LOGINTwo weeks later, I sat with Abigail in the sport arena. My phone rang startling me. "It's just your phone," Abigail said and I placed my hand on my chest. It was a call from Maria. I thought of walking to a different place, but after much consideration, I decided to answer it beside Abigail. "What?" I asked with a smile on my lips. She was coming here with her mate. They wanted to meet the Alpha and Luna. According to her, she had told her mate who I was to her, and he wanted to see me. After informing Abigail, we decided to prepare for her welcome. "Let's hurry to the pack house," Abigail said and held my hand. While running to the pack house, I felt her loosen her grip on my hand and turned back. "Abigail!" I called and she shook her head. "I don't think I am worthy to follow you," she said making me confused. Holding her hand, I told her to tell me what was bothering her. "You are the Luna," she said and took a deep breath. "You are also my best friend." I wondered i
"You are handsome," I said giving Marcus a peck then my eyes trailed to his outfit, and a smile forced it way out of my mouth. The outfit made him look like an unmarked young man. We walked into the building, and as many who saw us stared on. I knew some of them didn't believe that we were the one while some were amazed seeing us dressed like that. Abigail walked to us, and was about to speak when she looked at me again. "Susan," she called with a shocking expression. "Luna Susan." As many who were close to us stopped dancing, and I looked at her. "You shouldn't worry," I said. "We didn't come here to exact authority." Looking at the people who stared at us, I told them that we came to enjoy the party. Everyone began to dance. My gaze travelled to a far corner when I was dancing with Marcus. A lady sat there drinking herself to stupor, and I wondered why. Taking a closer look, I saw that she resembled Sarah. "Why are you distracted?" I heard Marcus ask, and looked at him.
We spoke about the new born, and what was to be done for him as he was the Beta's son. "What name would you like to give your son?" Collins uncle asked, and he smiled. "Ethan," he said and I smiled thinking that it was a good name until Sonia spoke with her little voice. "Robin," she said and I reprimanded her in my heart saying that he wasn't Robin. "Alright," Collins said smiling as he looked at Sonia. "We would call him Ethan, but you can call him, Robin." This made her happy, and I shook my head. The meeting was brief, but cool. The baby was too small for a werewolf pup as he wasn't born at the right time so we did like I did to Sonia when she was born. Remembering what Michelle said to me when Ethan was born, I hugged her. "Thank you for staying alive," I said, and she smiled. "Thank you for your prayers," she said touching my cheek, and when she stretched her hand to me asking if we were friends, but I shook my head, and this changed her mood until I laughed. "I see
"Where is my wife?" He asked, and before we could respond, Sonia walked to him. He carried her on his lap and I was about to stop her from sitting on his lap when Marcus stopped me. "Allow him," Marcus said to me. Collins asked about his wife again, and Sonia pointed to the room. Once again, we heard Michelle scream. "What's wrong with her?" Collins asked panicking, and Marcus told his friend to relax. "She's in labour," he said and explained everything to Collins who showed his understanding. A smile formed on his face. Some minutes later, he requested if he could meet his mate, and Marcus shook his head. However, due to his plea, Marcus knocked on the door. "Let him in," the doctor said and Collins walked in with Sonia. We stayed out of the room, and hoped for Michelle's safe delivery. Minutes later, we heard the sound of a baby from within, and smiled. The door opened, and the nurse came out with a wrapped baby. An Omega who stood nearby walked the nurse to a bathroom.
I had told her to also live for her brother, but why was she seeing him when he never saw this world? "Robin," I called the name again, and she giggled. A thought crossed my mind and I decided to relax. There is a saying that babies always see imaginary things so I was sure that was what she was seeing. After reading a story to her, she fell asleep, and I got up to leave the room, but she held my hand. "Mother, don't leave," she said. "Robin wants you to stay with us for a while." This brought tears to my eyes that I didn't know when Marcus walked in until he placed his hand on my hair. By that time, Sonia was asleep so I hugged Marcus. "You look emotional," he said touching my hair as I hugged him. "Can you let me know?" I nodded and held his hand before telling him what Sonia said. "I would have named our son, Robin," Marcus said leaving me stunned. Could she be seeing her brother? I shook my head at my thought. It couldn't be. Marcus touched Sonia's hair, and gave her a
Done with my examination, I walked out as I wanted to go to the place I always met with Abigail. While walking, I was stopped by some men I had not seen before. It looked like they wanted to fight with me, but why? We weren't on the training ground, and Marcus had stopped me from training in the university. I only trained with him. "What do you want?" I asked, and they smiled. "We no longer respect you, Luna," they said, and when I asked for their reason, the young man who spoke with me before the commencement of the examination appeared. "What should we learn from you?" He asked. "You are a cheat." I stared at him as I couldn't understand what he meant until he said that I sat for someone. "You aren't meant to be here as a Luna," he said and made a sign to a man who bent, and was about to pick a stone when we heard, "Do not try that." "Alpha!" I called, and looked at the men who froze. Marcus appeared in front of the young man who spoke last, and threw him on the ground maki
