POV MADDISON

"You have exactly two minutes, Maddison. And you’ve already spent thirty seconds of them breathing my air."

Ethan Blackwood’s voice cut through the silence of the office like a blade. He didn’t even bother to look back at me. He remained standing right in front of the massive floor-to-ceiling window, staring down at the city skyline as if it were nothing more than his personal backyard.

To his left, his brother Asher was casually spinning a sleek pen between his fingers. He looked up, locking his dark eyes onto me with a heavy, mocking smirk that made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

"Let her speak, Ethan," Caleb intervened from the back of the room. The third triplet was lounging lazily on the leather sofa, tossing his head back. "At least the red dress she chose to wear for our little meeting makes the wasted time somewhat worth it."

I clenched my fists so hard my nails dug into my palms. If I had come here yesterday, I probably would have turned around and run out of this skyscraper crying. But yesterday, I was still Richard Miller’s dutiful, submissive wife. Today, I was just the woman who had caught him tangled in our own bedsheets with my stepsister. I had no pride left to protect. I only had pure, burning rage.

"I have forty percent of the shares of Richard’s construction company," I blurted out, taking a sharp, firm step toward the heavy mahogany desk. "I know your family has been trying to hostilely take over his firm for the harbor project for months. I will give them to you for free."

Asher stopped spinning the pen instantly.

Ethan slowly turned around from the window, fixing his cold, calculating gaze on me for the very first time. The temperature in the room seemed to drop below freezing in a split second.

"For free?" Ethan let out a dry, humorless laugh. He walked toward the desk with an intimidating, slow grace. "Nobody gives anything to the Blackwoods for free, let alone the ex-wife of our biggest corporate rival. What’s the catch, Maddison?"

"I want you to destroy him," I said. My voice didn't waver, and honestly, that surprised even me. "I want you to leave him on the streets without a single penny to his name. Take his company, take his projects, and strip him of the legacy he brags about every single day. I want to watch him beg."

Caleb stood up from the couch and approached me with his hands shoved casually into his trouser pockets. He stopped so close to my front that I could smell his expensive cologne—a lethal mix of wood and amber. He tilted his head, a predatory glint in his eyes.

"That is a very expensive request, doll," Caleb whispered, his voice dangerously smooth. "We could erase Richard from the financial map of this city in less than twenty-four hours if we wanted to. But simple company shares don't pay for that kind of personal favor. We want something else."

"What do you want?" I demanded, refusing to back down. I forced myself to hold his gaze.

Ethan stepped up right next to Caleb, flanking me. The physical resemblance between the three brothers was terrifying, but Ethan’s sheer aura was heavy enough to crush the air right out of your lungs.

"Three months," Ethan dictated, his tone completely flat and non-negotiable. "You will move into our private estate tonight. You will live under our roof, you will eat at our table, and you will answer to every single command we give you. You will belong to us, Maddison. In every single sense of the word."

A violent shiver ran straight down my spine. I wasn't stupid; I knew exactly what he was implying by those words.

"And what if I say no?" I challenged, throwing my chin up.

Asher finally got up from the desk and walked over until he was standing directly behind me. He effectively blocked the office door, sealing off any possible escape route. I could feel the intense heat radiating from his broad chest just inches away from my bare shoulders.

"If you say no, you can go right back to your cheating husband and beg him not to throw you out on the street with nothing," Asher muttered gruffly near my ear. His deep voice sent an involuntary jolt through my veins. "But if you say yes... by tomorrow morning, Richard Miller will find out what a real nightmare looks like."

I looked at the three of them. They weren't knights in shining armor. They weren't my saviors; they were wolves. But Richard was the man who had torn my entire world apart without a second thought. I took a deep breath and locked my eyes onto Ethan.

"Deal," I replied.

Ethan’s lips curved into a dark, slow smile that made my blood run cold. He reached into his suit jacket, pulled out a thick manila envelope that was already waiting on the desk, and slid a document toward me.

"Excellent. Sign right here," Ethan said, tapping the paper. "And by the way... your ex-husband is already on his way up. In fact, his ride just cleared the private elevator."

