LOGINI couldn't help but feel a flutter in my chest as the three of them surrounded me, their eyes burning with an intense fire. 'You're ours, Soraya,' one of them growled, his voice low and husky. 'And we're going to claim you, no matter what it takes.' I tried to resist, but my body betrayed me. My heart raced, my pulse pounding in my veins. One of them grasped my waist, pulling me close. His lips crashed down on mine, a fierce and possessive kiss that left me breathless. Another took over, his kiss soft and gentle, but no less intense. Another had his lips trailing down my neck, sending shivers down my spine. And finally, there was the last, his kiss fierce and passionate, leaving me gasping for air. I hated them, I loved them, I wanted them. The conflicting emotions swirled inside me like a storm. I knew this wouldn't last as I could only be with one of them eventually but in that moment, all I could do was surrender to the forbidden passion that consumed us all. Framed for a crime she didn't commit, Soraya is reduced to an omega and forced to navigate a danger filled werewolf pack. But when she starts school at the werewolf academy, she's determined to clear her name and regain her strength. Soraya "You are a disgrace, Soraya," my father hissed. The words were low, but his eyes were full of a weird kind of terror. Because right now he was losing his status. All because I was supposed to be the girl who poisoned the Luna. Which is a total joke, by the way. I can barely brew a cup of coffee without burning the water, let alone concoct a lethal herbal poison that specifically targets the Alpha’s mate. But hey, when a whole pack wants someone to blame for their Luna ending up in a coma, the girl who was the last one seen with the Luna’s tea is an easy target. I stood there, shivering and soaked, as the Alpha stepped forward. He looked like he wanted to rip my throat out right there in the mud. "Soraya Thorne, you are hereby stripped of your rank," he announced. “You are no longer the daughter of the Beta line. You are an Omega. A servant to this pack until your debt is paid or until the Goddess sees fit to take your soul.” The gasp that went through the crowd was almost funny. Like they hadn't been the ones talking about me in the cafeteria for the last forty-eight hours. I felt a surge of rage. I wanted to scream that I was innocent. I wanted to point at the real traitors I knew were hiding in plain sight. But my wolf, Maya, was silent. She was curled up in the back of my mind, suppressed by the weight of the Alpha’s command. "I am innocent," I whispered, but my voice was lost in the wind. The next hour was a blur of me experiencing humiliation in different levels. They took my room. They took my phone. They even took my shoes. By the time I was shoved into the tiny, moldy basement of the pack house that was now my home, I was a shell of a person. I sat on the floor, staring at the gray stone walls, and made a vow. I wasn't going to die here. I wasn't going to let them win. I was going to find out who actually poisoned the Luna, and when I did, I was going to make sure they felt every bit of the pain I was feeling right now. I couldn't sleep. Every time I closed my eyes, I saw the look on my mother's face as she turned her back on me. That hurt way more than the loss of my title. By morning, I was pretty sure I looked no different from a zombie. There was a sharp knock on the basement door. It swung open, revealing a guard I used to go to school with. His name was Kalen. We used to flirt in history class. Now, he just looked at me like I was something he just scraped off the bottom of his boot. "Get up, Omega," Kalen said flatly. "Your assignment has been finalized." I stood up, my muscles aching from the cold floor. "Where am I going? Am I cleaning the kennels?" He laughed nastily. "You wish. The Alpha decided you need a more rigorous re-education. You are being sent to Blackwood Werewolf Academy." My stomach dropped. Blackwood wasn't just an academy. It was where the elite of the elite went to learn how to lead, and where the most troublesome wolves went to be broken. It was a playground for the rich and the powerful, and for someone like me, it was a death sentence. "Am I a student?," I asked, though I already knew the answer. Kalen smirked. "You are a servant, Soraya. Specifically, a personal assistant. You will be at the beck and call of the most influential students there. You are meant to be an example." I felt a cold sweat break out on my neck. This was the fate worse than death. Being forced to serve the people I used to be equal to. I followed Kalen up the stairs. The pack house was silent, but as we walked through the halls, the stares and whispers were a physical assault. My former Beta's daughter friends averted their eyes. Other Omegas, the real ones, lowered their gaze in pity and fear. The walk was a parade of my new status—an Omega. I kept my head high, ignoring the ghost of my mother's face. We emerged out to the front of the pack house. I braced myself for the humiliation of a rusty transport van or maybe an old bus to carry away the pack's newest disgrace. Instead, three identical, pitch-black SUVs were idling in the driveway. The windows were tinted so dark I couldn't see a thing inside, but the sheer, raw power rolling off them was thick enough to make my lungs heavy and my wolf shiver. Those cars only belonged to one family. "Wait," I said, stopping in my tracks. "Who am I serving?" The door of the middle SUV opened. A guy stepped out, looking like he had just walked off a runway in Paris, except for the fact that his eyes were glowing a dangerous, predatory gold. He looked at me, and then he looked at the other two cars. Two more guys stepped out. They were identical. Sharp jawlines, messy black hair, and that same terrifying, beautiful face. The Triplet Heirs. The Blackwood brothers. Lucius, Silas, and Jax. They were the future of the werewolf world, and they were famous for being