     I don't know how but I find myself in my bedroom upstairs. What just happened? I've never imagined I would make Niko so upset with me and over something so little.           And he is upset. The worst part is that I don't even know why. So I invited my cousin over without asking him first. It was just in the moment, when I cousin told me I just said yes out of excitement. I didn't see anything wrong with it.   

      I sit in the limo, looking out the window and seeing people exit the door dragging suitcases and carry-ons. Some of them even had airplane pillows hanging from their neck. I resist the urge to roll my eyes at them. Michael wouldn’t let me wait outside the vehicle. My cousin should be coming around any moment now…  I do yet again another count down. Five, four, three, two, one…     The next to exit is a trio of young girls, maybe a few years older than me. they look happy, is it their first time in New York? They look happy, eager to see what the world has to offer. I don’t think I was ever like them. I always knew what the world had planed for me. I live in a different world after all.      The glass of the limo goes down, calling my attention, standing at the far end is my cousin. I unlock the door and jump down. “Carlos!” I yelled waving my hands until I get his attention. 

  I blink my eyes only to be greeted by darkness in the room. A quick peak at the bedside clock tells me the time is 1am. Niko's warm body spoons mine from behind.    One of his muscled arms is acting as my pillow the other is thrown over me his fingers cupping my breast loosely. My stomach grumbles loudly which brings me back to what woke me up.    There's no way I can ignore this hunger and go back to sleep. The Hunger pangs feel as though my intestines are at war.I crawl from under Niko slowly so as not to wake him.Throwing on my silk robe I head to the living room.Hopefully I'll fine some leftovers in the fridge and won't have to go downstairs.    Five minutes later I gape at my empty fridge. What the?... I frowned as I push around unopened wine bottles, a jug of orange juice, a jar of milk and more wine?   How is this even possible? I could have sworn there was some leftover pie from two days ago.  I

**** After Saturday night it proved very difficult to avoid Niko. I started by wearing the most unattractive things I could find. Thick sweater and sweatpants. Hair and makeup are undone. No more sexy satin slips or lace underwear. Thankfully, Niko spent most of the morning in his office upstairs, when he finally joined me in the living room where I was watching a comedy show I escaped to the library two floors down till nine o'clock in the evening. I wished I could go hang out with Tommy. But that would be sometime after I'm dead. I finally left when my hunger was too bad to ignore. I had a quiet dinner upstairs while Niko was in his office. I stayed up watching a movie till very late until I was sure he had to be asleep before I slipped into bed laying at the very edge, I'm surprised I didn't fall to my ass some point during the night.
