Imagine yourself curled up on a rainy day, lost in a book as full of charm, humor, and romance as 'What I Did For Love' by Susan Elizabeth r Phillips. Even if you despise theater, it's a fantasy from the realm of Broadway - chaotic, hilarious, and oh so romantic.

Georgia, our winsome heroine, always seems to find herself in humorous scrapes; it doesn't hurt that she has worked with the brooding figure of Bram as well. As we travel along with this couple, the course of their story gives us truly breath-hitching moments of suspense and plenty real laughs. This book is all delightful disorder, essential reading for lovers of romantic fiction in every particular. Trust me, you won't be sorry!

This book was an absolute delight! Haven't you ever dreamed of what makes those actors actually leave a stage? It's a must-read for aficionados of the Great White Way.

A quirky Broadway actress Georgia, and Bram--who fits the bill for stoic, macho stereotype male to a tee--broadcast sparks of attraction. This book is funny, touching, and you can't put it down again till the end. A lovely read for a lazy Saturday morning.

I regard "What I Did for Love" as one of the most enjoyable of all the romantic novels. It was written by Susan Elizabeth Phillips, and follows the fortunes of Georgia, a gifted actress who is continually involved in scandals concerning her love life simply because her men go wrong. Such is the joy of the famous boulevard Between Georgia and Bram, her spirit remains bold and undaunted.

Lose, a seemingly hard-shelled var and to his insolent surprise mood. The story bounces along with both Bram and Georgia at the center of the action -- the language tingles emotionally and humorously.

It's completely romantic, always interesting, and so funny as to make it impossible for reader and writer both to resist laughing as much of the time they're buried in giggling fits. It's like attending a smashing Broadway show, only in book form. This story is a delightful frolic that will leave you still hungering for more!
