What Are The Best Games For Meta Quest 1?

The Meta Quest 1, despite being an older VR headset, still has a fantastic library of games that hold up incredibly well. The way time moves only when you move creates this unique, almost tactical gameplay that’s perfect for VR. It’s short but incredibly replayable, and the minimalist art style still looks great on the Quest 1.

If you’re into adventure games, 'The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners' is a must-play. It’s one of the most immersive VR experiences out there, blending survival horror with deep mechanics like crafting, scavenging, and tense combat. The physics-based interactions make every encounter feel visceral, and the story’s choices actually matter. For something lighter, 'Moss' is a charming puzzle-adventure where you guide a tiny mouse named Quill through a beautifully crafted world. The mix of third-person perspective and interactive elements works surprisingly well in VR. Lastly, 'Eleven Table Tennis' is a near-perfect simulation of real table tennis—it’s so accurate that it almost feels like playing the real thing. The physics are spot-on, and it’s a great way to get some light exercise while having fun. The Quest 1 might not have the power of newer headsets, but these games prove it’s still a fantastic gateway into VR.
