Fans of 'My Hero Academia' know that Katsuki Bakugo is a central character and his fiery personality is a significant draw for many. Despite a few close encounters throughout the action-packed series, as of the current updates, Bakugo is still alive and kicking, much to the delight of those who revel in his combative spirit and determined stance. He has a pivotal role in the plot development, so his survival is integral to the ongoing narrative.

The whole Dabi situation in 'My Hero Academia' is such a rollercoaster! Last I checked (around the manga's Paranormal Liberation War arc), he's still kicking—though barely. His body's literally falling apart from overusing his quirk, and the emotional showdown with Endeavor was brutal. I love how Horikoshi writes him as this tragic villain who's both terrifying and pitiable. The way his past ties into the Todoroki family drama adds so much depth. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if his arc ends in sacrifice, but for now? The blue flames still burn.
What really gets me is how his survival hinges on hatred. Every time he fights, it feels like he's crumbling physically but growing stronger in resolve. That scene where he reveals his identity to the world? Chills. Even if he does eventually die, his impact on the story—and fans—is already permanent.

I've too many memories of this work to let it go unanswered. Speaking of which, Tiger is a man who throws away all he has for the sake of his ambition and who will never change. With the way he's overbearing, he should be in for a heavy fall! But although he finds himself trapped in many tight spots, he hasn't met with a tragic death in either anime or manga story line so far. At least let's hope not.

If you are familiar with the character of 'My Hero Academia' Shota Aizawa, I am relieved to tell you that thanks to the latest developments in the anime and manga, he is as yet alive today. Known as Eraser Head, Aizawa has encountered a fair share of life-threatening situations and nearly kicked the bucket more than once. As a professional hero, he often finds himself in tight situations because of the particular quirk he has: the ability to erase most types of quirks. Moreover, his work as a mentor to the students at UA High School tacks on further peril.

Izuku Midoriya, more popularly known as Deku, is now the genuine possessor of this superpower. The latest hints suggest that it is precarious indeed for Deku to maintain One For All. The series has not yet reached the stage where we can know one way or the other whether Deku is periodical or permanent possessor of his power. And that's what makes 'My Hero Academia's continuing success: it always brings something new for fans to anticipate with excitement!

Last time I checked, no, Bakugo Katsuki from 'My Hero Academia' didn't meet his maker. That explosive and fiery hero is still kicking and causing a ruckus in the series.

Deku, also known as Izuku Midoriya, the protagonist of 'My Hero Academia', is a character who constantly evolves throughout the series. Plagued by the fact that he was born without a Quirk, he gets chosen by All Might, the number one hero, to be his successor for the 'One for All' quirk.
Over time, Deku not only grows physically stronger but also mentally resilient. Despite numerous injuries and life-threatening situations, he always comes back stronger. He battles villains, undergoes intensive training, and navigates the politics within U.A. High School. His tenacity, intelligence, and kind spirit make him a true hero.

As an ardent fan of 'My Hero Academia', this series is full of action-packed moments, interesting abilities, and has a heartwarming plot in its core. From the beginning, we've seen the blossoming friendship between Deku aka Izuku Midoriya and Ochaco Uraraka. Their relationship is built on trust, admiration, and mutual respect.
In the currently released material, they don't officially become a couple, yet, the chemistry between them is obvious. Whether or not Deku ends up with Uraraka, however, is a concept much-loved by the fandom and let's admit, their scenes together are decidedly adorable.

Deku's dad, who works as a hero, is actually away on missions a lot. We don't see him much in 'My Hero Academia,' but it seems he’s off doing important work to keep people safe. It adds a bit of mystery and makes you wonder about his adventures. I hope we get to learn more about him later!

Man, thinking about Deku's journey in 'My Hero Academia' hits hard. From that scrawny, quirkless kid to the symbol of hope—it’s wild how far he’s come. By the end, he’s not just mastered One For All; he’s redefined what it means to be a hero. The final arc sees him pushing past his limits, facing All For One in this insane, emotionally charged showdown. What really got me was the cost—Deku’s body is wrecked, and there’s this bittersweet tone where he’s kinda mourning the 'normal' life he never had. But then, boom, Horikoshi gives us this beautiful resolution where he’s still standing, surrounded by friends who’ve become his family. The epilogue flashes forward, showing him as this legendary hero, but what stuck with me was how human he remained—still that dorky, determined kid at heart.
And oh, the quirks! Seeing him wield all the past users’ abilities fluidly was like watching a symphony of chaos. The way he honors each predecessor while carving his own path? Chef’s kiss. Also, that moment when Bakugo finally says, 'You’re the real deal'—I may or may not have teared up. The series ends with this open-ended optimism, like Deku’s story is just beginning, even though we’re saying goodbye. Perfect closure, but man, I’d kill for a spin-off of his adult hero days.
