Even then, when I knew that it wasn't a quick ending and I had prepared for that day as young as I was at 10years it still hurt. I curled up in bed for weeks and cried and begged my mom to call him to come back home. She was adamant that it was just a trip that he was going to be back but that was the last time. I hissed loudly and swiped a lone tear on my cheek, "what's with the remembrance?" Today was going to be different. Today is our eight month anniversary. I'm not even sure Luka remembers, but from when we first agreed to see each other till now, it's been eight months. Granted, we have spent two months plus apart within that time.

“We’ll be celebrating our anniversary this coming month.” Anniversary? My heart skipped a beat. Really?
