I light another stick of cigarette from the dying embers of the first one and close my eyes. Ash, my boy, it's time to take up the reigns of the family business.To do that, you've got to have big balls, that's something you need to acquire. I open my eyes as father's words echoe loudly in my head. That was sixteen years ago. I had grown big balls alright, they were so big that the Thunder name had become something to be reckoned with ever since then, and it had come at a steep price. When people set eyes on me, they see the definition of bad with a touch of evil. Suits me just fine actually.

“That is fortunate. Although I have to ask you, how do you two fight these toads and slimes by yourself?” Darrion smiled. “Luckily, my friend here is a thunder elemer. He just shot his thunder to the toads, and the lightning just spread.” The soldier looked at Jai in a slight surprise, while Jai became slightly nervous under his gaze. The soldier looked at him up and down, and somehow noticed something familiar from him. “Thunder elemer? Wait, are you from the competition? The thunder guy?” Jai smiled and nodded. “Yes, sir.” “Ah… I see. No wonder then. Haha,” the soldier laughed lightly. “No wonder these frogs are stunned in seconds. I believe you now.”

Ember couldn’t believe that she’s seeing Tracy standing in front of the mansion. She looked totally different now, Ember almost didn’t recognize her with the clothes that she’s wearing. Instead of wearing the uniform of the Delta Warriors, she was now wearing a pair of jeans and a black fitted shirt. It was the same with Rudson, Craig and James. They looked ordinary without their uniforms but ember knew they still have it inside them the warrior that was hard-trained to fight. It was Tracy who got over first. Without inhibition, she went to Ember and hugged her tightly.

He was present, they nearly shot him. I recounted how the bullet got close but didn't get to him. Part of the plan? I shook my head still not convinced. On first sight I concluded Ryder as dumb. I inquired, my voice echoing through the hallway, desperately seeking confirmation. "Yes," he answered after a brief pause, pulling me into an embrace. "I'm sorry I couldn't protect your friend," he whispered, his fingers gently stroking my hair. He signaled the warriors to leave, instructing them to take Tracy to the pack doctor. "How could Tracy be dead?" I questioned, my voice breaking as I pulled away from the embrace and met Ryder's gaze. "Do you think she harmed herself?" He shook his head, his eyes filled with concern. "No, Tracy would never do something like that. She was definitely killed…" I stated, my voice filled with anguish.
