Archie jumped off the tower the next second and vanished in a flash before the eyes of Chasing Wind and Red Phoenix. “He looks like Archie from the East Clan.” Red Phoenix frowned while Chasing Wind stood aside and remained quiet.

There were no signs of problems on her egg, even on the insignia on my chest, so I continuously proceeded with the incubation. The spring was slowly approaching, and Ari became more and more active; his egg rolled out of the wolf's pelt multiple times. If the elder healer was not diligently paying attention, he might have already rolled over to the other eggs, and it would be disastrous since Ari's egg was bigger and was about to hatch in a few weeks. She's still not moving, but I have to make sure we go before Archie says something that could blow my cover. I jump down to the ground on the other side safely.

The chopper hovers noisily as it lands on the grasslands at the back of the mansion. Archie is the first person to get off the chopper as soon as the door creeps open. He glances at his pet cage for a while and smiles at the little bunny before striding inside the house without waiting for the rest. Mr Gordon steps down next, he turns around and stretches out his arms for Melanie to jump into his open arms. “Come on, you can't stand over there forever. Let me help you down,” he yells to her when she seems reluctant to get down from the chopper.

Jameson, seeing that his people were in place, narrowed his eyes and said coldly, "Mr. Hopkins, you really want to keep pushing this?" Archie let out a twisted laugh. "Mr. Rhodes, your wife hit me. That punk by your side hit me too! Do you really think someone like me, who cares this much about his reputation, is just going to let that go?" Tiana scoffed. "So what if we don't let it go? Mr. Hopkins, you're nothing more than a disgusting maggot. What are you going to do about it?" Archie screamed, his face flushed with rage. "Tiana, you filthy bitch! Do you think you're better than me? Tonight, I'll make sure you beg me to stop!"

I trail off, examining her emotions that mingle with my own, so I don’t know which are hers and which are my own. “Happy, she feels happy,” Dillon says and I nod. Archie completes his purchase and we leave the shop, all of us moving to the nearest bench without a word. We all need to sit and process for a moment. We all start to relax as Harper does. She is blissed out, content, and full of warm fuzzy feelings that I think may be love. “This is crazy,” Archie breathes. I feel something coming from him, something I recognise. His wolf is close. I’ll bet he has his first shift by the end of the day. Dillon gives me a knowing look and I nod. He feels it too.
