Sienna's pov

Shivers ran down my spine the moment I saw that message and I tried to compose myself hoping that it was a place to meet and talk.

“Maybe he doesn't want us to be seen in public places together. I tried to make numerous excuses for him.

I didn't know what to do. My mind raced, my temperature warmed from the pressure I felt inside. However, no matter how hard I tried to make things seem positive for me I couldn't.

The idea of meeting up with a lecturer filled me with dread because I knew how I met Elias. Despite not knowing he was a lecturer back then I still fell into his trap. I didn't want the same mistake.

I exhaled but knew I had to go. I couldn't keep a professor waiting or ghost him. Especially with everything that went on in school. I took a deep breath and prepared my heart to meet with him.

I grabbed my bag and my phone but I knew I couldn't go out by this time. Dad wouldn't also believe me if I told him I was going to Eden’s place again.

“Damn it!"

Frustration kicked in. It was all his fault. If he hadn't demanded sex from me last night, I wouldn't have been in such trouble.

“Should I talk to him?"

I thought about talking to him. I mean, he was the only one I could talk to at this point in time but I couldn't.

What if he uses it against me? What if he doesn't help me out and make things worse and I fail the professor’s course.

I tried to think of something and the only person that came to my mind was Eden.

I tried to dial her number. I had dialled it but suddenly ended the call as quickly as I could.

“I'll just sneak out of the house. His instruction was to tell no one. Maybe there was something he wanted me to do for him."

Once I thought about it, I looked at the only option I had, to sneak out through the window.

I held my breath and since my room was at the last floor of the house I exhaled before climbing out. There was a tree nearby making it easy for me to climb down.

Once I reached the ground, I made sure to walk as fast as I could and didn't look back until I finally got to the road where I hailed a taxi.

I dragged my hood to properly cover my face just to make sure I practically went unnoticed by anyone.

"I'm heading to Dcrystal Hotel."

I knew the Dcrystal hotel quite well. It was one of the best in town and the staffs knew how to keep things private.

My hands gripped my knees as I pondered on several possibilities that could happen there while the driver took me there.

By the time I arrived, I moved straight to the lobby to check in with the receptionist. She didn't even spare me a glance.

"Room number 29.”

I gave her a curt nod before I headed up the stairs. Room number 29 wasn't so far so I rather walk to buy myself some time.

It wasn't long before I stood at the door, my heart hammering. I tried to compose myself but it seemed I couldn't. Fear gripped me and I started to feel my legs shake.

I exhaled, tapping gently on the door and by the time he opened the door, my heart sank.

Why was he only in a towel?

"Don't think negative, don't think–”

His hands rested on my right shoulder snapping me out of my thoughts.

“Good evening professor. How was your day?"

He chuckled while his eyes scanned me from head to toe.

“Do you plan to stand by the door? Come in."

I inwardly screamed yes at the first question but I knew that was never possible.

"Thank you,” I muttered like there was something stuck in my throat. I already felt so nervous, my body shivered from his actions.

“You don't need to be like this, feel free. We have this whole room to ourselves.”

I swallowed, feeling sick in my stomach. It was definitely what I had been thinking. I needed to leave this place right now.

"So what would you like to have?”

I shook my head, using my hands to support my knees. I was scared. I couldn't let what happened with professor Elias happen again else I would be cooked.

“No sir, there's no need to worry. I'm full.”

“Hmmm." He walked over to the table, grabbed the bottle of champagne from the ice bucket then poured himself a glass.

“You really shouldn't do this. This is our first meeting like this and you're acting so reserved. I heard you're a brilliant student.”

My lips parted but no words left my lips. He knew a lot of things about me. Well I wouldn't call myself brilliant but if he said so I shouldn't have to convince him I wasn't.

"I also see you're pretty and civilised. You missed your very important test and you were smart enough to come for this meeting."

The lump in my throat hardened. I didn't know how else to act. I was in a tight spot right now.

“You know the reason I called you here, right?"

He had asked me the ultimate question, one I wasn't sure I could answer but I gave a reply either way.

"To discuss my grade for the test I missed. You said I don't have to retake the test but I insist I should.”

He turned his back towards me as he poured himself another glass of champagne.

“There are other ways you can solve your grade problems. You don't necessarily have to retake the test."

I swallowed. The more he kept saying this, the more afraid I became did he really mean all he said?

My heart hammered. How would I escape. What do I say to get out of this mess?

He inched close to me, taking a sit. His hands moved freely and he placed them on my laps revealing his crooked teeth.

“You aren't a kid. I'm sure you have an idea on how you can repay my kindness, right?"

Sienna's povI arrived the next day on campus but noticed something off. Only few student in school while others were practically not around. “What the hell is going on?” I pondered as I watched the few student that had strolled in stroll out. Just then, my eyes sighted Eden. She walked towards me as fast as she could, hands resting on my shoulder. “Oh Si, how are you doing?” she asked with raised brows and a worried expression on her face.“Fine, but something's off today. Why's everyone just…”She sighed shaking her head. Then she placed her hand on my shoulder. “You aren't going to believe what I found out.” I furrowed my brows, confusion forming on my face. “What did you find out?” Despite being confused and scared, curiousity was what took over my expression.“You might want to be able to sit for this one.”I nodded, moving towards where she gestured her hand before seating.“What is it girl, talk to me, I feel overwhelmed already. “You're acting like someone died.” “Well

Even our engagement was made private to pull her away from the public eye.I watched as she turned pale, staring at me for a solution now when things were getting out of hand, but since she was mine, I promised to handle it.“You've got classes today?” I asked, staring at her. She seemed not to be with me and dragged her feet to a nearby couch before collapsing into it. “No, no, I don't.” She muttered, staring into space. I guess she was still shaken from what she found out. “Look, I already told you I would handle it; can you just trust me?” She snapped her head towards me, worried about the issue. “Do you know how worried I am? I can't seem to think straight. Prof. Lucas isn't someone to be messed with. He knows his ways.” I tilted my head, my eyes dark. Was she more scared of the professor than she trusted me?Tropical.“Fine. Give me one day to

However, as soon as I opened the door, my face turned pale. I didn't know what else to do. I tried to speak when he stepped into the room.“What are you doing here?” He didn't have a smile on his face and closed the door the moment he walked in. “I tried to call you, but your number suddenly went off. You didn't take my calls. Why?”I swallowed, stepping backward while he followed me, staring into my eyes like I owed him something. “I don't know what you're thinking, but we need to talk at my place.” I frowned, crossing my arms over my chest with a dark look in my eyes. “I don't think there's a

I don't know what you're talking about, and I can't stay here any longer.” He scoffed. “Nonsense,” his tone was sarcastic. “What do you mean you don't know what I'm talking about? Aren't you big enough to take me?”My nose wrinkled in disgust, but a wave of fear caused my blood to run cold. “I’m sorry, sir. I do not know what you're talking about, and I have to leave.” He scoffed. “You know exactly what I'm talking about, but since you claim not to, I'll explain it to you.” He took a sip of his champagne, placing the glass back on the table then he exhaled.“You can be my campus girlfriend. We could meet here on the weekends, and you get to take care of me. That's all. We could end up being good together, and you can pass my course even if you perhaps do not take my exams.” My jaw hung open, and I blinked a couple of times to

Why did I have a feeling that whatever it was, it would end up being worse than I imagined. “Here, insert your number." He grabbed his phone and stared at me in the eyes for a few seconds before extending it to me. I nodded, taking the phone with shaky hands. I didn't know what he wanted, but I was sure his intention wasn't pure enough.I dialled my number, passing the phone back to him. “That will be all, you may go."
