Check Crunchyroll. That's where I watched it last. It should be listed alongside the main 'Re:Zero' series, maybe as a special or OVA. If it's not there for you, try the usual digital storefronts—Amazon Prime Video sometimes has these anime films and OVAs for rent or purchase.
It's a fun little side story, though not essential viewing. Mostly slice-of-life fluff with the gang, which is a nice change of pace after all the dying.
Memory Snow is an OVA that slots between episodes 11 and 12 of the first season. It's not always bundled with the main series on streaming sites, which can be a bit of a hunt. I caught it on Crunchyroll, but I've heard availability varies by region. It might also pop up on Apple TV or Google Play if you're looking to buy it digitally.
Honestly, the OVA is more of a charming, low-stakes breather episode compared to the main story's intensity. It's worth watching for the character moments, but I wouldn't stress if it takes a minute to track down. Sometimes these side stories are harder to pin down than the full seasons.
Your best shot is probably Crunchyroll. It's officially streaming there in a lot of territories. Failing that, you might have to rent or buy it from services like YouTube Movies or the Microsoft Store. Anime licensing is such a patchwork; what's available for me might be geo-blocked for you.
The OVA itself is a cute, festive side adventure. Feels like a bonus DVD extra from the old days, but in a good way. Just Subaru and the crew having a relatively normal time for once.

The end of the world was upon us, but there weren't enough spots for evacuation.
The roars of the zombies echoed in my ears as my fiancé, Oliver, gritted his teeth and pulled me onto the rescue vehicle—securing the last available seat.
I arrived safely at the survivor base. Lina, his first love, did not. The zombies tore her apart.
Oliver still went through with our marriage, but I never expected that he had only done so to make me suffer.
In his eyes, I was the one who had killed Lina. If she had to endure such agony, then I should, too.
For five years, he hated me. My life was worse than that of a stray dog scavenging for food on the street.
On the day my divorce was finalized, he kidnapped me, dragged me into the wilderness, and wrapped his fingers around my throat. Then, he threw us both into the swarm of the undead.
When I opened my eyes again, I was somehow reborn on the day the apocalypse began.
The rescue team was shouting impatiently, "One more! We have room for one more—hurry!"
I turned to Oliver, watching his hesitation. Then, with a quiet smile, I took a step back and let someone else have the last seat.

Everyone believes I will choose Dario Morandi—the man I have pursued for years. Instead, I pick up the photograph of his older brother, Cassiano Morandi.
Cassiano is known as the lunatic who was kidnapped by enemies at the age of five and thrown into an underground fighting pit. He survived on his own for ten years before the Morandis brought him back.
No one thinks he is worthy of me, the Vito family's Principessa.
In my previous life, I choose Dario.
On our wedding day, Lina Greco—the daughter of Papa's chauffeur—shows up in a white wedding dress with her pregnant belly on display, crying as she claims the child is Dario's.
Enraged, I have her thrown out.
But amid the chaos, she suffers a miscarriage.
Dario smiles and goes through with the wedding. But in the third year of our marriage, he steals classified intelligence and hands it over to my famiglia's enemies.

A serial killer targeted me.
My sister-in-law was assaulted and murdered while trying to save me.
Not only did I refuse to call the police, I pushed my father-in-law and mother-in-law down a flight of stairs when they came to help.
I even helped the killer destroy the evidence.
When my husband learned that his entire family got killed, he broke down in tears.
He grabbed me by the collar and demanded, "Why? Why would you do this?"
I deliberately waved photographs of his family's gruesome deaths in front of him and burst into laughter.
"Why?" I sneered. "Because they deserved it."
My parents begged me to cooperate so I wouldn't be sentenced to death.
Instead, I publicly severed all ties with them.
Meanwhile, the murderer who escaped justice struck again, claiming another victim.
As public outrage reached its peak, I was selected for the Memory Extraction Program.
Before the sentence was carried out, my husband asked me one final time, "The Memory Extraction System is still a prototype. You could die during the procedure.
"Tell us the truth now, and there's still a chance to make things right."
I slowly raised my head to look at him.
"You're not getting a single word out of me."
The crowd instantly erupted.
People shouted that a worthless life like mine deserved to die.
But when my memories were finally extracted, they were the ones crying and begging someone to save me.

Reborn, I Let His Childhood Sweetheart Pay for Her Crimes

On a flight, my boyfriend Cassio tried to steal a seat for his pregnant childhood sweetheart.
Last time, I stopped him. I forced him to return the seat to its rightful owner.
Out of spite, his sweetheart Ella refused to take the seat.
She stood through the entire flight.
By the time we landed, she miscarried.
She bled out and died.
Cassio never blamed me.
He arranged her funeral quietly…
Then married me.
He gave me the best prenatal care, the finest doctors, and a seemingly perfect life.
Until the day I went into labor.
He put me on a long-haul flight with multiple layovers.
And when I collapsed in a filthy airport restroom, bleeding and barely conscious—
He looked down at me with pure hatred.
“Serena, this is what you owe her.”
“If you hadn’t interfered back then, Ella would still be alive.”
“Today, you and your bastard child will pay for her and her baby.”
When I opened my eyes again, I was back on that flight.
Watching him berate the plainly dressed woman, I quietly put on my noise-canceling headphones.
He didn’t know that woman was the beloved wife of the most dangerous mafia Don in the city.
And the kick he was about to deliver—
Would be their death sentence.
This time, I just watched.
Anybody else get confused by this? The timeline's messy because 'Memory Snow' isn't part of the main TV series proper. It's an OVA that slots between episodes 11 and 12 of Season 1. So in strict chronological order, you'd watch Season 1 up to episode 11, then 'Memory Snow', then pick back up with episode 12.
Funny thing is, it actually released way later – like 2018, a couple years after Season 1 wrapped. So the broadcast order and story order are totally different. I remember trying to figure this out before a rewatch and having to double-check a wiki. The tone's a lot lighter, too, almost like a beach episode break before everything goes downhill again.
I saw that movie in theaters, and honestly? It felt like the most Re:Zero thing possible – a side story that ends up adding a surprising amount of emotional weight. It's set between arcs two and three, basically giving us that 'what if Subaru and the gang just had a normal, happy day' scenario. The snow-shoveling contest and the bits with Beatrice in the library are pure, low-stakes fun, a breather the show never really gave us.
But the real meat is the Roswaal stuff. Seeing him in his youth, especially his relationship with Echidna and the other Witches, fundamentally reframes every single one of his later actions. It goes from 'this creepy clown is pulling strings' to 'oh, he's carrying centuries of grief and obsession, and Subaru is his messed-up attempt at a do-over.' It makes the main story's conflict feel way more personal and tragic.
Plus, getting to see Subaru actually enjoy himself and build genuine, uncomplicated memories with Emilia and the others somehow makes all the suffering in the main timeline hit harder. It's a reminder of what he's fighting for, but it also makes you wonder if those quiet moments are forever out of reach.
Weirdly specific, but I ran into this exact same roadblock a few months ago. The OVA is kind of stuck in licensing limbo. I grabbed it off Crunchyroll a while back when it was on there, but it's not there now. Ended up using a VPN set to Japan to watch it on AbemaTV. That was a headache.
Most folks I know just sailed the high seas for it. Not ideal, but when a special like that isn't on any major western service, the options dry up fast. I'd kill for them to just bundle it with season one on a digital store somewhere. The Blu-ray's out there, but that's a pricier route.
