapter Six: The Field of Flowers

My wolf only slowed down when she was sure that we where ways away from Elzie's and Amelia's former home. She looked back and saw that Orion wasn't doing so good. Even through he was keeping up with her and isn't saying anything, she could tell that something was off. That is when she saw it, a circle with runes right inside, then a cresent moon and a wolf in the center. It was in the center of his chest and glowing softly. It looked similar to the talisman that Lara wore around her neck and never took off. We didn't have the time for me to ask about it. So, my wolf and I pretended that we didn't see it. We both felt bad for our brother, but at the same time frustrated. Not at him, because it looked like he had no control what so ever on what was happening to him. Chapter Seven: Being Followed

Elzie, Amelia, I am no doctor and I am unable to tell if your pup will be okay. Because of this Dr. Vall is meeting us at this hideout and is the reason why I call it the medical hideout. After making sure that very thing is okay, you both can move to one of the other hideouts, which has the same flowers around it, or after meeting Dr. Vall you can stay here. The choice will be up to the both of you. Also, Amelia I understand that neither Elzie or myself got a chance to explain to you that Mr. Monroe is not the pack's doctor and hasn't been since after my brother left to find you. Dr. Vall is the pack's doctor, she is kind, patient and tells the truth. Even when the news she has to give is not pleasant. With this said, please allow Dr. Vall to check on you and your pup, Elzie will be with you the whole time. She has a personal rule when it comes to treating someone's mate. Unless it is an emergency, she doesn't check or treat them, until their mate is near by or in the room with them

Chapter Eight: Getting Lara to leave

Dr. Vall ignored Lara's tone and asked instead, So, what brings the both of you this far into the forest?Lara looked at Dr. Vall, trying to decide on what to say. She knew that the pack really liked her. And She had to admit that the doctor is better than the old Mr. Monroe, but she still didn't like her. This is mostly because the doctor kept asking her to take off the talisman (that she got when she was 7 years old) for her yearly checkups. Since she never got hurt and didn't have a reason to visit the packs hospital. Which was mostly thanks to the talisman, but also because she was always able to get someone that looked closely like her to do the training or event. She also wasn't sure how the talisman worked, only that she got it the same time as Elzie got the symbol on his chest, while he was still in wolf form. She remembered when she was finally able to see Elzie's wolf, they had him held down with many silver chains and her parents told her that they used a little wolfsbane.
