Nirvana's POV When I stared at the stone archway again, the man in the dark jacket was gone. He has vanished into the crowd of passing students. I scanned the pavement, hoping to catch a glimpse of his broad shoulders again, but the area remained empty. Leo followed my line of sight and he frowned at the empty space. "There's no one over there, Nir," Leo said, touching my arm. "You're stressed. The situation at your house is getting to your head. Don't let it get to you" I wanted to argue. I wanted to tell him I didn't imagine the intense stare from that stranger. But Leo had just finished pouring his heart out to me about his difficult past.