the most ruthless, arrogant, and cruel men alive. The one in the middle, Lucius, looked me up and down. A slow, dark smile spread across his face, and I realized immediately that he knew exactly who I was. "So," he said in a velvety voice. "This is the little Beta girl who likes to play with poison." He stepped closer, invading my space until I could smell the scent of cedar and rain on him. He leaned down, whispering right into my ear. "Welcome to the bottom of the food chain, Soraya. We are going to have so much fun breaking you." He didn't wait for a reply. He just grabbed my arm and shoved me toward the open door of the car. I looked at the three of them, and for the first time since this nightmare started, I felt my resolve flicker. My new reality was beginning to sink in. I was to be their toy. Fuck. I was so doomed.Chapter 66Soraya’s POVIt felt like I had taken a hammer to my head. The blinding white light of the laboratory had faded into a dim, sickening red. Every breath I took felt like inhaling liquid fire. The blue fluid they had pumped into my arm was throbbing through my veins, making my skin feel raw and boiling hot. I tried to lift my head, but my muscles were completely unresponsive. It pushed me from the inside out forcing me to want to give up and accept the darkness that I suspiciously believed to be death,Then I saw them. The triplets had been captured. For a brief second my heart skipped a beat and I let myself hold on for a second longer. The second my eyelids fluttered, Jax’s head snapped up. His golden eyes were bloodshot, completely wild with panic."Soraya," he choked out. He thrashed against the chains, the metal clinking loudly against the floor. "Soraya... God, look at me. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."I tried to speak, to tell him it was okay, but all that came out of my t
Chapter 65Jax’s POV"You son of a bitch," I growled, stepping past Silas. My hands clenched around the hilts of my daggers until my knuckles went white. "We trusted you. I took you into our home."Kendrick didn’t even flinch. He just casually flipped the radio transmitter in his hand, his expression completely blank. "And that was your first mistake, Jax. You triplets always think loyalty is guaranteed just because you wear a crown. Matthew pays better. It’s that simple.""Where is she?" Silas demanded, his voice shaking with a mix of rage and pure shock. He tried to push past me, but I threw my arm out, catching him in the chest. Silas was still bleeding from the realization that his secret meetings with Matthew had been a setup, and he was too emotional right now. He’d get himself killed."She’s exactly where she needs to be," Kendrick said. He raised the transmitter to his lips, his eyes locked on mine. "Sir, the triplets bypassed the hallway squad. They’re at the Sub-Level 4 bulk
Chapter 64Jax’s POV‘HELP’I bolted upright in bed, my lungs screaming for air as if I had just been submerged in freezing water. I clutched my shirt over my heart, my palms slick with cold sweat. I couldn’t have imagined her voice or did I?"Soraya," I choked out, the name tearing from my throat as my pupils dilated, my vision instantly shifting into the sharp, golden tint of my Alpha sight. Before I could even throw the heavy velvet covers off my legs, the adjoining door to the suite’s common area slammed open. Lucius stood in the doorway, his chest heaving, his face completely pale. His silver-flecked eyes were glowing fiercely in the dark. He didn't need to say a word. He had felt it too. The psychic shockwave had hit him with the exact same brutal force.Across the room, Silas was still buried deep beneath his blankets, snoring softly. The contrast made my blood run cold.I vaulted out of bed, lunging across the rug, and grabbed Silas by the shoulder of his shirt, shaking him vi
Chapter 63Soraya’s POV“You must not know what he’s creating,” I drawled, dragging my hand from the guard as I stepped towards them. “That weapon is created to act just like the blackwood curse, you’re helping him ruin your family legacy!”Despite my daunting words Matthew laughed at looking at my dad who broke a smile and snickered right in my face.“Do you think I care about the stupid blackwood legacy?” Matthew scoffed, looking a bit insulted. “I’m not even considered a Blackwood.”Well that made sense since the seer who was an old family friend didn’t know who the hell he was.“Can you blame them? I wouldn’t want to associate myself with someone like you and I have the worst family ever,” That managed to strike a nerve his eyes darkened breaking his false facade breaking revealing the monster behind the scar.“I will enjoy every moment torturing you,”“Who are you?” I demanded, trying to keep my voice from shaking as I stepped further into the sterile, fluorescent-lit laboratory
Chapter 39Soraya’s POV“Arhh!” I screamed out as I slammed my hands over my eyes, my face instantly burning hot as I backed up against the bathroom doorframe."Soraya!" Silas hissed, the water splashing violently in the porcelain tub. "Calm down!""I'm sorry! I thought you were asleep in the bedro
Chapter 38Soraya’s POVAs his lips crashed on mine, I lost track of everything, except the heat building at the center of me.The kiss was nothing subtle.Jax’s lips were hot against mine, his lips parting my mouth until he could subdue every inch of me.My body responded like it had been waiting
Chapter 37Soraya’s POVWhen I returned Silas was wrapped in a blanket and he was back. Though John wasn’t what I expected, it was his advice that returned Silas back to normal so instead of giving the bad news I joined them."How do you feel?" I whispered, as they got close.“I’ve seen better days
Chapter 36Soraya's POV"Jax! Lucius!" I screamed, dropping to my knees between them.Jax was flat on his stomach now, his fingers clawing at the wooden floorboards as his body violently shuddered. Lucius was leaning heavily against the table, his eyes wide and completely bloodshot, thick black vei