POV MADDISON"Drop your weapons, boys," Alistair Blackwood commanded, his voice holding the absolute weight of a god presiding over a court of mortals. "Or my men will paint this marble with the Miller girl’s blood. And I’d hate to lose my future grandchild before the first trimester is even complete.""Don't do it, Ethan!" I yelled, my fingers tightening against the cold steel of my submachine gun, though the red laser sights of four different rifles were currently dancing across my chest and stomach. "He won't let us leave this fortress alive anyway. He’s a psychopath!""Quiet, Maddison," Caleb whispered, though his voice lacked its usual clinical calm. He slowly raised his hands, his eyes locked on our father with a mixture of raw hatred and sharp, calculating analysis. "We play his game. For now."Asher let out a low, animalistic growl, his massive body vibrating with an intense, violent impulse to tear Alistair’s throat out. But as Ethan slowly unclipped his tactical holster and

POV MADDISONThe black-hull assault yacht Stellaris sliced through the final, jagged barrier of the shallow reef, its carbon-fiber hull groaning in protest as the twin turbine engines suddenly dropped to a silent, low hum. Before us, rising from the dark, churning depths of the Atlantic like a steel leviathan, lay the High Court’s offshore fortress. There were no searchlights sweeping the water. No alarms screamed into the stormy night. The massive hydraulic doors of the fortress's southern docking bay simply stood open, letting the warm, yellow light of the interior spill across the black ocean. It was a silent, terrifying invitation."The entire grid is dead silent," Caleb muttered, his fingers typing furious commands into his tactical tablet as we drifted into the massive, echoing wet dock. "No automated targeting locks, no defensive shields. Our father has completely overridden the Tribunal's central operating system.""Because he wants us exactly where we are," Ethan said, his vo

POV MADDISONThe metallic taste of panic and the heavy, copper smell of gun smoke bled through the master cabin’s ventilation shafts. The steady, powerful thrum of the yacht’s twin turbine engines suddenly stuttered, a violent, grinding shudder vibrating directly through the dark leather floorboards beneath my bare feet.Caleb didn't waste a single breath. He snatched his tactical sidearm from the side table, his eyes locked onto mine with a sharp, lethal focus as he threw my unbuckled wrists free from the silk restraints."Stay behind the bulkhead, Maddison!" Caleb ordered, his voice dropping all psychological playfulness. "Asher, I’m moving down the central corridor now! Ethan, do you have eyes on the fuel grid?!""Negative!" Ethan’s deep voice boomed through the intercom, instantly drowned out by a deafening, sharp burst of automatic gunfire that seemed to echo from the steel decks directly beneath us. "They’ve deployed localized smoke canisters in the dry-dock sector! I can’t clea

POV MADDISON"Ethan, Asher! Get your asses up to the bridge right now!" Caleb’s voice exploded through the cabin intercom, the usual smooth, psychological amusement completely stripped from his tone. "The central marine radar just picked up a massive, black-hull stealth frigate sitting dead in the water directly ahead of our navigation vector. They’ve just activated their targeting locks on our hull!"Ethan pulled out of me instantly, his face hardening into an expression of unyielding corporate malice. He buttoned his trousers with that terrifying, practiced efficiency, not even looking down as he wiped a stray bead of sweat from his forehead."Asher, with me," Ethan commanded, his deep voice carrying the chilling weight of a general commanding a frontline unit. "We need to override the electronic masking arrays before they fire a tracking torpedo.""I'm going to tear Dominic’s throat out if he’s on that ship," Asher growled, his massive tattooed chest heaving as he grabbed his assau

POV MADDISONThe heavy titanium blast doors rolled back into the reinforced concrete walls with a slow, agonizing groan, exposing the dark, mist-shrouded subterranean corridor to the pitch blackness of the tropical storm outside. The emerald light of the central security screen reflected off the slick floorboards, casting long, fractured shadows across the room. From the absolute dark of the threshold, a single figure stepped forward, flanked by six elite operatives clad in advanced tactical body armor. He didn't wear a helmet; his sharp, familiar face was illuminated by the flashing crimson warning lights of our breached defense grid. It was Dominic Vance—Ethan’s former chief of security from the northern district, a man who had vanished from our payroll three weeks ago. He now wore the silver oak-leaf pin of the High Court on his collar."Dominic," Ethan noted, his deep voice dropping to a low, lethal register that seemed to freeze the humid air inside the búnker. He didn't raise hi

  • Bound by the Triplets   Confirmed Dynasty

POV MADDISONThe sterile, blue-tinted light of the primary satellite array cast long, cold shadows across the villa’s main living area. On the towering central monitor, the live broadcast from the High Court’s subterranean chambers remained frozen on a frame of pure terror. Lauren’s hysterical, tear-streaked face pressed against the heavy steel bars of her cage was a grotesque reminder that our war with the old world had only just begun."The old bastard actually did it," Asher hissed, his gravelly voice dripping with an unhinged, lethal venom as he slammed his fist into the reinforced concrete pillar beside the monitor. The impact cracked the plaster, but his wild eyes never left the screen. "He snatched her right out of the northern district to use her as leverage for our encryption codes.""It’s a standard executive extraction strategy," Ethan stated, his deep voice entirely devoid of emotion as he stood at the center of the room, his massive arms crossed over his tactical vest.
