Roxellena's POV

The cold morning air bit into my skin like needles before the first cock even crowed. I had already finished bathing and slipped out to the training ground, fists slamming against the weathered wooden dummy.

For days I had drilled defensive tactics into my body until my muscles screamed. Today, I switched to offensive strikes,sharper, faster, more aggressive.

“Easy, Rox,” Jess called softly from behind me.

I didn’t stop. My knuckles cracked against the wood again.

“Rox, take it

  • Alpha Adrain   {C10: Single out}

    Roxellena POVI couldn’t look away.Alpha Adrian stood in the center of the training field, powerful and focused. He shifted his weight, sliding his right leg forward while stretching his left leg back, then wrapped his arms around himself in the bear hug position. He moved with controlled power,forward and back, smooth and deliberate. Every muscle in his arms and shoulders flexed beneath his fitted shirt.Damned. Why does he have to make training look like that?Heart pounding, I mirrored his movement. I leaned forward, repeating the exercise again and again. My legs burned. My balance faltered. On the fifth repetition, my foot slipped. The world tilted, and I crashed onto the grass with a thud.Laughter erupted from the other trainees.From across the field, Rosa watched me with a sharp, mocking smile that made my stomach twist.Before I could push myself up, Adrian was there. He crouched, his large hand hovering near my face for a moment before both hands gripped mine. My pul

For days I had drilled defensive tactics into my body until my muscles screamed. Today, I switched to offensive strikes,sharper, faster, more aggressive.“Easy, Rox,” Jess called softly from behind me.I didn’t stop. My knuckles cracked against the wood again.“Rox, take it easy on yourself!” Jess caught my wrist mid-swing. Her grip was firm but gentle.I glanced down. Blood trickled from split knuckles, warm against my cold skin. Without hesitation, Jess tore a strip from the hem of her gown and wrapped it tightly around my hand, her fingers steady despite the chill.“How long have you been out here?” she asked. Her gray eyes searched mine, full of quiet worry.“Three… maybe four hours,” I muttered.“Rox,” she sighed, tightening the makeshift bandage. “Don’t be s

  • Alpha Adrain   {C8:The First Lesson }

    Alpha Adrian POV “Dad, what the hell?” The words tore from my throat the second my eyes clashed with his. “What was this all about?” I was still sprawled on the cold training mat, chest heaving, when he rose to his feet like the collision had been nothing more than a casual greeting. “A lesson,” he said calmly, brushing dust from his sleeves as he walked toward the white couch. “And you passed this one.” He sank into the cushions, leveling me with that unreadable Alpha stare. “But you failed the first.” I pushed myself up, jaw tight. “What was the first lesson?” “An Alpha must keep his word.” He gestured for me to sit closer. “You told those teens fifty push-ups. You stopped at twenty-five.” Heat crawled up my neck. I hated when he was right. “They never would’ve survived fifty,” I muttered. “Then you should have given them something lesser,” he said before standing up. “Take care of the pack.” With that, he left. My mind drifted back to the punishment I had given the teens

  • Alpha Adrain   {C7:My Territory, My Rules}

    Alpha Adrain POV The moment I stepped into the hall, I knew it was her. Her full, plus-size figure commanded the simple wooden chair she sat on, making it look far too small.Her friend sat close beside her, while my guards stood watchfully behind them. And at the far right, lounging like he owned the place, was Jason. The bully. Seeing his smug face ignited a blazing fury in my veins. My wolf surged forward, clawing at my control, demanding blood.I wanted nothing more than to shift right there, pin him to the ground that belonged to me, and tear him apart.This school might be his hunting ground, but here in my territory, he was nothing but prey. He had eleven months ahead of him, and I intended to make every single one a lesson in respect.I strode past my guards. They bowed their heads in silent reverence. Climbing onto the raised dais that faced the offenders, I introduced myself with cool authority, then turned to my head guard.“Fighting,” I announced, my voice booming through

  • Alpha Adrain   {C6:In camp }

    {Roxellena POV}The journey to Alpha Pascal’s territory dragged on far longer than I had expected. Hour after hour, the same endless line of trees blurred past the car windows, their green monotony pressing down on me like a weight. But the real torture wasn’t the road,it was sitting in silence while my own family laughed and chatted just inches away, as if I were invisible.Lady Gerty dominated the conversation, her voice sharp and relentless. “Remember, girl, at that training camp you will speak only when spoken to. Keep your head down and your mouth shut. We’ve had enough of your nonsense.” She and Rosa exchanged knowing glances before launching into a string of lies about me, how I was lazy, disrespectful, ungrateful. Dad nodded along without a word.“At least you’ll finally have some fresh air,” Rosa sneered, twisting in her seat to look straight at me. “The cupcake in the oven won’t miss you anymore. The fat rat is gone for months.” She smirked at her mother. Laughter exploded t

    { Adrian POV}“Who am I to you?” Eliana asked, her head resting on my chest. “Where is this thing going?” Her blue eyes searched mine, bright even in the dim light of the room. Our legs were tangled beneath the leopard-print blanket, her warmth pressed against me.My mind drifted elsewhere, eyes fixed on the ceiling. The question barely registered.“Where is this thing going?” she repeated, her fingers gently turning my jaw so I had to face her“Wherever you wish it to go,” I murmured, trailing my hand slowly down the smooth curve of her back. “Until the end.”“What do you mean by ‘the end’?”She rolled off me and sat up, turning her back to me. The blanket slipped down around her waist.“You know what I’m talking about,” I said quietly. “All of this has to end when I finally find my mate…”“Your mate!” Eliana cut in sharply, twisting to glare at me. “You still buy into that garbage?” She snatched her stuff from the floor“And yet what you didn’t believe manifested for you.
