The intercom crackles, breaking me out of my thoughts. “Commander…” The manager's voice, tired and nervous, trying desperately to sound professional.
“The Omega Center has sent the first tier of selections,” she flips some pages. “These are the highest-rated Omegas from the provinces. Their scented palates are being cycled through the ventilation now.”
