ログイン~Sable
Up close with the stranger, the shadows melted away and my bravado almost did too. Holy shit..! The man was… fucking handsome! Like, stop-your-heart-and-then-kick-it-into-overdrive handsome. He was older, maybe early forties with little crinkles at the corners of his eyes that suggested he’d done a lot of smiling in his life. But he still had this boyish thing going on with a strong jawline softened by a mouth that looked like it was moments away from a smirk. He was big too. Not just tall but broad, filling the booth in a way that should have been intimidating but was just… solid. Everything about him was so fucking sexy it should have been illegal. He didn’t flinch at my little performance. Instead, a calm deep amusement lit up his eyes. “I apologize if my attention made you uncomfortable,” he said and gods, his voice… It was like dark chocolate and a low cello note all wrapped up in one. It washed over me and I felt a stupid sudden flush of heat that had nothing to do with the whiskey. “Uncomfortable? No. Curious, yeah,” I managed, sliding into the booth across from him before my knees gave out. “I saw you looking so igured I’d save you the trip.” He chuckled softly. “I appreciate the efficiency. It’s a rough night out there. I was just making sure you were alright. You don't seem used to this life.” Sure you were. But his respectfulness and his calm composure was a strange and powerful aphrodisiac. The fear and anger that had been my fuel for hours were suddenly morphing into something else entirely.. an annoying arousal! This was it; This was the solution! Corvin and that bastard Alpha thought they could sell my virginity like it was a bushel of apples? Well, I was going to take it off the market myself on my own terms and this man, this unbelievably sexy calm man seemed like the perfect choice to help me liberate it. I leaned forward, letting my torn dress gape a little. “I’m a lot better now,” I said with my voice dropping at an attempt at seduction. I traced the rim of my bottle. “It’s pretty boring drinking alone.” He watched my finger then lifted his gaze to mine. His eyes were knowing and for a second I felt completely transparent. “You’ve had enough for one night, I think,” he said gently. “That stuff will sneak up on you.” He was trying to deflect me.. to be the good guy but it just made me want him more. “You sound like my bartender,” I said with a pout I didn’t entirely fake. “What’s your name, anyway?” “Knox,” he said simply. “Sable,” I offered back. His eyes flickered over my face and down to my torn clothes and dirty feet and his brows drew together in a slight frown. “You look like you’ve been through a war, Sable.” Before I could come up with a lie, he did the weirdest thing. He leaned forward just a fraction, and… sniffed like actually sniffed the air between us and his frown deepened into genuine confusion. I pulled back with my own annoyance rising. “Whoa, okay. You a werewolf or something? That’s a little weird, buddy.” A faint unreadable smile touched his lips. “Or something,” he said, which was no answer at all. This wasn’t going how I’d planned. He was supposed to be charmed, seduced and willing.. not confused and asking questions. I was about to say something else, something undoubtedly stupid and desperate when a fight erupted from the bar. In an instant, Kael was out of the booth. He didn’t look alarmed just… inconvenienced sn he took my elbow firmly. “Time to go.” He didn’t give me a choice, weaving us through the brawling bodies with an easy grace until we burst out into the cold night air. I stumbled, the whiskey finally making its full presence known. “Whoa there.” His arm went around my waist, steadying me. “Where are you headed?” Nowhere. I was headed nowhere. I had no money left now, no plan and a stepfather and a pack of werewolves on my tail. My boldness evaporated leaving me shivering and scared. I must have looked as lost as I felt, because he sighed. “Come on. You can crash in my hotel room. Sleep off the whiskey. You can leave first thing in the morning, no questions asked.” A hotel room..? With him? My plan was back on, albeit by accident. I just nodded, my teeth chattering. *** The hotel was fancy, a world away from the shack I’d run from. The room was all soft lights and a huge clean bed and the second the door clicked shut all my fear, my anger, my desperate need for control all boiled over. I turned and grabbed the front of his shirt, pulling myself up and crushing my mouth to his. He froze then his hands came up and gripped my shoulders, pushing me back gently. “Sable. No. You’re drunk and you’re upset. This isn’t what you want.” Tears of sheer frustration pricked my eyes. Of course he was rejecting me.. everyone else got to decide what to do with me, why shouldn’t he? “You’re right,” I said. “Stupid idea. I’ll just go.” I turned toward the door. “Wait.” His voice stopped me and I turned back. I didn’t wait for him to decide.. I crossed the room and kissed him