Checked for an audiobook version a while back and nada. It's text-only for the time being. The official English translation of the webnovel is available on sites like Manta and Tappytoon, but it's just to read. Maybe if the series gets even bigger they'll consider it, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I just read it during my lunch break.
No audiobook, at least not that I've seen. I'm pretty deep into the otome isekai scene and keep an eye on releases. Most of these Korean webnovels get fan translations way before any official audio production happens, if it ever does. 'Villainess Maker' feels like it would be a fantastic candidate for one, though—the dialogue is sharp and the internal monologues are intense. It would translate well.
I'd recommend following the official publisher on social media if you're really hoping for one. Sometimes they gauge interest that way. For now, I just read it on my phone like everyone else.
I actually looked this up last week because I wanted something to listen to while commuting. As far as I can tell, 'Villainess Maker' doesn't have an official audiobook release yet, at least not in English. I checked Audible, Google Play, and a couple of other major platforms and came up empty. It's a shame because the webtoon is so popular, you'd think there'd be a push for an audio version by now.
You might have better luck looking for fan-made readings on YouTube, though the quality and completeness can be really hit-or-miss. I found one channel that was doing a decent dramatic reading of the early chapters, but they stopped updating months ago. For now, if you want the story, you're probably stuck with reading the webtoon or the original novel translation online.

Elina thought she had hit rock bottom.
She lost her job. Her therapy session dredged up memories of the ex-boyfriend who stalked and traumatized her. The only thing she had left to look forward to was the finale of her favorite fantasy series, Moonbound Faith.
Then the show ended.
The heroes won. The villain died. Everyone got their happily-ever-after.
That same night, a knock at her door shatters what little peace she has left.
Her ex is standing outside.
The man who was supposed to be in prison.
Forced to flee into a storm, Elina runs until she reaches the edge of a cliff with nowhere left to go. Faced with a choice between death and returning to the man who destroyed her life, she jumps.
But instead of dying, she wakes up inside Moonbound Faith.
Not as the heroine.
Not as a side character.
But as Luna—the infamous villainess whose tragic death she celebrated only hours before.
Determined to survive, Elina plans to use her knowledge of the story to change her fate. But everything she thought she knew begins to unravel when a small boy tugs on her sleeve and calls her one word:
“Mom.”
The original story never mentioned a child.
And when Elina uncovers the truth behind his existence, she realizes something terrifying.
The villainess was never the villain.
The story lied.
And the ending she remembers may not be the ending waiting for her at all.

“One of these days, I’ll get you.”
I winked at them without a care. “I’ll be waiting.”
The day they crossed paths with the female lead would be the day I left this world. Their revenge didn’t scare me one bit.
Little did I know, the time would come when I would be proven wrong.
While I scrambled to get away in tears, he said softly, “Save your strength. The night is still young.”
Aurelia Giliam is her name now, what her original was she can’t remember. Her past life comes back to her in a painful headache. She somehow got into the body of the villainess of an otome game she enjoyed playing. This villainess caused trouble left and right for the heroine. But in the end, she always ends up getting abandoned by her family and dying in the end with no one to mourn her death. Now she was this villainess.
