INICIAR SESIÓNFear crept in, I couldn't lose her, and there was no time to rush back to the hospital. But then, without thinking, I leaned forward and pressed my lips to hers. It was more like my wolf, Jean was in control, pulling me closer to her. She opened her lips, allowing me. Instantly, I felt her pain, the burning agony in her leg. It all flooded into me, and after a while, the whole pain was gone. My breath hitched, but I didn’t pull away. There was no pain anymore, just how soft and sweet her lips were. She extracted her hand from mine and pulled me closer by the neck. She didn't want me to stop either. I felt like going further and tearing off her clothes; I wanted her; I've always desired her. If only she wasn't wolf-less, if only she was strong, she would have been perfect for me. She rolled her tongue inside me, making me grip her tighter. (Age:20) It was feeling empty and cold and then suddenly it stopped. A voice screamed at me with so much fury. I wanted to open my eyes, but I had to understand what was going on. “They all said killing my fated mate was the only way I could be free to choose my own!!” He yelled at me. “You're dead! And yet you still haunt me!” I tried to make sense of what he was saying, but my mind was completely blank. “Louisa, you know your death was necessary,” he began pacing around my body. “My father, mother and sister had to be avenged! Alpha George and his pathetic family deserved to die for killing half of my family.” My heart began beating faster; it felt like he was stepping away, and then, I heard splashes of books falling off from a shelf. “He killed them and never returned the bodies!!” He yelled and began stepping closer to me. “Well, to thank you for being the one close enough to dine with them and poison them, I will bury your body myself. I'm sorry I refused to give you the antidote like I promised but I would never have accepted you as my mate.” Damn it! He wanted to bury my body. He thought I was still dead. “I am an Alpha!! I refuse to be controlled! A wolf-less spy will not be my mate!” He smirked. I felt the pressure of his strong arms lifting me, my head lolled against his shoulder. I knew this was the right time to show I was alive so I forced my eyes open, letting a sharp gasp out of my mouth. He froze for a moment; I felt his arms tense. His grip on me loosened and the next thing I felt was hitting my back on the floor. “Ahh,” I gasped, pressing a hand to my head. My body ached, weak and foreign, as if it didn’t belong to me. For a moment, everything blurred, and slowly, I saw where I was. The room was small, filled with shelves stacked with books, boxes and dusty containers labelled in faded ink. A single light bulb was above, casting a glow. While I stood up, he took a step back, staring at me as if I was something unnatural. My heart was beating so fast; my feet trembled beneath me. “No… this isn't…” he paused. “You're supposed to be dead!” Well the man before was huge and tall, muscular built. It felt weird that I couldn't take my eyes off him despite hearing that he wanted dead, I guess that should be because I don't remember anything, especially how I died. “How in the holy hell are you still alive?” He asked, eyes still widened. I had to be careful with my next words. I didn't know who he was, and I couldn't let him know that I couldn't remember who I was. “I survived,” I said. “You, a wolf-less girl, survived a powerful poison that killed a very notorious Alpha and his Luna, including his heirs,” he stated, walking towards me. I opened my mouth but couldn't utter a word, I wasn't sure of what to say, so I closed back my mouth and began biting my lips in thoughts. “Answer me!!” He yelled. “Or perhaps, you lied about eating the food with them.” he paused, “Why come back for the antidote then? You can't be that stupid.” From what I've gathered, he had an enemy he wanted dead. He sent me to win their trust and dine with them, he gave me a poison to wipe out the people that murdered his family, I dined with them but never got an antidote from him. Damn it! I was used and manipulated. “Well, none of that matters anymore, I will just kill you myself!” He smirked. I took a step back immediately, my body tensing but he moved faster. My hands scrambled for anything to hold on to but instead, my back hit the wooden shelf. He reached me and wrapped his fingers around my arm, yanking me forward with so much force. “You had one life purpose! Infiltrate the pack, kill their Alpha's family! One life purpose!” His grip on me tightened. I struggled against his hold but he was too strong. I needed to think fast and save myself. Then, the words slipped from my lips before I could even process them. "Don't you want to know where your mother is?" I gasped. "She is still alive!" His grip loosened and his eyes widened in disbelief. “You're lying,” he said, furrowing his brows. “Perhaps that's why I returned from the dead,” I smirked, extracting myself from his grip. That was my chance to survive, I had to stall and find a way