Scorched

Scorched

She squeezed it two more times before dropping it in the water close to her chest. Leaning back and relaxing, she let her hands drop on either side of the bath tub. Her left hand reached out for the bottle of wine which laid just below the tub and she lifted it up. Deciding not to bother refilling the now empty glass, she brought the bottle to her lips and tipped her head backward, gulping the red liquid down in a rush. She choked and coughed, placed the bottle down and chuckled sadly. "Omar, I'm really sorry." Hiccup. "I'm really really sorry. But I needed this break, at least I thought that was what I needed.... Bit I miss you terribly...."

My Professor Is My Alpha Mate

My Professor Is My Alpha Mate

A smile crept on her lips. He still felt these strange creatures inside of his brain, reading and obtaining every thought he ever had. He knew they were some sort of creature, but he didn’t know what it was; he also knew there were multiple of them because though he still felt them around his brain and collected his thoughts, they were also beginning to slither to other parts of his body. They were entirely inside of him. “I’ve learned so much about you, Scott,” she said, stepping away from him, but her creatures remained. “It’s a shame things have to end the way they do.”

After leaving a review for the "prequel" to this I realized I never reviewed this book!! I really love this book, and how much you can really feel for the characters and the amount of unexpected turn of events is extremely intriguing and captivating (I'm usually good at predictions lol).Must read!

Readers can’t honestly engulf in the story. Although we appreciate the author, only 1 chapter is uploaded PER DAY with a 1-2 minute read. It’s frustrating when you’ve breezed through a book, and are so hype for it, & all of the sudden hit a wall. The stop & go is upsetting not suspenseful. Loses us.

The Alpha King Stubborn Mate

The Alpha King Stubborn Mate

Al said. "And what are they?" Serena asked. "Arachnes are supernatural creatures who have abilities similar to those of spiders." Al answer. "Correct Al, who else." Another male student raised up his hand. "Yes James." "We have the Crocotta creatures." "And what are they?" Serena asked. "Crocottas can mimic any person's voice to lure their victims out so they can feed. They feed on souls." James answered correctly. "Very good James, who else again?" This time around, a girl raised up her hand.

Alpha Scarlett

Alpha Scarlett

I know she’s both thinking about the safety of the pack and my own exhaustion level. “The police are on their way to meet Scar where Channing found the dead human. And,” I say looking up to glance at the clock on my office wall, “in just about six hours, Leader Bruno will be here to talk to us and Scar’s parents about their experiences with the undead, so we can have some ideas in place for when Scarlett contacts COWS. You know she’ll want you in on that meeting, too.” That’s another great thing about Scarlett — she recognizes the value that the mate brings to the table. Zella, Asher and Lupita aren’t just the mates of myself, Bree and Jacob, granting them the titles of Beta, Gamma and Delta

My Hatred, My Soulmate

My Hatred, My Soulmate

Before I can protest or ask for another moment to try, she grabs my arm and drags me toward another location in this bizarre landscape. As I open my eyes, the full scope of our peril becomes devastatingly clear. The creatures are so extremely close now that I can see the individual details of their corruption—the way their flesh hangs in ribbons from exposed bone, the writhing darkness that fills their empty eye sockets, the teeth that seem to exist in multiple dimensions simultaneously. Their numbers are absolutely terrifying, far more than I initially realized, with new forms emerging from the mist in every direction like a plague of supernatural locusts.

Return of the rejected white she luna

Return of the rejected white she luna

"Thus, the incomparable Alpha Scar at last chooses to show his face. How...touching." The air popped with the force of their power, and I felt the ground shudder underneath my paws. Scar and Selene were two of the most considerable otherworldly creatures I had at any point experienced, and the prospect of them conflicting sent a rush of both expectation and fear flowing through me.

Overnight Magnate

Overnight Magnate

"Shit! We're not getting out of here!" Scoop looked pale. Abel felt despair. These creatures were so durable and nigh-unkillable that they would have become the apex in a world where Sublime Bodies didn't exist. 137 of such creatures altogether was as much the sign of death as any. The monsters had gotten close enough that the crowd could now see them better. They spotted a large wolf head, yet they were bipedal. They had human feet and wolf claws as hands. "L-Lycans!" "Impossible!" Jester retorted, shaking his head. "It can't be!"

Rejected by The Future Alpha

Vampires, mermaids, aliens… and werewolves. In the file written in detail what they have done with the discovery. They captured the creatures and conducted a series of trials on them. The more Scott read, the sicker he felt. So far, humans have always considered mythical creatures like Scott to be cruel creatures. Which cannot coexist with them and will only bring chaos. But reality says otherwise. The humans in the Blood Dawn organization seem to have an obsession with possessing the same abilities as other creatures. They want to have sharp fangs, only need to drink blood, be strong, and don’t need oxygen like vampires.

The Alpha's Forgotten Bloodline

The Alpha's Forgotten Bloodline

The insects had stopped their chirping, and the wind had died down to a stagnant breath. From the darkness of a hollowed-out oak, two glowing, amber eyes ignited. It wasn't a wolf. It was a Scourge-Bear—a creature corrupted by the dark magic that bled from the Shadow Packs to the north. It stood eight feet tall, its fur matted with a black, oily substance that smelled of rot.