again.. this time, he didn’t push me away. He froze for one heart-stopping second and then a low groan rumbled in his chest. His arms wrapped around me, one hand tangling in my messy hair and he kissed me back. Oh, gods… His mouth was hot and demanding yet somehow still sweet. It was like being consumed and worshipped all at once. I was so fucking horny. I’d never felt anything like it. My hands fumbled with his belt buckle. I’d read things, heard things and I wanted to try. I wanted to blow his fucking dick! I sank to my knees looking up at him as I got the buckle undone and was pulling at his zipper when he stopped me. “Not like this,” he whispered. Did it matter? I didn’t get to ask. He lifted me up as if I weighed nothing and laid me back on the bed. He kissed me again, deeply then he began to move down my body leaving a trail of fire with his lips and tongue. He hooked his fingers in my panties and pulled them down. I was trembling and exposed then he buried his face between my legs.. I cried out with my back arched off the bed as his tongue… oh, his tongue! It was everything I never knew I needed. He licked and sucked and explored me like I was a feast and he was a starving man. I was panting, my hands fisting in the sheets with sounds falling from my lips. I screamed his name as my entire body trembled around waves of pure pleasure. Before I could even come down, he was kissing my stomach, my breasts and my mouth... letting me taste myself on his lips. He was still fully dressed, a fact that seemed wildly unfair so I tore at his clothes desperate to feel his skin. “Please,” I begged. “I need you. Now.” He finally shed his clothes. He was huge everywhere and then he was there, at my entrance. He looked into my eyes, his own dark with need but still holding a question. “Are you sure?” “Yes. Gods, yes, please.” He pushed in slowly.. so slowly there was a sharp tearing pain and I gasped, my nails digging into his back. He stilled, letting me adjust, covering my face with soft kisses. “Okay?” he murmured. I nodded breathlessly. The pain was already fading, replaced by a feeling of being so incredibly full. He began to move slowly and it was… it was… I had no words! Every stroke hit a spot inside me that made me see stars! I wrapped my legs around his waist, pulling him deeper, meeting his thrusts. He was muttering things against my neck... how good I felt and how tight I was. His pace became powerful and I clung to him as another even stronger orgasm washed through me. We finally collapsed on the bed gasping and out of breath and he held me close with our hearts pounding against each other. I fell asleep with his arms around me, feeling safer and more content than I had in my entire life. *** Sunlight streamed through the hotel window when I opened my eyes by morning. I groaned, my body aching in places I’d never ached before. I stretched out a leg… and found cold, empty sheets. I sat up wiy the sheet pooling around my waist and a stupid blissful smile spread across my face. Last night.. I’d done it at last! I was grinning like an idiot, replaying the best parts in my head when the hotel room door suddenly banged open…!ALPHA BRYN'S POV “My leg, my fucking leg!” I screamed out after what felt like an eternity. I'd finally gotten my voice, but for as long as I could remember, I laid flat on the bare floor, eyes widely open as I questioned all of my life choices. I didn't want to believe I'd just gotten shot, and at the same time I couldn't stop wondering why the pain was all over like the bullet had pierced into every fiber of my body. At the same time, I couldn't stop wondering why my eyes were still widely open. If I was shot, I'd presumed I should be dead by now or at least at the verge of it. Eyes drifting away slowly, heartbeat slowly dying off, but no it wasn't so. I heartbeat tripled up, as well as my eyes. It shot wide open, scanning the bare floor as though solutions to my problems laid right on it. I think all of this probably happened in a second considering the next second after pain shot across my legs and I bolted up on my feet, mum sti
KNOX'S POVThanks to my speed, I got to the horse in a minute. The journey didn't seem as long as it was earlier when we headed into the woods, probably because I did more running than walking. I hurriedly placed Sable on the horse, untying it from the tree before hopping on. I wasn't sure if carrying Sable on a horse was right for her state, but I guess it was better than spending another fifteen minutes trying to maneuver the route on foot. I tried to be careful as we rode back to where the car was parked, but it didn't stop Sable from slipping off my grip from time to time. We got to the car park and again I roped the horse down to a tree hoping that in this part of the city, stealing of livestock wasn't a thing. I dropped Sable into the back seat of the car and slowly pressed my hand on her forehead. She wasn't running temperature like earlier, that got me a bit relieved, but it still didn't change the fact that she was unconscio
