Silas didn’t swear often. So when he inhaled sharply through his teeth and muttered, “Oh, for fuck’s sake..” I knew we had officially crossed into new nightmare territory. Kieran snatched the envelope before I could even blink, eyes scanning the crest stamped in black wax. A thorned circle. A wolf head carved like a warning. A symbol that screamed don’t touch unless you want tetanus. Damon hissed, “Blackthorn.” Rowan’s fork froze halfway to his mouth. “Of course it’s Magnus.”

Waverly glared at his arm, which was covered in numerous tattoos, forming a sleeve, with the Crimson Shadow sigil placed in the centre. He pulled out a sketch pad and then a pack of pencils. "I heard you like drawing and since Sawyer's been so busy with the Lunar Eclipse coming up next month, I thought I'd bring you by some entertainment." A yin-yang with hearts instead of dots and the number thirteen at its center, about the size of a big coin, is on his left side underneath his arm. Curling above it is the Peter Pan lettering — Sniff pixie dust and soar — in a cursive font. And on his bicep — the Reaper logo stamped on like a warning label.
