Sorrel’s POV“Well there go our belongings,” I said, “We’d better get going.”Although the last thing on my mind was walking through the throng of pups and wolves in the area.The previous encounter sent chills down my spine.Taking a deep breath, I mentally prepared myself to be dragged as we approached the centre of Gutters, however, a cry broke out amongst the wolves in the area and suddenly there was a chase.Thick, brown dust rose in the area, a wolf boy crashed into a table market and fell. He got up immediately and continued running. Some older boys chased after him.The boy with whatever—I saw it then—our satchel. He was the one who snatched it from Kaine, along with the sash around his waist.He wasn’t alone, a girl was beside him, trying to hold his chasers away. She grabbed whatever was in her sight and hurled it at them. Whatever came into sight.Fruits, bread, planks. She also pushed a cart to the road, the older boys jumped over it like it was nothing and ran after them.
