My Angelic Omega Sister Killed Me Twice

My adopted Omega sister, Maya Bardolph, is known to be innocent and kindhearted.
Before the practical admission assessment, I specifically tell her not to interfere in any way. But she secretly puts a prohibited performance booster into my water bottle.
I am reported for cheating on the spot. My results are canceled, and I am permanently blacklisted.
When I break down and demand an explanation, she bursts into tears, looking pitiful and wronged.
She weeps, "Sierra, I just wanted you to get first place... I didn't know things would turn out like this."
My boyfriend, Dale Ashshade, immediately pulls her into his arms and blames me instead.
He scolds, "She is only trying to help. Why are you being so harsh to her?"
My parents chastise me frostily as well. "Isn't it just one practical assessment? She's an Omega. She doesn't understand these things. Can't you be more patient with her?"
To apologize, Maya smilingly brings me a cup of herbal tea later. "Sierra, I made this just for you. Promise you won't be mad at me anymore after you drink it, okay?"
Without thinking much about it, I drink the tea. But what she uses to brew the tea is highly poisonous silver oleander.
I die from the poisoning.
Outside the emergency room, Maya cries hysterically, "I'm sorry! I didn't know silver oleander is poisonous... I just wanted to apologize to Sierra..."
When questioned by the Enforcers, Dale calmly gives false testimony. "After Sierra was caught cheating, she became mentally unstable. She couldn't accept how things turned out and took silver oleander to kill herself..."
When I open my eyes again, I return to the day before the assessment.
At his Alpha succession ceremony, Damien seated his childhood sweetheart in the Luna's chair, then dropped a mate bond severance agreement in front of me.
“Once the bond's dissolved, I'll give you money. Enough to live comfortably for the rest of your life. One condition: stay away from Serena.”
I signed without hesitation but I didn't take a cent.
“Don't worry. I'll disappear from your lives for good.”
That night I went home, took out the silver knife I'd already prepared, and dragged it across my wrist.
Twenty-five years ago I'd crossed into this world of werewolves. For twenty-five years I'd worked to win over three protagonists, and every last attempt had failed.
The Moon Goddess had told me: once this body died, I could go home, back to my parents.
I lay on the cold floor and waited for the end. As my mind went hazy, I felt no fear, only a strange, giddy relief.
And right as I was slipping away, I thought I heard someone screaming my name.
The werewolves launched a massive invasion of the Elf Forest had been burned, half my people were dead, and my parents were missing.
The Elf Queen asked me to go to Damien Thorne and make him stop the war.
Damien Thorne. Alpha King of the North, my True Mate, the boy I'd grown up with. His sister Sera was the youngest of the three of us, and my best friend.
A year ago, Sera vanished after a secret meeting. I walked out of the forest alive. He didn't — and to him, that was proof enough. He went mad. He burned the sacred trees, slaughtered my people, turned every drop of his hate on me.
But he still loved me. So I went.
He locked me in his study and fucked me for nine days. Even when I slept, his eyes full of something I couldn't read — madness, and pain.
On the tenth day, he kissed his way down my spine, so gentle I let myself think it wasn't too late.
The next second, the dagger went into my shoulder blade, straight through the root of my light-wing.
The pain detonated from my spine to the crown of my skull.
"Shh. Don't scream." He pressed my face into the pillow. "These nine days were the warm-up. Tell me where Sera is."
He locked me in the dungeon. He used my people's lives as a leash. He married another she-wolf.
The cold-iron whip came down. Each welt sealed itself shut against the iron-poison's burn, then split open again. Every strike felt like a red-hot brand pressed into my skin and ground in. It would never heal.
But every time I came close to dying, it was him who tipped the antidote down my throat himself. His fingers shook. His eyes carried a tenderness he hated himself for.
The night he got drunk, he crushed me against his chest. "You think I love you, so you can do this to me. Tell me where Sera is, and I'll let you go."
I couldn't say it.The moment I opened my mouth, it would burn to ash.
I wouldn't have to keep this secret much longer.
An elf away from the forest for one full year is dead. No exceptions.
I had two days left.
After days of torture at the hands of my family’s rival gang, they offered me one last phone call.
I called my brother, Matteo.
I just wanted to say goodbye—while I still had the chance.
“What is it now?” he snapped.
“Matteo, I—”
He didn’t let me finish. “Fix your own mistakes. Until then, don’t call me again.”
Death didn’t hurt as much as those words did.
I felt my heart slow to a stop as my brother’s words echoed in my ears.
I guess you’re finally at peace now, Matteo.
I won’t bother you again. And you’ll never have to see me again.
The silver blade sliced across my throat, and I collapsed in a spreading pool of blood.
I called Ethan ninety-nine times. My brother ignored every single call, but on the ninety-ninth try, he finally picked up.
“What now?” Irritation dripped from every word. “Haven’t you caused enough trouble already? I’m in the middle of planning Lyra’s coming-of-age ceremony, and if you don’t show up, I’ll make you regret it.”
“Ethan, please—help me—” My voice came out broken and ragged.
He hung up.
I tried reaching through our blood bond, desperate for him to feel something—anything at all—but he’d severed that connection two years ago. My phone battery was dying, and I watched the last bar flicker before the screen went black.
I stopped struggling. The silver blade pierced my heart, and my wolf let out one final whimper before she died with me.
Days later, the patrol found a body.
The face was destroyed beyond recognition, torn apart and mangled. But Ethan still recognized the scar on the wrist—the one he’d sworn he would never forget.By then, it was too late.
Karl's life is being threatened and there is only one way to change that, he has to eat from the tree. It was said that whoever did would turn evil but will also be made strong, strong enough to protect his pack from the people seeking to destroy them. He is the last of the purest Alpha wolf bloodline seen in centuries, he is the one the prophesy was talking about, the one they said would save his pack from their curse.
Indeed he had been spoken of since the beginning of time in the holy scriptures, it spoke of a boy who would cry wolf and bring all to their knees.
But there is something that is going to hold him back, his mate. He had found her, immediately she had looked into his eyes and asked him where he was going he knew she was the one.
When she had touched his fur with fascination, he had known she was the one he was meant to mate with. A wolf only has one mate throughout their lifetime and he had found his until he discovered she was an enemy, daughter to the one who sought to kill him. Her death would bring life to his pack
