Daisy's POV We walked into Tom’s Pizza House just as the warm smell of cheese and dough filled the air. My kids held onto my hands tightly, all of them talking at once.“Mum, look at the lights! They have fairy lights everywhere!” my daughter pointed at the ceiling, her face glowing with excitement.“I see them, baby,” I said with a smile. “Pick a table. Any one you like.”They ran toward a booth by the big window. I followed slowly, feeling a bit tired but happy. Seeing them laugh made it all worth it.“This table! This one!” my son shouted.“Yes, let’s sit here,” I said, sliding into the booth.A young waiter walked over, holding a small notepad and smiling kindly.“Hi there! Welcome to Tom’s.
