Ellyse felt thankful that her in-laws didn’t stay another night so she was able to sleep in her own room peacefully. However, her heart remained heavy as the memory of Kai and her almost fighting earlier popped up. She couldn’t sleep that night worrying about what idea he might’ve formed inside his head.
