Chapter 1004

And just like that… we’ve reached the end.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin because this story became so much bigger than I ever imagined it would be. What started as an idea slowly turned into a world filled with pain, healing, heartbreak, forgiveness, growth, family, and love.

These characters frustrated me, broke me, healed me, and stayed with me like they were a part of me. Honestly, there were moments when I found myself crying while writing some of the scenes.

Sierra’s journey especially was deeply emotional for me because at her core, she represents resilience. She represents getting back up even when life gives you every reason not to.

To everyone who laughed, cried, got angry, screamed at Noah, wanted to fight Brook and Chloe, loved Val, defended the twins, and stayed with this story until the very end… thank you.

Thank you for giving these characters life.

Thank you for loving them.

Thank you for being patient with them while they grew, and most importantly, thank you for staying and for choosing this story.

I hope this story made you feel something and that it reminded you that healing is messy, love is complicated, and sometimes happiness comes after surviving the worst moments of your life.

I know I was supposed to continue with Lilly’s book and then Gunner’s after that, and trust me, I had so many plans for this series, but because of health reasons, I’ve decided to take a break from writing so I can focus on getting better and taking care of myself first.

Right now, I honestly don’t know how long the break will be, when I’ll come back, or even whether I’ll continue this series afterward or return to my first love, which is paranormal/fantasy books, but regardless of what happens next, I just want you all to know how thankful I am for everything.

Thank you so much for all the love, support, patience, comments, votes, messages, and emotions you poured into this journey. It truly means more to me than words can ever express.

Please take care of yourselves and stay safe.

Until we meet again… Bye ❤️

With love,

Eve.