ALPHA BRYN'S POVMum sprang up on her feet even before I could be done speaking. She held out her gun and I feared she was gonna blow my head off, but she didn't. Instead she ignored me, dusting her pants before walking forward. “I doubt we'll find anything here, maybe we should go further." She mumbled, walking on with her gaze fixed to the road. Of course we would mum, we just got a deer and a hare right here.” I mumbled out. “We didn't get the rabbit, stop being silly.” I leaned forward, pressing my head against my knees as I wondered why I wasn't smart enough to leave earlier just like Knox. Ohh yeah, now it made sense. Knox dreaded our trips to the game reserve even more than I did. He didn't actually grumble about it, but I knew him more than anyone else. The look on his face a day before the trip, during the trip and some hours after told the tales of his hatred for the hunting spree. Even at that, he still remained t
ALPHA BRYN'S POV Mother was quick to speak, she was definitely different from me. At least I could at some point see things and look away, but not Ysoria. She didn't let Knox run off before she spoke the words that were buried deep down in my mind. “That's no way to treat the Alpha's woman you know?” Mum mumbled out, although her attention fixed on her gun. I didn't want to think much of it, but she was right. From the beginning of our trip, up until this moment. Something wasn't sitting right with the way Knox and Sable acted. They were close, way too close for just the Beta and Luna's relationship. Or maybe I was over thinking things, I probably was. This would be the first time I would see them together, and their chemistry was way beyond my expectation. Sable had never smiled that way at me. Not that I cared, but I found it quite strange. I'd never seen her laugh out loudly with so much excitement like she did earlier today,
KNOX'S POV “Sable!” I threw my gun into the ground, rushing towards her the moment I heard the scream of a maid servant. I was totally engrossed in the game, the deer I'd just taken down that I didn't notice Sable fall to the ground. “Sable?” I called out her name, picking her up from the ground and tapping lightly on her cheek. She really had passed out. For a second, I began to panic. Why did I let her come all the way? I had no idea she would hate it this much, I had no idea she would be sick by being in the woods. I placed my palm over her forehead and she was burning hot. “Fuck!” I mumbled out, looking around at the maid servants who had just surrounded us. “Someone should go get my deer before a wild pig gets to it before we do.” I heard Ysoria's voice. I couldn't imagine she was going on about an animal when Sable was in this condition. “And y'all give her some space before she dies of suffocation
SABLE'S POV They should have let me enjoy my day in the park. No Ysoria to nag around, no Alpha Bryn to keep a moulded face and give crazy orders. Just me in the garden, tending to my flowers and enjoying the beautiful sight. Not this, roaming around for a course I didn't sign up for, a Hunter without a gun. She shouldn't have brought me along if no provisions were made for me for every single thing. Not a horse, food and now not a gun. But then again, who was I? All I was expected to do was tag along like a pretty bunny. I didn't even have a hunting book on, nor a hunting attire. Only I stood out in a maxi flare dress, this was actually fucked up.I was enjoying my time until I had to step down from the horse and walk and until Knox and Alpha Bryn had to remind me of how useless i was. No?, no? They didn't even hesitate to say no when i politely asked for a gun, it's just a gun for goodness sake. Not like I'm gonna blow someone's head off instead
ALPHA BRYN'S POV “Seems like you boys have been planning a whole lot behind my back.” mum said, clapping her hands together and resting into her chair. She folded her hands into her chest as she stared back at us. The council meeting was already over and the hall partly empty. I hated the idea of
So Sorry But This Chapter Should Be Between Wrong Timing Right Chaos & More Than A Pretty LunaSABLE'S POV. I stood right at the same spot at Alpha Bryn's chamber for about five minutes, staring towards the restroom door that he'd just walked into. He didn't even let me finish up, he wasn't taking
SABLE'S POV The room went silent, dead silent. That even a niddle drop could be heard, the only sound coming off was the clicking sound of Ysoria's heels. She had her gaze fixed on me, and I slowly watched a smile creep over her face, that was strange. She looked away to Alpha Bryn and then to Kno
SABLE'S POV And all of a sudden, I liked it here. I never knew I had a superiority complex until now, or maybe a part of me always knew I did but I decided to brush it off. As I walked into the room, I loved the way all heads tilted towards my direction, the way silence filled the room and their g
