I say it appreciatively, and he only grunts in response before walking away. I go into the mystical creatures island, and I stare at the amount of books on the shelves. How the hell am I supposed to pick just one out of all of this? A particular hardcover catches my attention. It appears ancient, yet it’s lilac, exactly the same color as my eyes. I take it off the shelf and grin when I see its title. THE HISTORY OF OMEGAS: HOW THE DIVINE BEINGS CAME TO BE. Yes! This is it! This is the book!

“But Cameron, we were—” “Let's go!” he yelled, startling her into silence. “But remember this, Tristan. You can't hide the freak forever. I will get my hands on her and slowly unravel what the hell she is.” “Wow,” a smile danced on my lips as Orion and Mira walked up to my side. “Stay away from her. There won't be a next conversation about this.” “No, there won't,” he grunted as he grabbed Falcon and left. We waited until their scent was out of range before turning back to Caitlyn, who still looked perplexed.

Seraphina’s eyes widened slightly. “That’s the oldest of them all The Chronicle of the Silver Howl. No one has opened it in a long time.”

Clara's POV I take three books from Kael's study when I leave. He doesn't stop me. Just watches with those sad silver eyes as I walk out with my stolen knowledge. Back in my room, I spread the books across the bed. One is about wolf bonds. Another talks about ancient curses. The third is older than the others, its pages yellow and brittle like they might crumble if I'm not careful. "The Arden Prophecy: A Complete History." I open it slowly, and a piece of paper falls out. It's Kael's handwriting. I recognize it from the journals in his study.

I would like to thank all of you who stuck with me through this series of books, and even those of you who have only read this book (or just two of the three). It has taken me a year to work through all three books, but I was determined to do my best to end the series on a sweet note.
