If you're implying that Shigaraki and Deku of 'My Hero Academia' might share a familial bond such as being brothers, there isn't any proof of that in the manga or anime. They may share a unique bond given their similar backgrounds of, individually, coming to grips with the powerful quirks they were given, but they aren’t siblings.
In 'My Hero Academia', Shigaraki Tomura, also known as Tenko Shimura, is not Izuku Midoriya's (Deku's) brother. They don't share any blood relationship. However, they share an intense and complicated relationship towards each other due to their opposing views and goals. Shigaraki, being AFO's successor and Deku, having inherited OFA, have become rivals. Even though they are not brothers, they, ironically, have parallel and mirrored narrative arcs in the story.
No — Shigaraki and Deku aren’t brothers, either by blood or adoption, in My Hero Academia. Their connection is more about the roles they play in the story rather than any family relationship.
Izuku Midoriya (Deku) is the protagonist — a kid who starts out quirkless and inherits One For All from All Might. Tomura Shigaraki, on the other hand, is the main antagonist for much of the series, the leader of the League of Villains, and later the face of the Paranormal Liberation Front. The two are set up as ideological opposites: Deku fights to save and protect, while Shigaraki represents destruction and chaos.
The confusion sometimes comes from the fact that My Hero Academia likes to draw parallels between characters and their backstories. Both Deku and Shigaraki had rough childhoods that shaped who they became, and the story explores how small differences in circumstance can lead to completely different paths. On top of that, Shigaraki has a major link to All For One — the villain who’s essentially the opposite of All Might — which deepens the “mirror” relationship between him and Deku.
While Shigaraki and Deku share a rival relationship in 'My Hero Academia', they don't have a brotherly tie. They are connected by their roles as successors - Deku to All Might, and Shigaraki to All For One, forming an intriguing contrast throughout the series.

The last place expected to see my last hookup was at my mother's wedding and worse, he's my new stepbrother. My mother and his father hoped we would get along, how do I tell them we have gotten along just not in the way they think?
Extract:
“Fratello,” he murmured, his lips curling into that maddening grin.
“What?” My chest tightened.
“That’s your safe word,” he said. “Say it once, and everything stops. I won’t touch you again. From that moment, I’ll only ever treat you as my stepbrother.”
Even as he spoke, his hand gripped me, and I gasped, trembling. My body betrayed me, responding in ways I hated and craved all at once.
“Until you say that word,” he whispered, eyes dark with something between amusement and hunger, “you’re mine. Mine, brother.”

I had expected him to be my best friend who I had a crush on for years but now, staring at the stranger in my bed made me realize how I had messed up things badly.
With every heartbeat, every glance, pulls me closer to a want I shouldn’t have.
“Fuck, Tim… I want to ruin every thought you have about me.” He growled, a small smile making its way to my lips as I unbuckled his belt. I tug the waistband of his pants down.
“Ruin me..” I said as his junior springs free from his boxers standing proud, staring at me like it just couldn’t wait for the next action.
And I couldn’t either.

A typical teenage romance novel. Where the girl falls in love with the jock. But the only difference in this one is that the girl falls in love with her brother.
"Why does what I do matter so much to you?" I asked curiously.
He slammed his hand against the car behind me as he caged me in. He looked down at me with a scowl on his face, his tall frame hovering over me.
"Because I care about you." He said loudly and his minty breath hit my nostrils causing me to gulp. I've never been this close to him before.

I never meant to ruin Enzo Moretti.
Honestly.
All I wanted was a story. Something that would put me ahead of my rival at school.
Instead, I got a recording. A recording I was never supposed to have.
A recording that somehow ended up all over the school.
Now everyone's pointing fingers. The administration blames Enzo. My brother blames me.
And Enzo?
He hates me.
Which would be a lot easier to handle if I wasn't secretly in love with him
He looks at me like I'm the worst thing that's ever happened to him.
No one can know how much that hurts.
Hisashi Midoriya is Deku's (Izuku Midoriya) father, at least according to 'My Hero Academia'. At the same time, we hear very little about him, never mention him or show him in series. They say he is overseas at work and has a quirk that lets him breathe fire. This is all we know about. There are a lot of fans who are curious to see what Hisashi looks like!
Playful nature spurred by youthful zest, I indulge in 'My Hero Academia' where Tomura Shigaraki has an intriguing story but his destiny is undefined as of now. The manga hasn't released any information on Shigaraki facing his demise. Throughout the series, we notice him growing as a villain, which makes it even more exciting to envision what fate holds for him.
Though as to the future of Shigaraki in the My Hero Academia series I see you are very interested in it. For my part, I certainly can sympathize with that. That bloke's a real cliffhanger, isn't he? Come now, let's get down to brass tacks with your question. Last, we saw Shigaraki, he was still around for the time being.
Having undergone Dr. Ujiko's cruel experiment in gene manipulation toward even graver injury. He's been “mass-produced quirks” and reborn a being capable in theory of annihilating everything he encounters head-on, which is really going to scare people.
But as people say don't live or don't die, whether he stays alive at the end of this series is something we should better keep watching or reading it in order to get an answer to. After allajin's greatest enemy is predictability, am I right? It's the unexpected that keeps us glued to a storyline. While the death foreshadowing in anime and manga culture is hardly cut and dried, in Shigaraki's case it 's especially difficult.
Besides the special thrill and horror he adds you can't get anywhere else. Then again, that's not the first time a stand-out character met a an untimely end in this series. We have had many a shock result about the fates of various characters. That is just one thing that makes this series so tense, the lack of either plot armor.
Anyone could be next!So is Shigaraki dead? Not yet. Will he die? Oh well, we can only read or watch out for the manga/anime, as only their creators know what lies in store for Shigaraki.
Berserker Deku from 'My Hero Academia' is such a fascinating topic! His raw power and uncontrolled rage make him a terrifying force, but Shigaraki's decay quirk and strategic mind are on another level. I've rewatched their clashes in the anime, and even though Deku's strength peaks in that state, Shigaraki's adaptability and sheer ruthlessness give him the edge. Deku lacks precision in that form, and Shigaraki could exploit that. Plus, Shigaraki's growth post-All For One's influence makes him nearly unstoppable. Berserker Deku might land a few hits, but Shigaraki's cunning would likely turn the tide.
That said, I love how the series explores the cost of power. Berserker Deku symbolizes the danger of unchecked strength, while Shigaraki represents the chaos of absolute destruction. Their hypothetical battle feels like a clash of philosophies as much as quirks. I'd pay to see it animated, even if the outcome seems clear.
