Teamwork makes the dream work here! I kept failing until I realized the characters don’t have to move at the same pace. Let Water Girl take the longer route while Fire Boy waits on a safe tile. The final stretch with the collapsing bridges demands quick switches—no hesitation. And yeah, the soundtrack somehow makes panic-jumping feel epic.
Ugh, level 10 had me stuck for ages! The trick is patience—rushing will just get one of them killed. I always let Water Girl go first since her path tends to have more immediate obstacles. Those spiky balls? Wait for their movement cycle before darting past. And the switches aren’t just decorative; hitting them in the wrong order can trap Fire Boy forever. Pro move: use the camera zoom to plan ahead. Split-screen chaos is real, but laughing at silly deaths makes it fun!
This level feels like a puzzle wrapped in a platformer. What worked for me was treating it like a turn-based game—move Fire Boy a bit, pause, then switch to Water Girl to adjust her position. The middle section with alternating fire and water jets is brutal, but memorizing their timing is half the battle. Bonus tip: sometimes ‘sacrificing’ a character to test a path (quick respawn helps) saves more time than cautious guessing. Also, that one diamond near the lava? Skip it until you’ve secured the route—it’s a trap!
Level 10 in 'Fire Boy and Water Girl' is where things really start to test your teamwork skills! The key is synchronizing movements perfectly—Fire Boy can't touch blue lakes, and Water Girl can't touch red lava, so you'll need to navigate the platforms carefully. I found it helpful to control one character at a time, moving them to safe spots before switching. The diamond collection is tricky, but prioritize survival first. Sometimes leaving one behind temporarily helps!
Timing jumps over moving platforms is crucial too. Watch the pattern of those floating stones—they usually pause for a second at each end. And don’t forget the levers! Activating them in the right order opens paths for both characters. It took me a few tries, but the satisfaction when they both reached the exit was worth the frustration.

It’s been two years since Kenzo was forcibly claimed by an elvish prince. Since then, a clear divide has been created among the elf factions - those who believe that only mates should be allowed to claim a dragon and those who believe that anyone should be allowed to claim them.
Dragons are no longer safe, being hunted and ambushed by elvish troupes who want them. These elves do not care about mate bonds, nor do they care that the hybrid dragons are still children in their human form. They only care about the power that being a dragon rider brings them. These troupes are no longer permitted to attend the academy.

"This isn't wrestling." Eoin grunted. "I could easily throw you off." he added.
"But you haven't." I grinned, shifting my hips slightly.
"Because I don't want to hurt you." he said. " Get off." he added through gritted teeth.
"Nope Prince." I smirked, emphasising his title Prince and popping the P disrespectfully. "Besides, you already hurt me, so kiss it better." I smirked, leaning dangerously low to him and pushing out my split lip.
"Kayda." he growled in warning. "Last chance, get off me."
"And if I don't, do I get that spanking?" I asked .
Eoin snapped. I saw it happen in his eyes. I had pushed him to his limit. He swiftly stood up with me in his arms and walked a few paces. Before I knew it, he had me bent over a fallen tree log on the edge of the clearing my head and upper body over the log and my butt in the air.

Eidolon Academy Book 1
When teens mysteriously develop strong and heavenly new capacities, they are proclaimed a danger by the public authorities and are taken to an extraordinary school called SCHOOL OF THE GIFTED, where they will be shown how to utilize their powers and how to control it.
This school is gone to by individuals from everywhere in the world as long as they have exceptional abilities too.
The school turns into their new home, some do not like this change of environment at first, but when they start to connect with different teens with abilities such as theirs, it turns into the most astonishing experience on the planet for them.
However at that point, who is Ice? Also, who is Fire?
Let us take a ride to this extraordinary world and find out, shall we?
A heatwave swept across the surface of the Earth right after the end of boot camp. Temperatures rose to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and all electronic items stopped functioning. Even our water source had all dried up.
I was lucky that I never liked the taste of water in college, and I always had five boxes of bottled water standing by in my hostel room. If I rationed my water, I could sustain myself until help arrived, but our instructor suddenly requested everyone to hand in their water to be managed by one person.
"We're a group, and it's only by working together that we will be able to sustain ourselves until help arrives! Whoever doesn't hand in their bottled water will be considered the common enemy!"
I had no choice but to hand in all the water I had.
However, the instructor was not fair with his water rationing. He would give the women one bottle a day, while I only had one bottle cap's worth of water.
"You're a man, aren't you? It doesn't matter if you have less water. Do you really want to fight the fairer sex for a little water? The ladies should be pampered like princesses. Can't a man like you bear some responsibility to take care of them?"
I wanted to argue with him, but my girlfriend, who was also my childhood sweetheart, helped the instructor tie me up and flung me under the sun to be burned to death.
When I opened my eyes next, I had returned to the day before the heatwave.
This time, I moved all of my water into a cave and watched gleefully as that lecherous instructor got thrown under the sun by his pampered female trainees to be burned.
Playing 'Fire Boy and Water Girl' with a friend is one of those classic co-op experiences that never gets old. The key is communication—since Fire Boy can only touch fire elements and Water Girl can only interact with water elements, you gotta constantly coordinate movements. I love how the puzzles force you to think as a team, like when one of you holds a switch so the other can pass. My favorite level is the crystal temple because the mechanics really test your timing and trust in each other.
For beginners, I’d recommend starting with the Forest Temple to get used to the controls. The later levels ramp up the difficulty with moving platforms and tricky obstacles, but that’s where the real fun begins. Pro tip: Use keyboard controls for smoother movement (arrow keys for Fire Boy, WASD for Water Girl). It’s chaotic at first, but once you sync up, it feels like dancing through the puzzles.
The 'Fireboy and Watergirl' series has some truly standout levels that test your teamwork and puzzle-solving skills. My personal favorite is the Crystal Temple's Level 12—it's a perfect blend of tricky platforming and coordinated switches. The way the puzzles escalate in complexity keeps you engaged without feeling overwhelming.
Another gem is Level 7 in the Ice Temple, where the mechanics of sliding on ice add a whole new layer of challenge. It forces you to think ahead, and the satisfaction of pulling off a perfect sync with a partner is unbeatable. The Light Temple also has some creative twists, especially Level 15 with its timed light beams—it feels like a real 'aha!' moment when everything clicks.
