The dining table in Silas' private meeting room was set for lunch by the time Caine and Griffin arrived from the inner rooms. It was not the large formal dining hall. Silas had arranged for the meal to be served in the smaller room he used for meetings with visiting dignitaries, a room with one long table and enough chairs for six people and a window that looked out over the left side of the palace grounds.It was more intimate than the main hall and that was deliberate.
