Confirmed no official release. Community consensus on the forums is that it's not happening anytime soon. Your options are physical book, digital text, or waiting for a miracle. Some fans have done dramatic readings of snippets on YouTube, but not the whole thing. Maybe if we all collectively wish hard enough at the same time.

Yeah, no audiobook exists as far as I know. It's a shame, the prose in 'Hell Sent' is so dense and atmospheric, perfect for listening. I ended up using a text-to-speech app on my phone to get through it when my eyes were tired, but it's obviously not the same. The robotic voice mangled all the cool demon names.

Honestly, don't waste your time. I've gone down this rabbit hole multiple times. Audible, Libro.fm, Google Play, Kobo—nowhere has it. Even scoured some of the shadier audiobook aggregation sites on the off chance someone did an unofficial fan project, but nada. It's a bummer because the setting is so rich, but 'Hell Sent' seems destined to stay a text-only experience for the foreseeable future. Maybe the audio format doesn't mesh with the author's vision for that particular story? Or it's just not a priority compared to the main comic. Either way, I've resigned myself to the ebook.

I hunted for an audiobook of 'Hell Sent' for ages myself! Last I checked, which was a couple months back, there wasn't an official audio release anywhere. It's weird because the sequel 'Kill Six Billion Demons' has that amazing comic/god-fighting vibe that feels like it'd be perfect for audio, but 'Hell Sent' might be trapped in some weird licensing limbo since it's the prose prequel.

Your best shot is probably lurking on the author Tom Parkinson-Morgan's socials or the KSBD subreddit. I remember people asking about it on the Patreon a while ago and the answer was basically 'maybe someday, but not now.' The demand is definitely there, the community is super vocal about it. Until then, I just reread the web version and try to imagine the voices myself. The scene with the 82 White Chain Born in Empire would sound incredible with a good narrator.

It's frustrating, right? You'd think with the cult following 'Kill Six Billion Demons' has, someone would have picked up the audio rights for the prequel. I checked all the usual retailers and my library's Overdrive system too—nothing. I even tweeted at the author once (no reply, lol). The lack of an audiobook actually made me appreciate the written version more in the end; you really have to sit with the elaborate descriptions of Throne and the violence. A narrator might rush through it. Still, I'd download it in a heartbeat if it ever drops.

Where can I find the Hell Sent audiobook version?

3 Respostas2026-07-15 07:52:44
Man, I spent weeks looking for that! Randomly checked a YouTube compilation of fan-narrated 40k excerpts last month and found a whole channel dedicated to reading 'Helsreach' and the sequel. It wasn't official, but the guy's voice was perfect for Grimaldus. YouTube's got a weird treasure trove of that stuff if you dig. I think the uploader was 'Adeptus Narro' or something similar. For the real deal, Audible definitely has it. I finally caved and used a credit. The official narration by Jonathan Keeble is... well, it's brutally good. Exactly how Black Templars should sound. Your library might have it through the Libby app, but it's a toss-up.

Does 'Return from the Hell' have an audiobook version?

'Return from the Hell' caught my attention with its gritty premise. From what I've gathered after checking multiple platforms like Audible, Google Play Books, and even niche audiobook forums, it doesn't seem to have an official audiobook adaptation yet. The novel's visceral combat scenes and psychological depth would make for an incredible listening experience though—imagine a talented narrator voicing those bone-chilling demon dialogues! While waiting, I stumbled upon some indie voice actors doing dramatic readings on YouTube, which might scratch the itch. The webnovel community often creates unofficial audio content for lesser-known titles, so keeping an ear out there could yield surprises. Maybe if the physical book sales pick up, publishers will greenlight an audio version—fingers crossed!

Where can I find the audiobook version of hellions book?

Been searching for this myself for weeks. I finally tracked down the 'Hellions' audiobook on Audible—that's the full title, sometimes listed as 'Hellions: A Novel'. The author's name helps narrow it down if there are other books with similar titles. It's a standard purchase or use a credit. I saw a few whispers on Twitter that it might also be on Google Play Books, but I haven't verified that. The narration is decent, a bit drier than I expected for the subject matter, but it gets the job done.
