I sneaked into house that night, trying to avoid Poppy’s drama. And of course, she wasn’t around. AZALEA~ ~MINUTES LATER~ I rushed into the reception in a hurry, nearly tripping over a wheelchair before I got to the doctor’s office. “Doctor” I panted. “What you said on the phone….. EDWIN’S POV I watched Azalea slowly doze off to sleep immediately I laid her on the comfy bed. I can’t help the smile that played on the corner of my lips by just watching her. I had left the school after she’d just left my office to take care of another prisoner when I suddenly heard her voice from the back of my head “Save me Clark” It’s surprising that she could remember to call my name in that dire situation and in that instant, I knew she was in danger. I had to leave the prisoner to teleport back to school immediately. The anger and frustration that I felt when she was being bullied can’t be explained and I wished I could unleash myself and tear the girls apart flesh by flesh. But I can’t show them what I’m made of, I’ll only try to protect my woman in the best way I can. She might be acting tough and rejecting my offer but I know she really needs me. I pulled the duvet over her and kissed her forehead before leaving the room for my study to go get some work done.
