The air kept blowing across their faces and sending shivers down their backs. The car lights were blurring his sight even more and not helping at all, yet turning them off would be a suicidal attempt. He did not know if it was him not seeing clearly or the lights really did get brighter and stronger. His eyes were closing as his hands were losing their hold on the wheel. He blinked a few times, trying to adjust to the new lights. Was he moving or were the lights doing so?

Noah snaked his arms around June's waist and hugged him back. "Of course, I came,"Noah said, burying his face on June's shoulder, taking in his scent. June pulled away and smiled,"Let's go inside." While Noah was having family dinner, June had tirelessly, decorated the living room with fairy lights and a Christmas tree. The main lights were turned off but the fairy lights were enough to brighten up the living room. June's smile dropped when he saw a faint finger marks on Noah's cheek under the bright light. He bought his hand slowly and brushed against the red mark lightly. Noah hissed.

The clothes he'd tried on earlier were outdoor and winter clothes, so most covered the neck too, plus the scarves and turtleneck coats that helped to hide the marks. Smirking, with amusement dancing in his eyes, he winks before closing his window and shutting the blinds. Well shit.

I fixed my gaze at them and sternly said, "Thank you for your cooperation." I took a deep breath before I started explaining.
