From Alexandre’s POV "Thiago briefed me on what happened," he said, gesturing in Arina's direction. "How is she?" he asked with profound concern. "She's doing better," I answered, my voice heavy with worry. "Father, the things that have been occurring are unbelievable," I replied, shaking my head. In shame, I said, "I'm not sure I can handle this, I don't know what I'm dealing with, I need your guidance.". Though I was the son of the great Lycan King Leonidas, I was clueless. From Arina’a POV I was surprised by everything Alexandre's father said to us. To learn that I held that much power within me was the most profound thing I had ever heard. However, the part I disagreed with was having a mate to restore the Delvhen Wolf. It was empowering to understand that I held such strength within me, but the idea of needing a mate to revive the Delvhen Wolf was one I could not accept. I had warmed up to the idea of Alexandre as my mate. But with what Leonidas had just told us I now viewed the mate as a symbol of having to give up my independence and being dependent on another person to reach my goals. From Arina's POV No words came out of her mouth as she stared at me. Her blue eyes were just a blank canvas. I found it rather interesting that she no longer had anything to say as she boldly walked in here to address Goddess only who knew what. Alexandre's POV Walking down to the cells was the longest walk I'd ever taken. My Lycan was restless pacing back and forth. I was scared and uncertain of what would happen.
