Read the light novels in order. The web novel is a rough draft with a different tone, almost more of a power fantasy first draft. The LNs are the refined, official product. Volume 1, then 2, and so on. That's it. The manga is fine but skips a lot.
This is one of those series where the publication order and the chronological in-story order are mostly the same, thankfully. No crazy prequels or side stories to slot in mid-way. The light novels are your main track. There's a spin-off manga focusing on different characters but it's non-essential. I'd say ignore the web novel unless you're absolutely starving for more content after finishing the available LNs. The LN artist's illustrations add a lot, too; you miss that entirely with the WN text. The pacing in the novels feels more deliberate, letting the settlement development breathe, while the WN sometimes rushes through ideas.
AlphaPolis lists ten light novel volumes so far. Reading order is basically numerical, 1 through 10. The web novel is hundreds of chapters ahead but the translation is sporadic and the quality... varies wildly. Some fan groups dropped it. The light novel is the definitive version for most readers now, it restructures some early events and expands on the kingdom-building mechanics, which is the series' strong point anyway. I tried following both simultaneously and it just confused me—character introductions and power scaling differences. Stick to one version.
but the light novel adaptation published by AlphaPolis isn't a straight copy-paste; it adds extra scenes and arcs, especially in the later volumes. Most people recommend starting with the light novels from volume 1 because they're more polished and complete, even if you're missing some of the web novel's raw charm.
If you're a completionist, you could read the web novel first, but you'll hit untranslated sections pretty quickly. The fan translation scene jumped around a lot. I started with the LN, got hooked, then went back to read the WN chapters that weren't covered yet. The manga is a decent adaptation but it's way behind; it's more of a visual supplement than a primary source. Honestly, just grab 'Isekai Cheat Kaitakuki' LN Volume 1 and go from there, you won't be lost.

[YOU HAVE TRANSMIGRATED INTO A VILLAINESS FATED TO DIE.]
I was supposed to obsess over the Alpha King, scheme against the heroine, and meet my end at the execution block.
Instead, I rewrote the story.
I chose Pierre Ashbourne—the neglected second male lead I once pitied as a reader—and spent three years helping him rebuild his dying pack, believing I had finally changed my fate.
Then he abandoned me at our mating ceremony for his first love, the heroine.
Now, the system has given me only one way home, restore the original ending by pushing the heroine back into the arms of the ruthless Alpha King, Hades.
But the more I try to complete the story, the more these leads are getting out of character!
What should I do?

The only thing wrong with Evy is that she has no concept of reincarnation or being isekaid. In her head, she was kidnapped to a faraway land… stranded in a place far away from Japan. So she has to learn things as she goes with as little knowledge as anyone else.
Having no sense of ever knowing that she was living in fantasy nor knowing the destruction that lies ahead in the future. Evy will do her best to live the life she wanted and surprise a couple of people on the way. Unbeknownst to her, all her actions will make a ripple. Whether they be for the better or worse.... Evy has no clue.

Just ran into this myself after grabbing volume 3 on a whim, then realizing the story was already in the thick of things. The core series, the one with the guy building up his territory, that's just 'Isekai Cheat Kaitakuki' on its own. It starts with volume 1 and goes straight up from there.
But here's where it gets a bit tangled. There's a prequel series called 'Isekai Cheat Survival Seikatsu'. It's about his life right after arriving in the other world, before the whole 'kaitakuki' nation-building thing kicks off. Some folks say you should read that first for the full backstory, but honestly, jumping into the main series at volume 1 works just fine. I did it and wasn't lost at all.
There are also some side story volumes and manga adaptations floating around, but for the core narrative, stick to the numbered light novel volumes of the main title. The official English release by J-Novel Club follows the main series order, which is probably the safest path.
