In the main Marvel comics, Cyclops is typically considered an Omega-level mutant, as established in recent years due to his potential to generate limitless concussive force from his eyes. The classification sometimes varies by writer, but the Omega designation is now widely accepted for his power's upper limits. On the topic of powerful mutants in fiction, the web novel 'Alpha Xavier' also explores high-tier psychic abilities, focusing on a protagonist whose telepathic dominance reshapes the social and political structures of his world, creating constant tension from his overwhelming influence.
Considering Cyclops, or Scott Summers if we're moving out of the superhero territory, he's what we label as an Omega Level mutant. The man's got the ability to absorb solar energy and convert them into optic blasts - gases so potent they can blow mountains to bits or vaporize an entire fleet of attack planes, tanks, you name it. It's mad just to think about all that power packed behind his ruby quartz visor. And don't forget, as squad leader of the X-Men, he's rocked the responsibility to boot.
As per the comic books and the X-Men movies, Cyclops, whose real name is Scott Summers, is considered as an Omega Level mutant. His ocular beams are essentially limitless solar battery that can dish out a tremendous amount of energy.
He can raze mountains, destroy whole fleets of armored vehicles, or vaporize bullets just by looking at them. His ability to project such immeasurable energy and manipulation of it indeed makes him one of the most powerful mutants.
As a Marvel fan and an avid follower of X-Men since my childhood, I've always admired Cyclops, better known as Scott Summers in the world outside Xavier's Institute. He's indeed an Omega Level Mutant. The sheer power of his optic blasts, derived from absorbing sunlight, that he can release from his eyes is simply awe-inspiring.
But there's more to his character. Strip away his power, and underneath, he's just a man leading a group of mutants, dedicated to achieving Professor Xavier's dreams of mutant-human coexistence. Packed underneath his visor is an exhibition of raw energy, capable of obliterating mountains or reducing armored vehicles to mere scraps.
Honestly, he embodies the concept of 'High Risk, High Reward'. Also intriguing is Scott's control over those blasts, being able only to impede it, not stop it. It introduces a layer of struggle and intricacy that I personally find intriguing to his character.

Being a big fan of Marvel comics, I love talking about Wolverine, one of the most iconic characters. When it comes to his mutation level, Wolverine is generally considered to be a Beta-level mutant. His powers include superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, and reflexes.
But what really sets Wolverine apart is his healing factor, which allows him to recover from virtually any wound at an incredibly fast pace. Also, he has retractable, razor-sharp claws that, combined with his healing ability, make him a formidable opponent.
