How Does Angst Enhance Character Development?

Two individuals with different stories, different emotions and different problems... They meet in a high school, one as a student, the other as an intern... How can they balance their views?

This story follows Oliver Knight, a once-abandoned boy who grows up in the harsh streets after being disowned by his adoptive family. Ayanna Cambor, the crush of my childhood friend, Dorian Harmon, makes fun of me for being a mute. She purposefully pours melted dark chocolate into my thermos.