out of my misery. “Think about it! You never saw the bodies!” I said, staring at him and hoping he would buy my story. He shook his head sideways, he didn't want to believe me. My mind raced; I had been given a second chance, and I didn't want to die again without knowing why I was even sent back. So I took a deep breath and took a few steps forward. “If you kill me now, you will never find her,” I said calmly. I looked into his eyes, there was something different, something drawing me to him despite knowing he despises me. I stretched my hand to his face; his blue eyes glowed into golden yellow, and that ignited something in me; I felt my eyes glowing as well. “You manipulative bitch!!” he yelled and pushed me off him. I stumbled but held myself together. “I will never mark you to be mine!” He growled. “You are going to tell me where and how to find my mother right now!” “So that you can kill me afterwards?” I asked, “I need an assurance that once you find her, you will let me live.” I waited for a response while my heart was beating so fast. He clenched his fist, glaring at me.Louisa The both women raised their hands as their eyes immediately locked onto us, a blast of golden fire exploded across the chamber."Move!" George shouted.George and Ayana lunged forward, throwing both their hands forward, their own magic flaring to life. George's hands wove rapid sigils, sending bursts of dim golden fire hurtling toward the intruders. Ayana's voice rose in a sharp chant, summoning shimmering shields of ice that darted like arrows. The witch fight continued for a while, my heart beating so fast. The enemy witches seemed faster and crueler. And through it all, Agnes simply watched. She wasn't even trying to help.Another blast exploded through the room, which made George fly backward. Ayana barely managed to catch herself before slamming into a wall. That was when Scott suddenly grabbed my arm tighter.Jace stared at Agnes in disbelief. "You have to do something."Agnes didn't even blink. "Why would I do that?"Instantly, a wave of violet energy slammed into Ge
Louisa Everything felt wrong and right at the same time. The room, the air, my body, even my own heartbeat sounded unfamiliar in my ears.I was back. After months of feeling trapped in a horizon of my own body, I was finally free. The memories were still rushing through me in fragments. Dying, darkness, voices, even dreams that had felt too real to be dreams.Weeks and months of nothingness. And now I was standing here again happily but terrified. My fingers trembled against my throat where Jace's dagger had left a thin burning line. While my gaze was across the room, staring at Agnes who stood like a living storm, golden eyes blazing while magic crackled invisibly around her.One wrong word, one wrong movement and everyone here would die. I couldn't let that happen, I had to try to reach her."Agnes..." My voice came out hoarse and her attention snapped toward me instantly, the fury in her eyes softening slightly.I swallowed. "Please." The single word felt pitiful against the tensi
Scott Her lashes fluttered. For a second I thought my mind was playing tricks on me but then her eyes cracked open, glassy and unfocused. She blinked once, twice, her gaze settling first on Jace.“Jace…” Her voice was uncertain. Then her head tilted slightly, her pupils dragging toward me. “Alpha… Scott?”Something in my chest uncoiled all at once. The corners of my mouth lifted, almost against my will, and the weight I’d been carrying for weeks eased just enough for me to breathe.“Welcome back, Louisa,” I said softly.Jace steadied her as she pushed herself upright, her movements shaky, her confusion clear. Her fingers dug into his sleeve like she was clinging to the one thing familiar.I gave Ayana a short nod. She understood instantly. Raising one trembling hand, she whispered an incantation. Power spilled through the air, thick and suffocating, and the casket slammed shut with a deep, final thud. The noise made Jace snap his head up. He lunged toward it, fury and desperation bla
ScottHer smirk didn’t falter even as my fingers pressed tighter against her throat. Slowly, deliberately, she slipped a hand into her pocket. For a moment, I thought she might pull a blade, but instead she drew out a folded paper, old and creased at the edges.“Here,” she rasped.I hesitated, then released her with a shove. My hand snatched the paper from her grasp. The rough texture brushed against my fingertips as I unfolded it. Symbols spiraled across the page, twisted lines, unfamiliar letters, markings that made my head ache just staring at them.“What is this?” I growled.“The spell,” she replied smoothly, rubbing her throat where my grip had been.I turned, shoving the paper into George’s hands. At once, Louisa’s guards lowered their weapons. A ripple of movement followed, my guards lowering theirs reluctantly, eyes still sharp with suspicion. Ayana flicked her wrists, and the glow pinning Jace to the wall sputtered out. He crashed to the floor, coughing, his hand instinctivel
