Mistaken Identity

Olivia bit her lips as she stared at the handsome stranger.

“You are one of Louisiana’s men right?” Olivia asked as she stared at the handsome man with a greedy expression.

“The owner of the club?” the handsome man asked. Olivia was too drunk to notice that another man who was dressed in suit stood behind the handsome stranger.

“Handsome guy, sleep with me for one night, I’ll pay you any amount,” Olivia said grabbing his shirt.

“Should I get rid of her Sir. Alex,” the man in suit asked as he stared at the drunk Olivia who muttered rubbish.

The handsome man otherwise known as Alex stared at the drunk Olivia in astonishment.

The only reason why he hadn’t gotten rid of her was because she looked incredibly drunk, she didn’t seem to be pretending.

“No, leave her alone Jared,” Alex said to his personal assistant. His P.A eyes bulged, he never knew boss would allow an unknown woman to invade his private space.

Olivia grabbed Alexander by his shirt, “ come on handsome, what do you say, I’ll pay you any amount.”

“Jared, take her to her friend, she’s too drunk to know what she’s doing,” Alex said to his personal assistant.

Jared in question skillfully tore them apart, he grabbed Olivia.

Olivia whined but Jared didn’t leave her alone for a second. Alex watched as Jared carried Olivia to Louisiana.

Sighing, he walked towards where he was sitting before. He sat at a corner of the club devoid of any lights.

He watched the scenery while he drank his wine leisurely. Normally, he wouldn’t be here but he had to loose off some steam.

Suddenly, someone sat on his laps, He almost pushed the person in irritation, that is until he heard her voice.

“Hey handsome, why did you chase me away?”

It was the woman whom Alex told Jared to take away. He peered to his right. Jared shook his head frantically.

Alex almost face palmed, he figured she must have took off while his PA tried to take her away.

Alex watched as the unknown woman dragged his tie. She stared at him sensually. Alex had to admit her eyes were very beautiful. Her eyes looked slightly red but it wasn't.

It was Russet.

“What is your name?” Alex asked as he stared at the girl who sat on his laps. She looked younger than he was. At best she looked 24.

Olivia chuckled drunkingly, “My name is Olivia, but you can call me Olive”

Alexander sighed, On a normal day, He would have chased her away but today He was too lazy to do that.

“Should I carry her to her friend?” Jared asked staring at his boss anxiously.

“No need,” Alexander replied waving his hands in dismissal “let her stay,”

Olivia stuck out her tongue to the Secretary, “you see he wants me here, you should go away.”

Jared glared at Olivia. Alex was tempted to chuckle, he was amazed by the fact she was behaving like a child.

“So will you sleep with me,” she asked looking at Alex with those sensual eyes of hers.

“No, and why do you want me to sleep with you, did you get hurt?” Alex asked in a gentle tone. It baffled him how gently he talked to her.

“A friend told me, sleeping with another man dulls the pain,” she replied gibberishly “ what do you think, sleep with me and I will give you one thousand bucks,”

Alexander laughed, the girl who sat on his lap was funny.

“ A thousand dollars? What does a billionaire like me needs need one thousand dollars for? This is the funniest thing someone has ever said to me” Alexander thought to himself.

“That’s too small,” Alexander replied in an amused tone.

“Ehn, is that amount small to you?” Olivia asked with a grunt, “Fine, I’ll add two thousand bucks more, no more no less.”

“Why are you doing this exactly,” Alexander asked in curiosity, “ Shouldn’t you be on a date night with the one man of your dreams?”

Alexander watched as the woman on his laps rolled her eyes. She shifted on his lap trying to get into a comfortable position.

Alex gulped, “I suggest you stay one place liv, can I call you that? Liv?”

She hummed indicating he could.

“My fiancée cheated on me with my half sister,” Olivia suddenly revealed. Alex raised an eyebrow in surprise, he didn’t expect the reason why she was here would be that.

“And now my half sister is pregnant,” she added with a snort,”you see my boyfriend and I have gone a long way, he was my first kiss, my first love hell he was my first everything.”

Alex looked at the woman who sat on his laps in a new light. If he had a step brother who slept with his woman, he would kill them both on the spot.

No one messes with him and goes scot free.

“He doesn’t deserve you,” Alexander said as he pats Olivia’s head. Olivia slaps his hand off her head.

“Stop petting me that way, I’m not a cat,” Olivia stated with a huff. Alex looked at her, by the way she was behaving, it would be a little hard to know if she’s drunk.

“My dad would probably want me to marry him and raise my sister’s child,” Olivia said with a shaky breath. Even though she was drunk, she was still terrified of what her father would do.

“So are you going to do that,” Alex asked.

“No, at best I will hire a fake stand in husband which brings me to the point, sleep with me…I’ll pay you any amount.”

“Give me one good reason why I should adhere to your request,” he asked raising an eyebrow.

“And if my reason is good?” Olivia asked skeptically.

“Then I will sleep with you,” Alex replied. It amazed him how he was talking to a woman he just met about sex.

“I don’t want him to be the only one, I want to experience other men too, I want to have a blissful experience with a man that isn’t him,” she replied with a slight grin.

“Deal,” Alexander said with a smirk.

“For real,” she said as she flew up from his lap, she hurriedly composed her self.

Alex stared at her in suspicion, he was starting to think she wasn’t pretending to be drunk. She gave him a card which he collected. The club had a hotel room just beside it.

“Room 344,” Alexander reads out loud.

“Meet me up there,” she said then she walked away. Alex was almost convinced she wasn’t drunk, that was until he saw her walking step. She wasn’t walking straight. She walked like a drunk woman.

His lips curved into a lopsided grin, he had no idea how she convinced him, but she totally did. He walked up to her and held her shoulders.

Getting entangled with Olivia was going to be a very interesting thing.
